Gearbest is a store that I do not think twice about buying if you have a product that interests me. It's a store that caters very well when it comes to support and has great prices. I have already bought two years and have always had good experiences with the store.
I ordered a smart watch and it arrived faulty. I have to ship the item back on my own cost.
And the customer service even said only part of my payment would be refunded.
The worst thing is that I never know when would they get the item and refund me.

I purchased a $300 phone. After 3 months the screen broke on its own (vertical green lines appeared on the screen) and I sent it to them for warranty repair. After 6 months (!) they said that the phone cannot be repaired (! - they couldn't change the screen module) and instead they offer me a choice: get $50 "refund" (!) or give them $180 more and get some device from them (!). Words that describe Gearbest are: scam, incompetence, no ethics, terrible customer support.

I ordered four times on this site now, with one of the orders on it's way.
Shipping from China to Germany took 2 weeks each time and I didn't have any problems with the border control because the declaration of the products are well done. The prices are good, sales frequent and promotion codes plenty with the shipping being free most of the time. Customer service was happy and fast to answer my questions.
When it comes to China shopping I can definetly recommend this company.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
