Good shop

Very convenient navigation on shop. Good prices. Often there are actions to discounts. Considering that discounts happen big moreover it is possible to use bonuses, the total price turns out very ridiculous. With delivery problems aren't present, it is possible free of charge, but for reliability the track is better to book room and to be quiet, knowing that the goods which you need soon will arrive.

I am a new buyer in this shop, but I will continue to shop in it, it is pleasant to me!

I bought a lot of things from this site, it is safe to order and its great. I got a few cellphones an d tablets for great prices and the communication is great it usually takes 1 day until they answer back i will buy again from them thats for sure...

It has been 2 months since my orders and it has not come. Where is my order?
This is a scam, they are nothing but thief, they give you a ran around. Total scam, they take your money and never hear from them again. Below is their written pledge $#*!ing Lies.

Worst customer service
September 27, 2018

Worst customer service! First and last time shopping here.

I asked to replace a defective phone accessory, followed all the steps, and even sent in a video to proove it. The response I got? I should 'get a new phone'.

Incredibly rude. Will make sure to tell everyone to stay away.

Gearbest attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I ordered a smart watch and it arrived faulty. I have to ship the item back on my own cost.
And the customer service even said only part of my payment would be refunded.
The worst thing is that I never know when would they get the item and refund me.

The best online store!

I really like to buy in Gearbest. The main reasons for this are fast delivery (not more than two weeks) and good goods that come almost always not damaged. I also like that the choice of goods is great, there are many different discounts and promotions. Technical support solves well the problems, which also pleases. There were even cases when the delivery was for 9 days to Moldova. It is great! I order through the Post of the Netherlands.

Most recently, I bought a smartphone, Xiaomi Redmi 4x 4/64. And did not doubt that I would buy it in this store. When the smartphone got to me, there was no limit to happiness. The box is whole, new, smartphone is ideal, the ideal price. What could be better?

I've been shopping on Gearbest.com since a few years and I've never been disappointed. Prices are good, PayPal is supported, shipments are fast and communication is always great. I recently bought a Xiaomi Mijia camera and was amazed by its quality. I will buy again from Gearbest and I can confidently invite other people to do the same.

I purchased a $300 phone. After 3 months the screen broke on its own (vertical green lines appeared on the screen) and I sent it to them for warranty repair. After 6 months (!) they said that the phone cannot be repaired (! - they couldn't change the screen module) and instead they offer me a choice: get $50 "refund" (!) or give them $180 more and get some device from them (!). Words that describe Gearbest are: scam, incompetence, no ethics, terrible customer support.

My first phone from china and not the last!

I always ordered my phones in europe, but i wanted the new xiaomi so i tried for the first time to buy from china. I choosed Gearbest because they had the best price. My phone arrived very fast, no customs and they also give me an EU charger. So everything is perfect! I would recommend it to everyone

Its the best store with xiaomi products

At gearbest, you definitely won't have any problems with your order. Yes, in some seasons it will take a little bit longer for your package to arrive, but if you contact them, everything will be solved to serve your best interests. I strongly recomend Gearbest!

Shopping at gearbest has been a great experience for me! All of the products I have ordered have arrived within their shipping estimates and I have never had an item arrive damaged. I really like how they send you an email with a picture of your package when they send it out for shipping. Also their customer service is excellent! When I had a product break they honored their warranty and shipped me out a new one to replace it promptly! I really recommend shopping there if you need the best prices on tech!

I ordered a product which stopped working the following day (a £200 product!), emailed Gearbest about 10 times and either have no reply or a reply from someone with no literacy skills that fob you off.

I ordered four times on this site now, with one of the orders on it's way.
Shipping from China to Germany took 2 weeks each time and I didn't have any problems with the border control because the declaration of the products are well done. The prices are good, sales frequent and promotion codes plenty with the shipping being free most of the time. Customer service was happy and fast to answer my questions.
When it comes to China shopping I can definetly recommend this company.

- a good and detailed description of the goods.
- Affordable prices.
- high-quality and fast work of the support service.
What did not like.
- there are small details, but to be honest I described them in correspondence with the support service. And in the general response, I will not describe them.
