It wouldn't take my primary card and then my secondary card. It finally took my secondary card after multiple attempts. It would not send me a return label to exchange clothes. I was giving it as a gift and they didn't fit They were going to have to pay for their return

Using the size guide each time tops ordered were 5X and they were actually about a medium with a 5X tag. I am a 2X in Canada and would expect to go up one or two size(s) due to the Asian sizing. The selection for Plus Women is also shrinking. Plus sizing must include roomier backs and arms.

My shopping experience was great. There were a variety of items to choose from. However, I had to start a return for the item because the item was too small. I would like a refund for the item or larger size. The size I ordered was a 3XL but needed a larger size.

When I started shopping I was given the code "luckycart" for $15 off an order over $100. My order came to $116.41 but I wasn't able to apply the luckycart coupon. I got an error message that said "You need to order more items to use this coupon". I hit the required $ amount, I should have been able to get the $15 discount.

I had no indication about my last order. E mailed a few times but the company were insiting I'd received the order.
I did get an order but jt was the one before the one I gaunt received. Very frustrating

I waited and kept wondering if they are good or not. I read reviews that said both. I thought worse case I could return them. The clothes took forever to get here. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures. They are cheap and crap. I got the return authorization and packed it all up. I found out that the crap needed to be sent back to China and the cheapest postage was almost $90. I basically was scammed out of $150. The clothes aren't worth being used for cleaning rags. I didn't listen to the bad reviews and I should have.

Fine it just wasn't what I thought it would be. It was to big the white dress was more like a nylon t-shirt dress when I thought it would be cotton or a heavy material just didn't look good on either,

There was a problem with the delivery of my order due to what the post office referred to as an "undeliverable address", but I was advices be the company to call my post office and I was able to correct the issue.

Would like to see Free shipping and returns via US not China
Prices are in line with products made in china often even with sizing chart are not accurate.
The friendly staff and ease of contact are A1
Takes a long time to get stuff some materials are not as they appear.

Seems very nice except I wasn't sure of the sizes. Now that I received the order the sizes were ok, a couple were a little big, but now I know the size I should buy. The blouses are very nice and I plan to get more.

The colors of the clothing are dull, the pics are birght. If you want to return an item good luck, to get mailing labels took me over 5 chat sessions and two weeks, then the cost to return items to China cost more than the clothing

I loved the style and prints on the shirts. I did not realize the site I was on was another country.
The sizing of your clothing is smaller then the USA. Your 3x is our 16. I did not see a sizing chart to know they were different then ours.
