I am currently in the process of paying for amendments to my flight details. Apparently, I spelt my Surname wrong when registering, they say I entered PARR rather than PARRY, and this has been carried across to all of my flights. This trip is for my 60th Birthday, so I am 100% sure I did not do this, after all I have had plenty of practice
I requested an audit of my account, of course nothing was available. So I then went through each line on my booking confirmation and logged on to each of the airlines using the PNR No's provided. My trip includes multiple flights with multiple carriers. I have detailed what I have found below.
East Jet (Name in perfect order)
Air India (No Title, Forenames & Surname incorrect)
Indigo (Surname incorrect)
Lufthansa (Name in perfect order)
They are total charlatans. I am beyond angry, I have recorded all of my findings with appropriate screen shots and I intend to take this further. Once of course, I have sorted out my Bucket List birthday trip.
I am also going to report this to SkyScanner as it was search through there that led me into this nightmare.

Don't ever book here. Worst travel agency with no support. There's no refund and even the airline agencies tell you not to book with kiwi.com

Stay away - Danger! (I am not kidding - except if you want to lose your money & your calmness)
On 27/5/2021 I had a flight from Moscow to Athens with the Aegean Airlines(about which i wont refer to this post, however they too have very bad customer service) which was booked long ago(around start of May).
However the flight was cancelled(as I learnt later, it was cancelled around 14 of May), I received no report about it in my mail neither from kiwi or Aegean and I only happened to realize it the previous day of the flight, when i tried to check in(the flight didnt exist anymore)
Anyway, I managed to fly to Athens with other company, for which i bought new tickets(directly from their internet site) as both kiwi and Aegean had fallen in my trust.
Some days later, i contacted Aegean, about giving me a credit voucher, but they told me that kiwi had asked for a refund of the tickets' money and they couldnt procceed with my credit voucher.
I contacted kiwi(which again had never sent me any mail at all about the refund of tickets), and as you can imagine kiwi NEVER replied to me.
So to summarize: There was a cancel of a flight (~10-15 days before the flight), about which kiwi NEVER informed me, and for which kiwi asked refund of tickets from the air company, making it impossible for me either to get credit voucher or this refund(the refund goes directly to kiwi, which embezzles it)
P. S I put one star cause there was not an option for 0 starts.
Stay away from this company - no matter if there are low prices at some tickets! It is a trap!

I booked through Kiwi.com one late night. Tired and worried about paying more and worried about travel times. Afterward, I was nervous and thought about canceling. We were flying from the west cost to Sicily. Though Kiwi charged me a small fee to be able to cancel flights, on their website they said you may not get all your money back for all legs of the flight. So there I am... guess I'm stuck. Then I was annoyed that they up charge you for seat selection. I was able to get around that with every airline I was booked on except Ryan air. I used my booking code to seat select and pay through the airline. It's in tiny print on the receipt you get from KIwi.com, but I found it.
Then I noticed a connection concern on the itinerary on the way home. We had 1 hour to check in on our flight connection through Barcelona with Norwegian Air. (Turns out they don't do online checking for international flights and they have a specific check in window) I called Kiwi. I got through quickly, the agent addressed my concerns, did some checking, called me back when he said he would, sent the email I asked for. (Damn the customer service was good) even reassured I was prepared (mentally) to miss the flight. So the day comes... and we never make it to Barcelona. A storm comes through Munich delays our flight to Barcelona. And I call Kiwi as soon as I know. I get through quickly, they are nice, say don't get on the flight to Barcelona. They will make other arrangements. Connection Guarantee (this is real) the CS person helping me even took suggestions for an alternate flight. He purchased our tickets through London back to the states, and arranged a hotel room in London. They were quick and did cover the cost of our trip home. There are things I don't love about using Kiwi.com. But their CS was great. I spoke w 3 different reps at three different times, all were courteous and did what they said they would do. And Kiwi did cover the cost of our trip home, after our connection was lost. What more can I ask for.

To make the long story short, I booked a flight from Cebu to Los Angeles on June 1,2020. Obviously, the COVID-19 pandemic was still at its peak and many flights were canceled, which unfortunately included a few legs of my flight. If you booked through a normal airline's website, if any leg of your flight is canceled, they will refund you the whole amount or do their best to get you on the next flight. This company and it's so-called "guarantee" can't even do that. Naturally, I filed a dispute with my bank. It did not work because they have clauses that protect them even amidst COVID-19 where consumers NEED THEIR MONEY. So, I reissued a claim to get the refund through them. At one point (and this was around August), their app told me my tickets were non-refundable, so I started to harrass them on social media. Then, AND ONLY THEN, did they acknowledge me and finally sent my refund on December. DECEMBER. From June to December.
The best part? Out of the $1003. 00 that I paid, my refund was only $278.22.
It's safe to say DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
For a good comparison, I had booked Philippine Airlines the week before, and when my flight got canceled, I talked to them and got my refund a few weeks after. Save yourself the hassle, the headache, time, and money. If you wanna book 3rd party, book with Expedia. I; ve always had an amazing experience with them. Let this thief, Kiwi.com, shut down.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE IT.

UNRELIABLE WEBSITE! CAN SELL YOU SOLD OUT FLIGHTS!
This website is very UNRELIABLE!
Yesterday I have made two bookings one from Thessaloniki to Warsaw and from Warsaw to Berlin.
Four hours later I have received a message saying that they were not able to book the flight from Thessaloniki to Warsaw because it was SOLD OUT.
So obviously I did not need the flight from Warsaw to Berlin since I was not able to get there. So when I called and asked to cancel that booking I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE which was almost 50% of the price I have paid for the trip.
I believe this is ridiculous since it was not my fault that I had to cancel that journey. It was simply a bad website system that does not tell you in real time if flights are available or not.
I strongly advise everyone NOT TO BOOK FROM KIWI.COM since you might get messages hours later spoiling your holiday.
Just look for the connections and book from the airlines official companies websites instead so you do not take the risk of finding out hours later that your flights or one of them are sold out!
I will NEVER use kiwi.com again and I hope this review can save some people's holidays!

Not advisable to buy a ticket, if you encounter any problem or need a change forget about refund or help.

Totally a scam, don't trust them.
Once you buy your ticket through them, you are already in deep scam.
I bought a plane ticket for a colleague and paid for checked bags. The registration information was later than the actual one. When I arrived at the check in point, the check-in staff told me that the boarding was closed, and the luggage could not be checked in, because I needed to transit in Saudi Arabia, and the luggage had to go out of the customs in Saudi Arabia to get it. My colleague did not Saudi Arabia visa. Kiwi sold us a service we couldn't use.
Because I was in a hurry, I bought a second ticket through kiwi, filled out the form, pay the ticket, and then... The passenger information of the ticket turned out to be the information of another colleague who bought the ticket before. (kiwi will automatically fill in any previous traveler information).
It took about 5 minutes from discovering the information error to contacting the customer. Kiwi's phone contact information is well hidden, probably not wanting to be found.
When communicating with customer service, the first customer service asked me to go to the airport window to ask, saying "maybe" it will be resolved.
Later, I made about 10 calls. Most of the customer service had encountered similar problems. Kiwi filled in the information of previous customers. I understand that kiwi should deliberately cause such trouble and profit from it.
It's a pity that kiwi didn't solve my problem, but through hard communication, kiwi made me understand that the source of all the mistakes lies with me.
A loss of 1,000 euros, for kiwi, is just another cheated person.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM KIWI THEY ARE A SCAM! YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND FROM THEM, NOR CREDIT. I thought they were comparable to Expedia, Orbitz, Cheap-o-air. They dont even have a number to call anywhere on the site or online when you try to look it up.
They do not clearly state restrictions on the tickets. I purchased 2 one way tickets to Bari, Italy which had a connecting flight. On the purchasing page. There was a little picture emoji of a luggage that had a slash over it. I presumed that meant no purchasing checked in baggage online when buying the ticket. I assumed you could purchase baggage at the airport. I have never heard of International flights being sold where you were strictly not allowed to purchase check in baggage. After paying, only then on my confirmation of payment, was the statement spelled out "YOU CANNOT PURCHASE CHECKED IN BAGGAGE AT AIRPORT." I immediately applied for cancellation because you cannot apply for refund unless you cancel. I would say i applied with in 10 minutes of purchase.
The refund process takes up to 40 days. So i filed a claim with my bank. After 1 month of "processing and investigation" and emails showing them they were falsely advertising their restrictions. Kiwi is not giving a refund to me, nor credit, nor can i use the tickets. I lost 1000 plus dollars. And they literally gave nothing in return.

CHEATERS
I booked a connected flight on june 2023. 1 day after my booking kiwi sent a mail regarding the flight has been cancelled from tarom bucharest to Istanbul, and that I have to pay extra money to book a new ticket. They blammed the airline company and promised me they will reimburse the highest amount for the ticket. Actual ticket cost me 5600 TL, new flight cost me 8800TL total flight cancellation with istanbul-izmir is around 16.000TL. The only reimburse they gave me is 898TL! THEY ARE BEYOND OF CHEATERS. THE MOST WORST COMPANY I HAVE SEEN, NEVER EVER I WILL BOOK WİTH KIWI AGAIN, JAVİD THERE SUPERVISOR CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT HELP AND THAT I CAN DO WHATEVER I WISH SUCH AS REVIEWS OR LEGAL ACTION. HOW RUDE, WHAT A LAME COMPANY THIS IS. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH KIWI NEVER EVER BOOK WITH TAROM!

These guys are thieves and are absolutely useless. I've booked a trip to Athens for me and my mother, paid for insurance and premium benefits thinking that if anything happened they would have refunded me or helped change my flight.
One of my flights got cancelled and to book another one they wanted me to pay extra money which I didn't want to spend as that wasn't what I've signed up for. So I've asked either for a refund or for a change of destination. This was over 2 months before departure.
They were unable to do anything, the just took my money, lied to me saying that they would have looked for a change of destination and get back to me. I've chased that up several time and they never helped. I never had any explanation or support for the cancellation of the first flight, they blame the airline company which knew nothing about the issue, they just wanted more money from me but obviously THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUST!
On top, I had paid for premium service which was pointless as I got nothing out of it. This is basically scum, DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH THEM!

Booked two consecutive flights on Kiwi.com... the first from Ranong Thailand to Bangkok, the 2nd from Bangkok to Cambodia. The first airline, Nok Air, canceled the direct flight which had a flight duration of 1 hour and 25 minutes. Kiwi.com offered 2 alternative replacement flights that were in excess of 7 hour flight duration and would arrive after my other flight from Bangkok to Cambodia was scheduled to depart forcing me to miss the second flight. These excessively long alternative flights were offered even though Noc air has another direct 1 1/2 hour flight to Bangkok that departed earlier that day arriving in time to make my connecting flight. That flight was never offered. I requested a refund. Kiwi stated that because I did not choose their offered flight alternatives, the ones that were excessively long and not compatible with my other flight, my cancellation was voluntary and I would be liable for a 20 Euro penalty which they would deduct from the Noc Airline flight refund. I explained in 5 different emails that their flights were not compatible with my other flight booked on Kiwi.com, which incidentally they could see for themselves from my Kiwi.com itinerary, as well as the flight duration was 5 times that of the original flight. My position is the airline, not me, canceled the original flight and the alternatives offered by Kiwi were excessively long, not compatible with my other flight, and therefor unacceptable. As of yet, Kiwi.com is charging the fee. Avoid this company... Book your travel elsewhere.

Have a pleasant travel experience. Avoid kiwi.com if you want to avoid the emotional toll and financial loss.
I recently had a highly disappointing and stressful experience with kiwi.com. I booked a flight through their platform, but a day before my flight, the airline rescheduled my flight 12 hours earlier, so I contacted the airline, saying I wouldn't be able to make the new schedule. Per the airline's policy, I was entitled to a refund or rescheduling. However, since I booked my ticket through a travel agency, kiwi.com, I had to contact them so they could facilitate the request.
I contacted kiwi.com. It was a lengthy back-and-forth communication with kiwi.com's customer service. Long story short, they denied my refund request since I booked a non-refundable ticket. They also couldn't accommodate rescheduling. According to their customer service, my only option was to take the new schedule as my ticket did not include refund or rescheduling options.
It's baffling that the airline itself would have accommodated such changes if I had booked directly with them. In a time of crisis, kiwi.com proved to be a cold and heartless entity. They heartlessly hid behind their policies, claiming I booked a ticket that was non-refundable and did not include rescheduling options. Kiwi.com is evidently placing greater emphasis on profit margins at the expense of understanding and addressing the genuine struggles of its customers. The airline would have helped if I had booked directly with them, but kiwi.com left me high and dry.
I write this review hoping that others can avoid the emotional toll and financial loss I've experienced with kiwi.com. Beware, fellow travelers, and choose a platform that values you as a person, not just a transaction. That's definitely not kiwi.com.

Don't trust them if they ask you to sign up for their newsletter to receive promo codes! I attach below the screenshots I had with their assistance that I was really disappointed with. The moment I was booking a flight that exceeded €150 opens a pop up to me that says that if I had subscribed to their newsletter, and then shared my email which is a sensitive fact, they would give me a discount of €25 (this is the code in question Q3Q1G5XJ7P). Then I signed up, and they fool you further because in order to be able to use the discount code you have to download their app because it doesn't work from the web, so they collect the app downloads, as well as additional sensitive data and to waste your time. I had to buy the ticket because the prices were going up and the seats were running out, I could have chosen another company and saved, even if not much is to save anyway, if they hadn't screwed me like that at the last because yes, you can only apply the promo code if you arrive at the end of the flight reservation, so a carousel in short.
After purchasing the flight then I contact the support to ask if they could at least refund me those cabbage of €25, because yes! My sensitive data such as email etc are worth much more than €25, so at least those I owe them. But no, as usual the assistance tries to waste more time and say that you're wrong because you didn't do things right, so in a nutshell they give you the well served! Since I work in the digital industry, I know where sensitive data such as email first and last name etc. go and I want to help you understand its value and not be fooled by companies like this.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust when they ask your personal info as the email in exchange of promo code or anything else. As you can see in the screenshots I’ve attached, no one will assist you, they gonna let you waste your time.
