Ordered Tickets through mobile app - on website was impossible to pay.
I payed almost 2 months ahead - during next 2-3 weeks I got more than 4 changes including destination on coming back destination. This was argumented as "minor change" - instead of going home I have to go to other country. That's crazy.
When asked for changing tickets - they suggested to buy other ones and I will get only 10$ back for old ones. In tickets where included 3adults and 1 child. That's scam!

Our first flight of the total 10 flights are cancelled. The only option they provided is the most expensive one of the day even though I saw cheaper flights of the same time. However, we cannot event book our first flight ourselves because if we miss the first flight booked by Kiwi, the whole trip (all the other 9 flights) will be cancelled by kiwi. Isn't this stupid?! I will never use Kiwi. Also, after we use Kiwi to book the rescheduled flight, it needs a few hours to confirm with the carrier... our flight is about to depart tomorrow morning. How many hours do we have to wait until you tell me it is not working... never never use kiwi

I was supposed to fly on May 13th 2021 for a roundtrip from Paris, however the flight got cancelled a day before by the flight company. Kiwi.com forgot to communicate this to me so I was the only one to show up for the flight on that day. Moreover, the day before they sent me a flight confirmation with the title "we've checked you in". I reached out that same day to kiwi.com to clarify. They apologized, offered full compensation (including the cab I took to the airport and COVID-19 test) but mentioned it might take up to 3 months. Well, this period has passed and I have not received any compensation, nor I am able to reach them regarding my issue.

They have simple no customer service. They stole my money from a flight that never happened and they just said it is not their business. NEVER book with these guys, They customer service is like a boot replying copy and paste answers. Avoid headaches and dont book with them. They are the WORST.

I booked an itinerary through kiwi.com, but due to circumstances that changed, I had to cancel the trip within 24 hours of booking. To my surprise, kiwi.com has a policy of only refunding a small portion of the cost, despite the fact that I had spent a significant amount of money on the trip. In my case, I only received a refund of Eu 10.00, despite having spent approximately $1250.00. This policy feels like a rip-off and makes me question the integrity of the company.

Do NOT order with Kiwi.com, they are scammers; they canceled 1 part of my flight that is in 3 parts and I paid 3100$; now they offer 100$ refund or pay again 3000$ and they don't want to give me the reservation number and ticket number from the other 2parts of the flight that isn't canceled. Looks like they never booked it at all. No response on facebook or email or website/helpdesk, just automated robot answers. Big scam! DO NOT use! Lost 3100$ and even paid 210$ extra insurance

I tried to book a flight and the website said that my credit card was NOT processed, so I booked a different flight with a different credit card. Then, I received the booked confirmation and my credit card was charged. So now I am paying twice for my one flight. I tried contacting the support email and just get automated emails back telling me to file for a refund - okay, but it doesn't look like I am going to get any money back and I will have to pay the handling fee.

I booked flight Dubai Bahrain. At the time of collecting boarding pass I was told your bookings is Dubai Bahrain Karachi. I was denied boarding pass. Reference no ******* on 25 March 2021.
Again I shall be refused for boarding pass for reference no ******* on 03 April.
When contacted kiwi, they call it hidden segments which you shall come to know when you approach for boarding pass.

Bought a ticket for his wife and two children, booking number ******* on 25.02.2020, but due to the war in Ukraine, all flights were canceled, money Rainier returned to Kiwi.com, but they do not return, they say that the money is to their detriment, and they you can use for two years for a service, why then I paid for insurance for 2000 UAH, a refund in case of unpredictable situations, the mail is not answered, calls, too, how to deal with people, the worst service ever I met, swindlers, as for the return of money they take money, but in fact no one returns. They'll hide from you the small letters on the contract and will not help you at all even if you are far from the 48 hours to cancel your trip. No matter what, they will stealing your money as they did it to me.

Avoid at all costs! I always had issues with booking flights with this company! Customer service is horrible and they are so disorganised!
I have sent a refund request for a luggage that was charged eventhough the details on the e-ticket included that luggage!
I no one could help me at their helpdesk, I talked to different people all the time and they didn't even bother to read my messages. I had to repeat myself a number of times. One assistant told me that I was eligible to receive the refund, but then it got refused be another assistant.
They aren't worth your money! You're better off with paying a bit more and treated with decency!

I bought a 2 layover flight from kiwi, for the first time. In the IOS app there is no information or page under my ticket related with the visa issue; however in the WEB version there is! But it was too late that l unfortunately got aware... There is no customer help in kiwi apart from reading the same answers.

Take your money and say you have to pay again as they do not refund and the only option is an alternative flight which was as twice as expensive and with more layovers and would happen a couple of days later then needed.
My ticket was Kiwi Guarantee protected and I expected to receive a full refund as a company cancelled a flight. Kiwi refused to provide such and their manager was absolutely noncooperative and instead of calling within an hour as promised, he called 6 hours later in the middle of the night.
I am making a complaint to CAA and other companies about those frauds. It's in process

This company is a scam. I booked a flight. I got an email saying they were in the process of booking my flight. 24 hours later they said they could not book it. They sent me an email with alternatives. Guess what one of my alternatives was the original flight I wanted but 600.00 more than the original price.

Booked with Kiwi.com, then checked with actual airlines. Found that we overpayed significantly, for the service of booking and for their connection "guarantee". Fingers crossed all flights go well. They also increase the baggage fees significantly. Go through the airlines directly to add bags.

Do not book with kiwi.com. Book directly with airlines. Kiwi.com is a scam... the worst customer service... asked to speak to a manager 3 x after over an hour waiting and got hung up on. If I could give them below a 1 star i would. They do not apologize for bumping your flight instead try to charge you for booking another flight and give you an alternative flight with more connections and would not work with your original connection flight. The last person I spoke to at Kiwi.com was Dana but would not give me her last name seems odd. They will not assist you at all. There tactic is to hang up the call so they do not have to deal with the customer. No one will call you back and if you ask for a manager to call you it will not happen. The situation will be flipped on the customer even though we do not have any control of the situation. AVOID KIWI.com at all costs. Not worth it.

I paid for a ticket that allowed to me to recoup 80% of my ticket expense if I had to cancel. I canceled within 24 hours and they only refunded my 50% of the ticket. They told me that part of the ticket cost was not refundable. Even though, the option says "80% refund of the ticket and any airline services if you cancel". They are scammers. Do not buy a ticket from them.

Avoid! Do not use Kiwi.com. Should you encounter any difficulties their customer service is a shambles. Cancelled flights? They offer you a tiny fraction of the cost of yoir flight in worthless kiwi credit, or charge you again to pursue a refund which takes 6 months and no guarantee. They withhold infornation on booking reference with airlines to prevent the customer pursuing a refund direct with airlines that offer them. All round untrustworthy, avoid at all costs. ZERO stars

Cancelled my flights 9 times over my 3 month stay in Russia. Last one was when i was on my way back home to Canada and they stranded me in Russia. They booked me(I already paid them)on a flight to Europe and landing in the USA when they clearly already knew that i wasn't allowed. I had to book another flight that took off 12 hours later. On May 2023, I booked a flight from Jogyakarta to Kuala Lumpur. But my dad has been taken ill and I would like to postpone or cancel my trip...unfortunately there is no facilities to help me do this. They just make it so hard for us to cancel. Paid RM1737 for this trip. The app does not give us a window to retrieve our booking info e/though I key in the PNR no. I had bought flights with vendors like Expedia, FlightHub in the past, but with Kiwi, in my view it was the worst experience. My itinerary had 3 flights and there was originally enough time between them, but one of the airlines changed a flight time and airport, and there was no way I could change airport and get to my next flight on time. I called the airline and they confirmed that since it was a business decision from the airline, and not a change for circumstances out of their control, Kiwi had to call them and reject the change on my behalf and refund me or provide a realistic itinerary, but after several weeks of messaging with Kiwi they were not going to do anything.

I mistakenly booked off of Kayak which took me through Kiwi, typically I don't need to adjust flights but of course this was the one time. They don't offer cancellations of any flights, just a $10 credit towards your new flight. The airlines themselves would let me rebook for a fee so they're obviously scamming people. Flights were no cheaper than going directly through the airlines. There's zero added benefit to using Kiwi. When I spoke with a representative they offered zero help.
