DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!' When you cancel a ticket with a regular airline you will be refunded straight to ur card or credit. Through kiwi I canceled $1000.00 tickets and was refunded ten dollars. I then called customer cervices to rectify this issue and they assured me that I was refunded a whopping ten dollars and they would keep the rest of the money!

Never book with this agency. Absolutely terrible. I have dealt with them once and my daughter just seriously and both times they let us done. In my situation I booked a an internal Cambodian flight online and I am a frequent traveller. I booked a certain flight and paid but when I saw the details they were all wrong. It was a night flight on a day when we had already left the country and my boyfriend was written down as British when he is French. I complained and they said they had to see with the airline? They then said we had to pay 10 euros to change his nationality. We lost the money on the flight and we booked for the one we originally wanted nd when we showed up at the airport the flight did not exist!
My daughter recently booked a flight to return home from Mexico after a gap year. She booked with kiwi.com. When she tried to add her baggage to the booking she was unable to manage her booking. She tried over 30 times. In the end she showed up at the airport and they charged her £162 for her 11kg luggage. We have complained with the airline as well, but Kiwi.com have a terrible website obviously and they do not inform passengers about their rights. Stay away at all costs.

They charged me $44 just to change one letter in my air ticket and they took almost 3 weeks. I have to call them several times and even their representative didn't pass phone to their concerned dept.
They even suggested me to call airlines directly passing their responsibility to airline and airlines obviously told me to call the agent from where ticket was initially booked. Airlines also told me that they even didn't request for correction but they lie to me that they sent the request to airlines. I almost miss the flight due to their very poor service.
On the otherhand, one of the airlines (Spirit) charged unnessarily USD 89.00 for a carry on baggage less than or up to 7 kg as it was the condition of ticket, but another onward flight (Westjet) didn't charge anything for the same baggage.
Spirit Airlines considered my carry on personal baggage (which was within 7.00 kg as outlined in my ticket) as a checked in baggage and I nearly missed my onward connecting Westjet flight as I had to wait long for collecting my personal carry on baggage.
I requested for refund through kiwi with a valid receipt and they e-mailed me back within an hour of my request that upon their investigation, it is not possible to refund as my carry on baggage was not included in my ticket only for Spirit Airlines, and even they blamed me that I never pay any baggage fee, so refund is not possible.

I book 4 fly For 4 person with 5 months before after l3 weeks they cancellation one flay and the ader 3 they daleyed with 48 hours in aeroporto it was impossible waiting in this perioad pandemia sow much! After I ask at company give me money back because it impossible to fly like this! Sow I pay 500 € and give me back 96 € in credit kiwi they give me back in 3 months! They didn't give me riceve nothing! They don't have excuses for whay they took my money not reason 404€! They say this is political for this sit agency! I make reaclam at police! EXPOSING Kiwi.com - READ THIS
2 years ago, my wife and I were planning a trip to Australia. We booked our flight before the pandemic and as the world shut down in March, we were not able to go. We booked our tickets through 2 websites... Kiwi.com for the way there and Gotogate for the return.
A few months after the shut down, I contacted both websites to get my refunds. Gotogate processed a full refund in July 2020. However it's now been 2 years and I will haven't got anything from Kiwi.com yet.
I followed up regularly, and I have been told that Hawaiian Airlines rejected the refund request, and that they haven't heard back from Delta Airlines.
I eventually filed a complaint on the Department of Transporting website to sort this out as I wasn't getting anywhere on my own.
The DOT contacted the airlines, and they both got back to me directly.
I found out Delta refunded Kiwi.com in November 2020, and Hawaiian Airlines refunded them in February 2021. Kiwi.com fed me lies for 2 years when they had MY MONEY on their account.
After complaining to them, they are offering me a partial refund as a credit of their website. What a joke, how can they expect me to use their horrible service ever again.
I have screenshots of all the messages... I will share only a couple here to show I'm telling the truth.

I booked a flight and as soon as I placed the order with all the payment detailed I realized that the return flight is from different country that I am flying to. I have called to the costimer service one minute utter and the representative didn't tried to help me, he insisted to repit the santance that since the fight was confiremed I can't make any changes. Unfortenently I had to buy new tickets and I lost 800 usd.
I learned my lesson; I hope that the readers of this review will learn from my experience.
It is a great site for research; but to make the actual booking use EXPEDIA

Dear traveller, avoid Kiwi, it's not worth the few bucks you gonna save.
Firstly, their website misleads you thinking you are booking directly with AirAsia, the interface is pretty much the same.
After my booking, I could not select seats, meals and other add-ons cause my booking wasn't confirmed with AirAsia. The only 'booking confirmation' you receive is from Kiwi.
It took me many phone calls to receive my booking confirmation from AirAsia, and that after 3 weeks! I was only a few days away from my flight.
But they don't provide you a booking number from AirAsia, everything needs to be done (and charged) by them. You are simple very dependent on Kiwi for anything related to your booking.
It's stressful, time consuming and nonsense.
And on top of everything, AirAsia customer support is inexistent. It's impossible to speak to someone. The only customer support is a useless bot in their website. Not sure how that is legal.
Even when I managed to get the booking confirmation from AirAsia, AirAsia says everything needs to be done via your agency, Kiwi.
I can't believe AirAsia associates their business with Kiwi.
Tip for consumers:
Just go directly to the carrier's website. It's really not worth the few dollars diference.

This is the worst most money grabbing company out there.
Booked through Kiwi as the results that were being returned from Skyscanner listed them the cheapest place to purchase RyanAir flights.
When booking, I made a mistake on the booking using a title 'Mr' rather than 'Ms', I called within minutes of making the reservation and they would not change this without charging their 30 euro administration fee. This is a NON fee change with RyanAir.
I today tried to add some additional baggage and noticed they want to charge this handling fee again, this fee was paid for the title change already which has not yet been processed.
Kiwi will also not give you the booking email used to make your booking, after speaking with RyanAir who said they needed to they still refused. This is all so they can keep charging you 30 euros for changes!
I've spoken with several people on the phone, they all follow a script, some people don't appear to even understand what you are asking them.
I asked about a complaints department, they don't have one.
Honestly WORST company on the planet DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I tried booking two separate flights with these guys. The first one they sent me an alert an hour later saying they couldn't book it cuz the price changed and I could take it if I pay the difference of $181. I had to request a refund which can take up to 10 days! Then tried booking a different time and get an alert 4.5 hours later saying they didn't book but an alternative flight is available for an extra $159. So now I have to request ANOTHER refund of over $400 that can take up to 10 days?! So now I'm out of $800+ for my trip because of this stupid website because I can't even get my refund before the trip has come and gone. WASTE OF MY TIME AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE BESIDES KIWI.COM.

Extremely disappointed. I am currently posting this review all over any site I can on your facebook. I tired to purchase this ticket for about 1 hour selecting the option on Kiwi.com for 24 hour Free cancelation (extra 60-70 bucks). Each time I hit click PURCHASE the website kept the PROCESSING CIRCLE going for around 10-15 min. Then took me back to the original form. Didn't even know if they charged my credit card. After an hour and 3 tires I selected the purchase option with NO CANCELLATION (yes, this was as stupid move but after and hour I wanted to give it a try and was frustrated). Miraculously the payment goes through instantly, no waiting, no spinning circle! GO FIGURE?!?!?! My wife called my from her job and said she would not be able to make the flight. (I am still using the ticket, just need to cancel one) 57 min after the original purchase I requested a cancelation and called into their (horrible) customer service. The informed me they were refunding me 1000 USD of the original 1700 ticket price. Not even an hour had passed. I never wander from airline sites, but this was a short notice flight and needed to find a cheap option. I learned my lesson. Hope this helps you note make the same mistake

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A RIPOFF! My flight was extremely delayed due to weather and when I arrived in London for my connecting flight all airplanes had been grounded until further notice. There were no gate agents or airline employees to be found. The airport was in total chaos, with hundreds of stranded travelers in hopelessly long lines. Internet access was extremely slow and almost impossible to access. I took the only taxi I could find to the only hotel I could afford, and returned the next morning. I waited hours in a massive crowd hoping I could get some help getting home. I explained that I was U.S. military and urgently needed to return to my base. I was informed that I could book a flight for the following day and request reimbursement later. I did that since I had no choice. I have since been refused reimbursement repeatedly as I did not "take the time to properly follow the instructions on the Kiwi website." Needless to say I will never use Kiwi, recommend it to anyone, or pass up a chance to retell my experience. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I had a Kiwi.com booking for USA to Berlin in mid-March. I obviously didn't take the trip as almost all flights were canceled due to COVID and German borders sealed off. Kiwi claimed "Germany is not on our list of affected COVID countries" (lol) and that COVID-19 travel restrictions were not their fault, therefore I wasn't eligible for a refund. I called the individual airlines on my itinerary and they all said I AM owed a refund, but that Kiwi would have to do it on my behalf. I also never received any flight status emails/cancellations from them (had to check through Google)!
It's now mid-June and I'm still embroiled in a battle with them for my refund. Wait times to speak to phone reps are ~2 hours. Every rep I've spoken with tells me something different -- there's no consistent message/policy -- in an effort to get me off the phone. They refuse to give me my refund. Kiwi.com = complete scam artists who screwed me out of $1,000 and I don't know how they sleep at night. Book directly with the airlines instead.

I bought a round trip ticket on Kiwi.com and when I contacted the airline directly to confirm my reservations, I was shocked to find out that there were 2 separate round trips booked under my name - one with the correct departure date and the other with the correct return date. When I contacted Kiwi.com customer service, they told me that this is their standard mode of operation in order to get the best fares and that they end up canceling individual legs of the round trips once I actually board my flights such that it ends up being the original itinerary I purchased. I am very concerned about getting bumped off my flights particularly if they end up canceling various legs. Also, I am not sure how booking 2 separate round trips can possibly help with better fares rather than a single round trip. Is this how Airlines operate?!
Kiwi.com customer service is a joke - you never get to talk to a live person (pnly an automated bot) and you end up having to keep sending emails and you get replies from a different person each time. This is definitely not the sign of good customer service. I will never use Kiwi.com again and strongly recommend you to do as well.

Wish if I could give 0 stars. Booked flight for my husband from Perth to India with a layover in kuala lumpur. These scum bags didn't mention that he needed on arrival visa for changing the connecting flight. He got refused by immigration to catch his 2nd leg of flight. Sitting at the airport wasted his half way tickets. Had to wait that night as there were no flights left with air asia. Had to book other flights from kuala lumpur to kolkata and then kolkata to delhi and then booked a train for his final destination. Wasted $2000 and whole 2 days to reach at home. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THESE BLOODY THEIVES. THEY DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. UPON CALLING THE IDIOT LADY OVER THE PHONE ASKED MY HUSBAND TO CONTACT LOCAL EMBASSY IN MALAYSIA MEANWHILE HIS NEXT CONNECTION MISSED OUT.
