Absolutely, no customer service!
My first flight was canceled, and was not guaranteed by the airlines nor kiwicom. Complete ticket and itinerary became useless.
You are rolling the dice booking with this company. No one is accountable. Whether you buy their extras, guarantees, etc. or not.
I would guess this company will not be around much longer practicing these probably fraudulent business practices.

Worst experience ever.
I bought tickets on April 2020, around 800eur. The flights were cancelled due to Covid. They offered refund saying I would get during the next 3 months. It has been already a YEAR and I'm still struggling sending emails and contacting their help desktop back and forward. Already 1 year and they are still answering the same, seems that they are laughing about customers and also having the guts to tell, do not contact us anymore this email is no longer available and they are not answering anymore. I would love to proceed legally and ask for refund and extra charges for all the stress, lost time and inconveniences caused

As the title says it's been almost a year since my flight got cancelled and I'm still waiting for a refund! This is by far and I don't exaggerate the worst company if that, more like a scam website with non existent customer service. You can't get a hold of them, they don't have any easy to look for meanings of contact in their $#*!ty website. If you do get a hold of any sort of phone number they ask you to enter your booking reference but because "you aren't travelling soon" the phone call gets disconnected and you can't speak to anyone. I booked flights with Expedia on the other hand and even though they also took some time to give a refund at least I received it. I don't expect anything good from this garbage company but for them to give me my money back and I won't stop until I get it.

AVOID KIWI SITE AT ALL COST!

I bought a ticket for the wrong date and i tried to change 2 minutes after purchasing it. KLM, the flying company, has a 24h policy cancellation with no fees, but, of course, via Kiwi.com this policy is not applied.

Now they are refunding me only 100 euro from a 700 euro ticket.

I fell robbed.

Take care when u buy from them. The support is bad and nobody can helps you.

I was left with no ticket and 0 refund this is a gambling site dont ever try to cancel your ticket i recomand you take the idea and book at your own on the airline site it will most times be a big amount cheaper

I was double booked on the same flight because the first booking was denied by my bank as fraud. Although all passenger and flight details were the same, because I used a different email address for the booking, they are saying it's not a double booking and refusing a refund. I can't occupy two seats on the same flights! After the bank fraud alert, Kiwi sent a refund for the seat request only.

My flight with BA booked with Kiwi did not take off. Kiwi contacted me and directed me to their website where I was offered a voucher, or an immediate partial refund, or for them to negotiate with the carrier on my behalf for a greater refund. Knowing my rights I elected for the third option, expecting a full refund. After a few months, I was given a voucher, and told I had been refunded in full. I contacted them, BA, and my credit card provider repeatedly without refund success. Kiwi's comments are facile throughout. BA have said that they would refund Kiwi in full, so there is no reason for them not to refund me other than they would just like to keep my money in breach of the law.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use Kiwi - if things go wrong they will just keep your money

This is the worst website ever! Please don't buy from this website.

I will sue your scammer company for not being transparent.

I made a booking to go to my country (Cairo - Egypt) from Kuala Lumpur
The ticket was what is known as self-transfer via India and Oman,
At the check-in counter, i have been informed that i need visa for India!
I asked them to refund me the ticket, they refused!

This is an unethical company, please avoid, never ever book using KIWI.COM

Bought a ticket for $1000, had to wait 14 days prior to the flight to contact customer service, tried to add and additional destination paying any penalties or additional fees, not possible as per kiwi. Tried to speak with a supervisor, not possible as per kiwi. Tried to get a refund, was offered $83 out of $1000 ticket.
Don´t waste your money, the worst site to buy a ticket ever.

Due to covid flights were cancelled so process for refund started in Dec. Made contact in regularly since March. Kiwi confirmed they had received money from airline and it would be processed but that this was automated and they couldnt give a date. Continued to chase money eventually got no response to messages. Contacted airline direct who informed me that the refund had gone back to Kiwi on 12 February even giving me the credit card number. Still to date kiwi have my money and havent refunded. Do not use this company

I booked 2 return tickets for the 8th Oct 22 to Bali but after paying $1408. 25 it came up with the 6th Oct 22 (which I think happened due to internet cookies saving my history and bringing up the cheapest flight close to my original search). I requested a change but was told I had to purchase new tickets. So I was then told to cancel it and I would get back my ticket fare by Sakshi G one of their staff members. However after cancelling was only given $14.46. Do not use this company they are rip offs and outright lie when providing customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous company. The deadline to check-in into your flight is 30h before departure, of course they never warn you and when you try to check in it's already too late. You are left with no option rather than checking in at the airport, paying the respective fee (55 euros for Ryanair). Don't go for Kiwi, you'll end up paying more than what you think and being stressed during your holidays

Booked an international flight from Europe to United States and back. Missed all connecting flights both ways. Would not help me rebook or refund money. Spend the extra money and go to a site that does not have the high volume of one star reviews. I would give you no stars if I could. You made experience pure hell and we spent five times the money correcting your mistakes on top of what was paid to you.

Ist one leg of a trip was suddenly canceled forcing us to purchase a more expensive replacement tickets
One week before departure they changed the time of the first flight which would've caused us to miss the next connection. We had no choice, but to buy another last minute ticket.
The total amount ended up costing us an extra $550 on a seven hundred dollar trip initially.
Essentially kiwi is a scam which encourages you to buy inexpensive tickets through them and steals your money later on.

Cost me an extra 135 on my trip. Never again. Wasn't even able to phone them. They didn't recognise my booking number so just cut me
Off. Left in Belgium to get tickets from Ryanair and had to pay extra for the privilege. Shocking and disgusting way to treat people who were going for a nice weekend away

Never again I'm gonna book with Kiwi, worst customer support ever. My flight was delayed more than 10 hours, and kiwi refused to change my trip, cancel it, ask for a refund or any other support. I also couldn't do that myself because kiwi is the one who owns the ticket and not me! I had to buy another ticket and I lost 260€. Thank you kiwi. (Booking Number *******)

Kiwi.Com is a Czech-based company that has been ripping off Kiwis for awhile now. We were initially attracted to their supposed cheap fares and when we finally totalled up all their charges, taxes, fees and extras it almost doubled the price. Adding insult to injury, they managed to assign my passport number to my partner and when we tried to correct this we were charged another 20 Euros. There are a number of legitimate NZ and US discount airflight providers that offer genuine discounts - Kiwi.Com is not one of them and we would advise people to give them as miss.

My mother had a medical emergency and you all did nothing to help accommodate her. I didn't even want a refund I want to re-book at a later day and time. I will never recommend this site to anyone. Customer service was poor and the lady refused to let me speak to a manager. Ridiculous. Do not use.

Took my money. Did not notify me in any way that my flight was cancelled- I found out when I tried to check in. They admitted it was there fault by phone and promised to follow up with refund. Never responded to any emails or messages again and never gave refund. Garbage service- would never use this again.

I my ticket contained connecting flight, and then they changed the timing for one of my flights and it no longer worked for me, they offered me bad alternatives and said I can get a refund if I don't like the alternatives. Their alternatives were VERY expensive, I bought a whole new ticket with a way less price! And their refund policy is a lie. I got zero money as a refund. Worst website ever! They're liars and cheaters. Also, each employee says something different. NEVER book from their website!

I booked a flight to Seoul with Kiwi, on Turkish Airlines: The carrier has made it 110% clear that due to the Coronavirus they allow 1 free change of ticket. Kiwi.com refused to honour this, seeking to charge me 402 Euros. I will never use Kiwi.com again; they are totally unregulated outside of the Czech Republic, and unaccountable in real terms.

I booked a flight that included luggage, but I was charged for luggage at the airport. No problem, right? Kiwi says they will refund you if this happens.

I've been waiting for over 10 months for a refund, even though their site claims refunds will be processed in 3 months. You can't reach onyone on the phone, unless you have an upcoming trip, you're disconnected. Support email (*******@kiwi.com) gives an autoreply saying Kiwi doesn't respond to that email anymore?!?!

If you are trying to book a flight and pay using a credit card ( in my case a Mastercard issued by a U.S. bank), do not even consider using KiWi. I thought it was perhaps a New Zealand based firm; it is NOT: it is based in the Czech Republic. The card verification process was impossible. In spite of sending them photographs of my passport and driver's license, they refused to put through the charge. Take my advice: if you are trying to pay with a U.S. credit card, use a different service -- not Kiwi. I had no trouble booking with Booking.com

I booked my flight through Kiwi.com because it was slightly better priced. One of my flights delayed by 9 hours (this was not Kiwi's fault). However, because it was booked through Kiwi, I received NO UPDATES and was stranded at an airport with a baby. The airline said they would refund me due to the delay being longer than 3 hours. 2 months later the airlines cannot figure out where they sent my refund. We finally confirmed that the card on file that was refunded was a Kiwi.com card... Frontier sent my refund 3 days after the flight was cancelled. I still have not received my refund. When I send in chat messages about why Kiwi has not refunded me even though the airlines have refunded them, I get nothing. No responses. No emails. No helpdesk chat responses. This company is terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! THEY ARE A SCAM! Until I receive my full refund, I will continue to write awful reviews.

NEVER USE KIWI.COM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
