SammyDress was my first online shopping site. I was bit worried at the beginning cause of online frauds. But eventually it faded away when I received my packages with less than expected time and it feels like surprise! Of course the high quality of the products were impressed me. This is a better way of purchasing goods rather than a hectic shopping methods. Then I began to purchase from sammydress and few other online shopping sites, but I fully comfortable with sammydress since, I know they send my purchased items as I expected. They provide an image of parcel to be shipped out before to its destination. So I can trust that my package is on its way. I am absolutely satisfy with shopping with sammydress and what more a customer can expect from a buyer than this?
I placed a 183.00 order on Dec 10, paid 40 extra dollars for Expedia shipping (which should be 3-5 days) and still have not received any information on it's whereabouts and the site says it's still processing. I have filled out 2 tickets in request for information and still have not heard back from anyone. I call the number on the site and it's busy all day. Live chat is never available. I'm getting frustrated as I have ordered all my wife's Christmas presents off this site. Christmas is 1 week away and I'm worried my order isn't going to make it here in time. I ordered two tops. One came in and looked nothing like the picture and was way too small. Material it was made of was very poor. The other shirt has still not come in and it has been 43 days since they shipped it. But... they said it might take up to 45 days of shipping. Really?

This is a horrible sight I bought a single pair of pants weeks ago. And I haven't received a password that works for the sight. I've had to message multiple times about the same thing. The tracking number I had to pay extra for doesn't work with any type of sight or carrier I was told it was through. This is just a horrible way to have a business work.

I understood what I was buying and the time frame. But I would like better response to my concerns than a ready made reply that says " do not reply back". I just would like an update of where my package is at. Even not paying for tracking which with most delivery is no charge. I should at least get a personal response. I hope to get my order before 25 days is here. I have already receive to other package from other site coming from China that I ordered a week after ordering from Sammydresses. It is a shame that you do not provide quicker service or use a carrier that has better standards than the one you use. 25 days is a long time and we are in need today type life. Sammy dress has one of the most diverse lines of products to choose from and sells them all for cheap price. Their clothing is beautiful and considering its coming from another country, the shipping is definitely reasonable and worth the wait. The customer service is also very kind and responsive.
I have purchased three bathing suits and three tops. I was not satisfied with the one top due to the very light material however, I am greatly satisfied with my other purchases. Think the prices and shipping is a great price, considering I am a college student interested in getting the new trends for a cheaper cost.
I ordered three items and only got one and it was the wrong color. I will never, never, never go to this website again. Please do your research before ordering from them. This company does not deserve a one star. A one is just too good for them. Please beware!
