I, personally, had to go through customer service (which I usually dread because of a lot of bad experiences), but they were so polite and willing to extend their help to me. One of my packages had gotten lost and they suggested different ways for me to find it. They then offered me different options as to how they could resolve my issue, should I not find my package. I chose to be refunded and they immediately did so! After submitting my ticket, my issue was initially resolved in 2-3 days! (Much faster than I've ever experienced!)
I can't understand the extremely negative reviews here. I really like this shop and I had never a problem with it until now. The prices are really low and the quality is good. Of course you have to wait a bit for your order (in my case 3 weeks), but in my opinion it's definitely worth it, because you save a lot of money.
I would always order here again!

My friend ordered a wig from this website with expedited shipping as a gift. While there were no issues regarding shipping (I received the item within a week), I immediately noticed the item was not as pictured. I certainly wasn't expecting anything mind-blowing at the price my friend got it for, but while the one I ordered was silver-white in color, the one I received was yellow in tone. Looking on the website, I found a different product that looks exactly like what I received down to the look of the synthetic fibers. For reference:

Sammy dress is one of the best online retailers simply because they know about customer service! Everything is done fast and efficient and the clothes are great quality at an affordable price. I will definitly be buying from them again!
I know some people have some problems with sammy dress but so far i'm pleased with them. The items I ordered came on time(considering it came from China) I got a handbag and a blouse from sammydress and I loved the items I bought. Just go a size or two up if you're buying clothing and you'll do just fine. The hand bag was of good quality and the blouse was a bit flimsy at the back but still good. The detail on the blouse is exactly as it is in the pictures on their website.
My experience with the SammyDress website is wonderful. It is very easy to use and find new items that just came in. I also get email notifications to let me know when new products come it!

Oh where to begin. I loved this site once. I ordered many items and i was a loyal customer. Until back in January 2015 i ordered a corset dress and 2 bracelets. 2 months go by and no package. They claim the item was lost and i would need to pay $20 to reship it. I did because the corset dress is very nice. That was back in April. The other day i contacted them yet again wondering where the package was and THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT OUT WHEN I PAID ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO. Do not waste your time and money on this site. All of them rosegal.com lovelywholesale.com any hong kong or china site they are greedy $#*! holes and will not ever be a reputable company. Terrible customer service and morals. Screw them!

Everything on this site looks like a dream come true, low prices, adorable clothes you can't seem to find anywhere else. Then, a month has gone by and you still don't have everything you ordered. The things that have gotten there are terrible quality, dresses come up to your belly button, and strings are falling off of them. When you try to go to their site you can't find an email, and the phone number is disconnected. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone for support. Then you click a button and get to send a request for information, which you do multiple times and still don't get a response. So at the end of it, you have $50-$100 worth of terrible clothing, you've been denied a refund, you've never been responded to, and now you're angry and searching for places to leave reviews, which, who could have guessed, is not an option!
