Got a response that my order would be partially refunded, because items were not in stock. Guess what, I am still waiting for the refund...

After a few days I received 2 of the 5 ordered products. I send them an email to refund to rest of the items, but i was told to be patient... That's all. They will not give an indication about how long it will take for those items to be in stock again.

I understand that it will take some time to be shipped and to arrive in The Netherlands... But i find it hard to believe that in every order, items are out of stock...

I just want to know what's up, where the items are and how long i still have to be patient. I won't wait forever! There are lots of other websites where we can spend our money!

I made an order on this site 12 days ago and paid for the expedited shipping as we needed the items quickly. I have not been contacted by them to advise when it may ship. I have tried submitting requests to them to see what the status was and I never seem to get a response. My order number is M**************. I hope to get an answer soon and if they resolve quickly I may reconsider my rating. Although on the looks of it, it doesnt seem these items get shipped quickly if at all.

I order the majority of my clothes online and overall I've had good success. SammyDress and DressLily were the worst experiences I've had yet. What was received was not what was pictured (material, cut, details, color), the size small was small doll size, the quality was horrible, a coat was (and still is) wrinkled beyond help, and the return policy is pretty much non-existant even after having to prove your claim with required photos. Never again!

This website is a total scam. The clothing is awful and you are just wasting your money. The four items I purchased are unwearable. I spent $98.00 and after contacting the company they told me to ship it back. It will cost over $185.00 to ship. They settled on giving me $11.78 refund. Whoo Hoo Awesome... NOT. Save your money. But anyone else who was scammed, here is where you can go to complain... They need to be shut down.

I have ordered some jewelery and watches from them. It was shipped out really fast and I loved my items a lot! So they were great for me! The quality was really nice. Shipping time was ok. So I can really recomend this site! Have had no problems with them at all!

I had only first heard of Sammy Dress from an online ad on Facebook or elsewhere on the internet. I was intrigued and wanted to know more, so I clicked on the ad and glanced at the variety of products available. There is quite a large number of products. I was able to pick out an item to purchase without any problem at all. I wanted to test the site and its products before making a large purchase, so I only purchased 2 items totaling approximately $12 - not much of a risk. These two items (embroidered baseball caps) arrived as expected and I was overjoyed at the value. I proceeded to make a 2nd order of a number of additional products, including a set of 4 belt buckles, and a few more hats. This order was close to $80. I was excited when they arrived within the expected time and the value in Sammy Dress was again great. I login to the site from my phone every day to see new items and gain points towards discounts on new purchases.

I just wanted to compliment Sammy Dress as I placed my first order with them and am super impressed with their customer service and support.

Just a quick recap, I received a partial shipment, as some items were on back-order and they were on it to notify me of the situation and gave me an ETA on when they expect the next shipment.

Sadly, my items weren't available, but again, they were quick to contact me and let me know, and provide options for a refund/credit - I opted for the credit to my Sammy Wallet, as I look forward to ordering with them again.

Their staff are extremely friendly and provide quick responses (usually takes a day), and one thing I greatly appreciate is their effort to ensure I am a happy and satisfied customer.

I've read the negative reviews and I have to say that was not my experience at all. In fact this is my favorite online store. People need to realize they're ordering from the other side of the world and they can't expect to get they're order in a couple of days or even weeks. This website has great quality clothing at exceptionally LOW PRICES, great costumer service, and an easy to use app. I can say from my multiple orders that I'm 100% certain sammydress.com is NOT A SCAM. I recommended this site to all my friends and family.

I bought the Ankle Boots with Chunky Heels from this website I'm seriously amazed with how comfortable they're, I feel like I could run a marathon with them (I suck at running so it's probably not a good idea)

I'm just really happy with this purchase, I get to have something identical to Topshop (but it's still not Topshop yet) to a really afortable price. They're 15.42 $ and I had to pay like 16 $ or something for the shipping. In total I had to pay around 26$, which it's pretty amazing, compared to the 150$ to the Topshop ones.

I ordered about six blazers from the website, excited because of the prices. I waited about a week and checked on the status of my order. It was waiting for pick up from the business but had been waiting 3 days already so I got worried. I started to check reviews on the website and started to panic, I only found bad reviews! I checked again a couple days later and waited tediously for two weeks and my full order arrived! I loved all my blazers! I ordered again for some items for my birthday. I ordered nine things this time. I ordered a month in advance too because I wanted to allow enough time to get my items. I received all my items in 6 days! I am from Ecuador, and I am sammydress client. I made two purchases online on this page, the first two years and now makes. It has really surprised me because the quality of things improved a lot, and I think now more efficient shipments, packages it received in 28 days and the first purchase I made takes me about two months. I am very glad purchases :) and it's exciting for me to open the package and find what I saw on the screen in my hands. I recommend the product for those who are interested Asian fashion, I admire too... and I think I found it all here with good prices here :)
