Stay away from this website. I ordered a shirt and never received it, but they took my money for it. I emailed them and they said the shirt was out of stock... WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED? Best to stick with legitimate sites and companies. Learned my lesson
So I ordered some clothes from SammyDress (order #: M**************) before the Christmas holiday on Dec 20th using the expedited shipping service. I have still not received my order which is now over three weeks late. I have tried to follow up with customer service by opening up tickets but I keep getting redundant messages that don't make any sense. I have no way of following up with SammyDress concerning my order.
I was informed by friends that this website was a SCAM and didn't believe it. I feel I should warn future customers not to deal with this site.
I have now escalated my claim to PayPal and I hope they will resolve this issue. If you are reading this review, please don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money and most importantly, your sanity.

As a first time shopper on sammydress I was very pleased with the items and service that I received. I purchased 10 items from them. Five dresses, Five jumsuits and a wig. My items were in great condition. The quality of their clothing is beyond expectations. It's simply sensational. I love this site. I just purchased two more items. If I could rate this site a zero star I would. I ordered some machandice from the over a month ago and they took my money immediately and I did not hear back from them again. I have written twice but no reply. I have tried to call them and the line is always busy. I paid for express delivery. I really think they are paying these people to post positive reviews or they are posting it themselves. If I don't hear back in 12hrs I'm going to report them to BBB. Stay away from this site. It is a scam!

I like SammyDress, because it's cheap but still good material and their service is very satisfying! The first time I ordered through the website, my order contained 10 items. So I already had in mind that there may would be a delay, because of the many different pieces they had to find at stick together in one package. I kept in touch with them throughout the proces and I find that they were very quickly to respond! Then one of my items from the order wasn't produced anymore, and SammyDress gave me the options to get the money returned og get them in my SammyDress Wallet. They kept me updated, which I appreciate a lot. I'm definitely gonna buy more from SammyDress, especially because of their good service and the cheap but really comfy clothes.
I had not purchased anything from them prior to recently and I was very pleased with both the fast shipping and quality of customer service... oh, and the prices are fantastic! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great online shopping experience. I know online shopping can be frustrating at times but SammyDress was a breath of fresh air for me. I plan on shopping here again, and again... and again. :)

You see nice cloths online, you make and order, pay for it, and then you only get half of your order, and they tell you rest of the items you paid for are out of stock, or has been shipped on a different carrier that will take 2 month to come!
I made an order on the 28th of November and so far received only half of the time, with 3 items shipped on a different carrier! And 4 items out of stock! And i paid for all of that!
At first I was worried the material was cheap but when it came in it was better then my expectations! The material was perfect and better then what it looked like in the photos provided. Sizing was a perfect fit as well. Their clothes are perfectly made and the price makes it even better.
I bought a lot of shoes and their heels are by far my favourite! Perfect fit and excellent comfort.
This has been the best online shopping experience I have had and now I only shop at SammyDress!
I order something from this company is early September! SEPTEMBER, on 9/16! REALLY! It is not shipped, they lie! Told me to wait until NOVEMBER the first time! And now it is December, just days before Christmas. O well, I will keep writing reviews, until their rating is tanked or until I receive my item.

I have ordered through Sammydress because I think the merchandise is excellent quality. My problem with Sammydress is almost all the time I order expedited shipping and my merchandise never gets in on time. Twice it took 2 months for product and when I complained they said the item was out of stock, after waiting for 2 months. I stopped ordering expedited shipping because the merchandise never gets here on time.

I ordered a dress for my step-daughter's wedding- it is beautiful and is of good quality for the price. They provide the measurements of all their items, which is very helpful since I am petite. The shipping can be pricey if you order a lot of items at once, but other than that I am very satisified with SammyDress.
I placed my order in October and only received half my order. The items I really wanted never came unfortunately. I called PayPal and complained. Sammydress messaged me asking why I got ahold of PayPal and not them. I messaged them about 3-4 times a week without a response. They told me they were going to refund my money in "credits" on their site. I said no I wanted my $75.00 back. About a month later they refunded me 52.00, not even the full price of the items missing. Oh well, I have learned my lesson. Do not order from this site.

I bought 3 dresses in September 2013. Todate I didn't receive the dresses. I phoned them and I was told it was posted. The tickets numbers means nothing because it is like a auto message. I went to Hong Kong for a holiday in December and I visited the address on the website and this business doesn't exist. The hotel that I stayed in (cosmopolitan hotel) is in the same area. I feel like I was mislead and robbed for my money. I am going to report this to PayPal.

My experience with sammy dress has been amazing. I love all of their clothes. They have the cutest fashions for such a bargain price! Which is awesome for a broke college girl who loves clothes haha. Their customer support system is amazing. The only thing that's kind of a bummer is that the clothes go fast and so you can pay for them but you have to wait a little longer for your order but its totally worth it. The second order I ever made from sammydress I noticed some of the things I ordered weren't in my package so I emailed the customer support and within 12 hours I had a response telling me they sold out of that item but would have it back in stock at a certain date. They are so friendly and helpful unlike a lot of other online shopping sites. I will definitely continue to use sammy dress in the future!
