The clothes don't match the pictures, the quality is lousy, there is no customer service, there is no way to contact them, no way to return anything, and no way to get your money back.
All these order were placed on one day:
The first dress ordered was of poor quality and the lining was 8" shorter than the hem of the dress, the second order was a hat which came folded up in 4X6" bag and is now unwearable. The third order was 6 items, all on sale allegedly, and all six were XL or larger. But, the sleeves were less than 3" in circumference. 4T (toddler) clothes have larger sleeves than this.
The company remains silent and keeping my money.

Placed an order less than 24 hours ago, read reviews, decided to cancel
Called customer service, according to them, my order "JUST SHIPPED" so they could not refund me, told me they would send me a tracking number and try to cancel my order but "could not promise anything" based on others reviews, i call BS on that and they just don't want to refund me. RIDICULOUS based off what i've read this site is a scam, and I won't be receiving my items by apr 12, which is what they said, and i assume i have just lost over 100 dollars. NOT HAPPY. DON'T BUY

The first time i ordered it was during their festivities in february 2014 but after their termination, exactly the next day they shipped my order and i received it after 10 days! Thought that i live in europe it was quickly. I am pleased of the material the items i order has, and the things i picked is lovely! I got also many compliments!
I couldnt find here so cheap staff and stylish! I order for second time and i am waiting already 20days to ship them. I communicate with them and they wait some staff until 21march. If they solve this problem of processing time and they make a better package like a box or something else it will be a fabulous cheap onlinestore!
For the moment if you order for them you have to be patient!
So make a plan for your orders! I order now the clothes i know that i will need and have them for late spring and early summer!

I Absolutely Love The Merchandise Itself. And The Prices Are Good Prices I Will Continue To Shop With Sammy. My Only Issue Is How Long It Takes For The Order To Arrive. I Wish It Could Get To Me Sooner Because I Always Order Ahead Of Time Before An Event Or Special Evening I Need The Order For.
Also, Customer Service Has Been Excellent. I Have A Dress That I Ordered And Completely Loved But, It Arrived Defective With A Hole In It And Paula Has Been Very Nice And She Is Taking Care Of It For Me.
I submitted my order with Sammydress on 12/1. My order arrived on 12/7. I received exactly what was order and I love the clothes. I contacted cusome service in regards to shipping and received an email back in less than 24hours. I love this site and will continue to order. :)
I wish I can give them no stars, my wife made an order from their website through my PayPal account. The very next day customer service send me an email saying they cannot process my order unless I send them a copy of my credit card and personal ID! Their reason was to "prevent credit card fraud".
I think this is what PayPal is for, and they have no business with my credit card and ID.
I replied to customer service but didn't receive any feedback, I immediately opened a claim on PayPal.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Sammydress, not me ever again. Firstly the jumpsuit I ordered was totally different to what I saw online. It was tight, crutch was short, material was filmsy, tight all over, it looked as if it was hurry sewn. Secondly I ordered an orange watch and got a purple. Thirdly the necklace was a four band necklace with four different colours as shown online, I got a three band cheap necklace. Another necklace I purchased where the beads and accessories came off. In addition it took about 3 months to recieve my order although I paid for expidited shipping. They never refunded me eventhough they sent my package ordinarily. I tried posting reviews on their website with pics, but they never acknowledged them, but when I said something positive of course they posted it in their reviews column. Not me again

OK i just want to clarify some false information that i have been reading and hearing about concerning SD. So before i started using Sammy Dress i have heard people talk about the shipping and how awful it was. WRONG! Sammy Dress shipping is very much accurate and timely. I ordered a dress and accessories from them (Which were to dye for!) and i ordered it 3-7 day shipping which needed up being shipped by DHL. At first i was angry that it has been 2 weeks since i received my items but after looking into it Sammy Dress clearly says the TIME GIVEN DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING, IT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED (meaning if it has not left the facility the count down not officially start lol) They are a honest site and up to standards and i would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a great deal. Sammy Dress for the win!
P.S. My item was at my door steps in the allotted time given. Not Late At All!

I just discover Sammy dress couple of months ago my first experience was disappointing, I didn't understand at first about they're shipping and how they do things. The clothes I ordered most of them are very good material and some of them I have to give away, because of being thin material, size issue and it took a long time for them to ship. Anyways I gave Sammy dress another shot so I ordered clothes from them, the shipping does take a little bit longer. When I was looking at their shipping methods you have couple of choices the flat rate ( I thought at first is going to ship it faster so i tried another tactics. This time I tried direct mail which it took like about a little bit of 2 weeks.) the direct mail and you have the 3 days shipment and you have of course the expensive shipment which it ship really fast. So those are the choices, I was glad that I gave Sammy dress another shot because when I got my order which is clothes I was satisfied good materials, sexy and yet very classy. The customer service were so super nice and professional they are trying they're best of resolving the issue quick. This is my 5th order from Sammy dress I just can't seem to stay away because they are doing such a good job.
Sammy Dress?... Placed an order for almost £100.00 in August 2014. After 3 weeks of waiting for my order I email customer support only to discover that some of my items are not in stock. So I ask for a refund for these items and related shipping costs which was duly refunded.
I kept writing almost on a daily basis to chase up the rest of the order. The customer support is very poor, not always responding effectively to my concerns. Then one day a package arrives. With 4 items that I did not order, so I ask for an explanation, I got many apologies and told that I could keep the items BUT the items were so awful and poor quality I was insulted.
I asked for my money back in October Sammy dress suggested that the disgusting items they sent should be deducted from the money they owed me.
I finally got paypal on the case. Paypal advised that I return the items before they could pursue the case. I returned the items at further cost to myself.
The case was finally resolved in mid November 2014 when I received the rest of my refund. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Whilst some people are reporting a positive experience with this company, my advice would be to stay clear of them...
