When I purchased my product it stated 3-5 business days, I didn't receive a conformation on it or a tracking number. I knew something was wrong than, I need my money back or my product what I ordered needs to be shipped to me ASAP.
I placed an order for 2 skirts on 8/4 2015. Money was taken out of my account that day for the purchase. As of today 9/28 - I have STILL never received my order. After numerous emails to the company, I'm being told to "be patient", and that due to "festivals/holidays/remote locations" (of which there weren't ANY festivals, ANY holidays, and I live in a large city in Los Angeles) - I was told to wait until October 3rd - and only after that time would the package be determined as lost. I want a FULL refund! Do NOT order from this company!

I ordered a dress I saw. My money was quickly taken from my account. Says 3-5days to process, not ship but process. It's 2 weeks later and still nothing about about order has shipped or anything. I forgot my password for accountm clicked forgot password and was suppose to get a link to reset password and never received it or anything about my order. So now I am not convinced this store is legit. I have not been able to reach anyone so I still have no answers. Will not be ordering anything else and will be posting on facebook to all friends and family, as well all groups I belong to... think thats about 100k people combined that will tell all their friends and family. THREE YEARS AFTER i SPENT CLOSE TO US $200 ON THEIR SITESammy dress continues to say that they are resolving the issue and would refund me but has never done so. BUNCH OF THIEVES.
I was at a FB FOCUA GROUP in London and encountered another lady who was also scammed by SAMMYDRESS. She spent over US600.00 and got absoloutely nothing. She spent days calling their phone which they never answered.

Below has been my correspondence with Sammydress for items I purchased on their site since 2013. To date (4/6/15) I have never received any product or my money back. I spent $US166.54. At first they kept telling that my items were shipped and to wait to receive them. Well its been 2 years and counting. I don't know what kind of mail service they have in China but I am pretty sure this is a scam. It seems they give random people gifts of clothing to post good reviews for them when in reality they are scammers. Customers BEWARE. It seems that Sammy Dress takes pleasure in this scam that you are running. In the civilized Western world if you offer a product to a customer, charge their credit card for it and do not provided them with that product or service and keep their money it is considered a crime. It can be called theft, larceny whatever. To further add insult to this crime you continue to respond to the customer in such a way that you fall short on repaying what is owed to that customer time and time again - that is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I demand my full refund that I paid to Sammy Dress. I did not pay Sammy Dress 41.74 but US$166.54 and I expect to recover every cent of my money. You provided no product, no mail service but just pictures and your claim that you paid for shipping of products which could be imaginary as far as I am concerned. You continue to claim that you issued a refund of 87.48 which can easily be verified. If that is accepted as truth then it means you still owe me 87.48 and not 41.74. I made this purchase from SammyDress since 2013 and we are now in 2015 and your company still wont do the correct thing. I will continue to blog your bad service until I am recompensed.
I'm reading other people's review and yikes! I feel bad for there horrible experience. I am lucky enough to not have any terrible experience and (knock on wood) I plan on never having any. Whenever I purchase an Item I make sure to buy the tracking and insurance. With the tracking I use USPS.com & http://track-chinapost.com/startems.phpto to track my item and it's accurate.
Whenever I have a question about an Item they always get back to me. I am literally on this site any chance I get. I look at everything and wow I want to buy the whole thing!
The prices are cheap and I've gotten great quality for it. The shipping is added and I've always hate paying for shipping! I always try to look for Promocodes to try to eliminate the total cost and make it as low as possible.
I've gotten my items in a reasonable time. After all they are coming from China. I've brought 3 items and I plan on buying more and more.
After receiving my orders, I realize they lie about sizes and quality. I have tried to do refunds and they never got back to me. I am 100% telling the truth. There site, "customer service", quality of clothing is a freaking JOKE.

I bought a ring from SammyDress 2 weeks ago and it got here the 20th of Jan.
The ring came in the perfect size and it wasn't damaged or anything. It came inside a bubble wrap package with the ring inside a little ziploc bag. The day I purchased this I got an email of how my package looked like and all the details i needed to keep track of it. For a first time shopper i loved the fact that i could see my package ready to go! Everything was perfect i had no problems with the ring or the packaging being sent to me! :)
I am absolutely blown away by all of the negative reviews for SammyDress. I've yet to have a negative experience with them or their products. They have provided me with prompt and very courteous customer service. The products I ordered were all of good quality materials and craftsmanship. And it all came in so much faster than any negative review led me to believe.
SammyDress always returned my inquiries within the 24 hour time frame, they answered all my questions and never left me hanging. They processed my order within a three day time frame and I had it in my hands within two weeks and that was including ordering during Golden Week! Now onto the quality of my ordered items. Everything was nice, there were no loose threads, no sewn shut button holes, no shoddy materials, and everything fit as it was supposed to by their sizing charts. And everything looked like the picture on the website! I got a few shirts, some leggings, jewelry and a purse. The jewelry was nice, and the purse was so cool my mom has asked me to order her one too with my next order.
