I've ordered from this company on three different occasions. First order - Fine. Second order - never arrived. After multiple back and forth messages through Support they offered me a partial refund OR the option to pay for additional shipping to have my stuff sent again so I paid the extra money and finally received my order months later. Third order - Placed the order on 8/5/15 that shipped in two packages on 8/12 and 9/5 (it's now 10/7/15) and nothing has arrived! I keep trying to submit a Support Ticket but it will not go through because it says it's not a valid order number BUT THERE IS NO FIELD TO EVEN ENTER AN ORDER NUMBER! Their live chat line always says they are too busy to help and to check back later and every time I've called the phone number on their site says that they are not available to answer. SammyDress is the biggest scam and they have HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your money or time - There's a good chance you will never get what you paid for.
Ordered 7 shirts, received only 3 tagged XXL but are all different sizes and waaaay to small! I buy a lot of items online and this is by far the worst, most painful, and most horrible, experience I have ever had! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BELIEVE ME! They still owe me money two months later!

The number that SammyDress provides they don't even pick up or the line is constantly busy. The one time it did ring, it hung up when I heard a voice on the other side. I have been jumping through hoops just to EXCHANGE an item with SammyDress BEFORE Christmas. The vicious cycle continues to repeat with us showing PICTURES that the item was made too small. Ordered 3 wigs from them a month ago (28 days) & they just arrived today. I paid the extra $6 for express shipping (5-10 days) but they hustled me. After 20 days they sent a tracking number with a link that takes you back to their page not USPS so you can't track your order at all. You just have to check you mailbox everyday like a fool. They only sent 2 of the 3 wigs even though my shipping notice said all 3 had been shipped. The wigs looked nothing like the picture & I promptly threw 1 in the garbage already. The other one may be salvageable if I cut it. THEY ARE LIARS & THIEVES & IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have NEVER written a review about any site I've ever purchased with, but this one, I just HAD to. I placed an order in Aug. It's Oct and I've yet to see anything. Customer service? Don't get me started. I wrote support, which in turn sent links on tracking that didn't work, then lied and said I'd rec'd it and USPS left notice, which is a blatant lie! Never again!

I placed my first order with SammyDress some time in late January and was concerned on whether the items that I had ordered would fit me or not, having heard many horror stories regarding Asian sizes. Even though I'm Asian-American myself. :P I knew it would be too expensive and too much of a hassle to return, so I was hoping that everything was in order.
The shipment came faster than I had anticipated and the packaging was very nicely done. I didn't find any of the poor quality that I had heard about with the holes in fabric and loose threads (This is a problem with many an Asian clothing site, not particularly just SammyDress) and the material was very good for all 4 items. Using the customer pictures and their posted sizes as well as the site's sizing chart, everything fit me fairly well. Of course, the hem-line is still a little short on some of the items; even though I'm 4'10", they fall just above the knees. So some of these clothing may not work well with taller people, unless you wear leggings under them!
I will definitely cross my fingers and order from SammyDress again. I've already had a very positive experience with them and am hoping for many more to come!
I originally had reservations about ordering from SammyDress as I wasn't very familiar with their products. I had heard that it took a long time to receive products, but I received my order much faster than I had expected.
When I opened the products I was very happy with what I saw. The hoodie I had purchased fit me perfectly, and was very comfortable to wear. I also purchased a toque, which fit snuggly but the comfortable manner. The last product was a gift for my brother in law, so the only thing I can say is that it, like both of my other purchases, looks to be very good quality.
The only negative thing I would have to say is that it did take nearly a month for me to receive my purchase, although faster than I have read online that other people have waited.
Honestly, I'm really surprised by my purchase as SammyDress has great prices. Already planning my next shopping excursion on their store.
Hey sammydress is an ever more-popular Chinese online fashion shop. It specializes in clothing and accessories, but offers a few interesting items in the Beauty and Home/Lifestyle sections as well.
Couple of months ago I purchased a few things on Sammydress.com until now I have never got my package, I tried to call, used live chat, email, no one responded!

I've had a couple of orders through this site and I honestly don't understand the negativity that surrounds it. I've only had 2 items that I wasn't satisfied with but both times the customer service was quick to check on the problem and see if there was anything they could do to help.
The products themselves do vary in quality (which I've even experienced on more upscale sites like ModCloth) but it's just a matter of picking and choosing. You really do get what you pay for but I have definitely gotten some items that were better than the price they were sold at.
Shipping does take a while because, again, this company isn't based in the US. Losing items can happen and in the cases when I've gotten delays, the staff was plenty helpful in helping me find it or offering replacements should the items not come through.
In shorter words, this site is worth the look. It's got a wide range of products and what you save on the price of the item, you can easily put into the shipping if you have any worries. I continue to shop here but I understand everyone has their right to make their own opinions. I for one like the products and service and have no hesitations about shopping here.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 items off of their very stylish website. I ordered these items around May and did not receive them until early September. I had to harass them via email nearly every week which I was given a generic excuse around the lines of "Sorry customer, we will be shipping your order in the next -insert random number- hours." If they even chose to reply to me sometimes. I found a number and was connected to someone who could not speak English. When I received my clothes they were terrible. You could see through the BLACK mysterious (and terribly itchy) material, not to mention I bought a medium hi-low dress that fit me like a very tight shirt (my entire behind and front area were completely exposed). I also purchased a really cute tassel maxi skirt that ended up coming a little passed my knee and it looked as if someone rushed and just cut slits in a piece of fabric. None of my clothes had decent, evenly sewn seams if they had any at all. When I called, they told me that I had to take pictures with proof that the clothing wasn't right and to check my tags on the clothes but everything was typed in Chinese. I would never order from their site again. They steal pictures of what the original clothing should look like from other websites and use them as their own. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. But they are a great way to brainstorm outfit ideas if that counts for much. I do have the clothing for pictures still if anyone is interested.
