Sammy dress has the worst customer service I have ever experienced I have complained through email and live chat although website saids it's in California all communications is in China orders placed take months to receive and some orders remain incomplete all you get it incorrect track numbers and thank you for your patience,,, sizes are not realistic a large is more like a size 5 so maybe even the sizes are in Chinese,,, how do they get away with all of this is mind boggling

Their costumer service is no like found, everytime I need to question someting or have any problem they always are kind and fast on my assistance.

Couldn't explain enough. This is one of the best websites I've ever used. My package came in when it was suppose. I didn't have any problems. I recommend this do others to order from this site.
Its a good place to find something unique and outstanding for any ocation. I was kinda surprised how cheap everythig is and I had doubts the quality would be good, but in time I ordered a lot of things from there and some things were really nice, stylish, comfortable and in good shape and material.
So the price dont bite and you can find some really good deals.
Although, there is some drawbacks like: Shipping prices which are high, (even if you are from Europe), also I had some shipping problems (waited almost 3 months for one package to arrive)and once I missed an item in my package,(ofcourse contacted the support it was quite quick response that they send it with a new package).
To sum up everytging I recommend to try sammydress, youll definitely find something your taste.
I bought 2 small items and after 2 months STILL never recieved them! Their mailing system is A JOKE! They will give you the run around & tell you things to get you to leave them alone. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone! You guys can go ahead and delete this review if you want but it is true & more people need to know! YOU GUYS ARE A SCAM. Quit trying to play people for money! You guys were so quick to take the money out, but so F*cking slow on giving it back when you KNOW you're in the wrong!

So far, my experience with Sammydress has been nothing but wonderful. Their site is pretty fun to look through, and they have an exceptional amount of product to choose from.
I've placed two orders through Sammydress, and have no complaints about the process, products, or staff. One downside is the shipping time/cost, since the products are coming from China to (in my case) the US. BUT, that being said, by the time you pay for shipping, you've still spent less than if you were to try and purchase the same item in a store, for possibly a lesser quality item. Shipping time isn't that bad, just don't try and order the day before an event and expect to have your items.
As far as the actual items are concerned, all the products I received seem to range from decent to exceptional quality. I purchased a $3.00 necklace, which seems like it's probably worth three bucks but looks a whole lot more expensive, while I purchased a dress for $9.00 that looks like it's WAY more expensive than that, as well as being made of excellent fabric and held together with strong stitching.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend using Sammydress. I've not been disappointed with any aspect of their website or resulting products.

I ordered with other companies for Christmas gifts and received all of them and I'm still waiting on SO CALLED SAMMY! Good thing I went thru PayPal. Going there to place a claim of fraud along with the BBB; (to get my money back and BBB to list as fraudulent company).

Great experiences with Sammydress. Products are high quality and very cute. Even the one size clothes for great. Just takes awhile to ship so you have to be patient.
I placed an order on August 21,2015. It is now November 30,2015 and have never received anything. I have tried contacting them through their company and got nothing in return. I finally started leaving nasty comments on their Facebook page because of the lack of communication and they replied to that ONCE and have still done nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I only reason I gave one star is because I have to.

I am a 10+ time loyal customer to sammydress.com and I have been continually impressed by their company, with over 50 items I love purchased at a low-cost from their company. I give them 4 stars out of 5 only because of their shipping and processing time; which is much longer than if you are purchasing from our country or a closer country to us. I feel one thing many American customers do not give them credit for is that they are on the other side of the world! Shipping for me usually takes 30-40 days, and has taken as long as 3 months after an item was stuck in U.S. customs (which I personally had to go resolve and pick up). But, I love their fashion and their great prices. When they have been out of stock of an item, they have refunded my purchase within a week after emailing them. Good customer service. Since they are on the opposite side of the world, U.S. consumers should expect a longer communication and processing time as a trade for their outstanding low prices. Still, I love sammydress.com!
Sammydress is horrible first off I ordered two pair of shoes only received one pair and the pair I got don't even fit way too small please don't order from them they suck. Products look nice but when or should I say IF! I'm really happy with my latest purchase from SammyDress. I have ordered several times now - it's kind of addictive ;) Overall everything is really affordable and there are lots to choose from, so you don't have to play it safe and can try new styles and colours you don't usually wear without having to break your budget. For example I was happily surprised to find lots of things when I search for owl jewelry! And I'm really into vintage dresses right now, and I could find lots of those too.
This time I got some new sunglasses, a wig with a nice ombre effect (been looking a while now for one with really dark roots and light ends) and a vintage looking brooch for my mother that I think she appreciated:)
The sites interactivity with all the customer photos makes the site entertaining and more personal, and sometimes I visit just for fun even when I'm not going to buy something... The sizes are rather different from European standard (and I'm a bit on the tall side) but it is rather easy to take measurements and you soon figure out what sizes will work. Other customers photos are also very useful when figuring out how clothes will work on different body types and lengths.
So to sum up, it has been a good experience and I will probably order again soon :)

Absolute scam! I placed an order /MM*******455/on january 23rd.and it is still processing my order and today is what february 6th! Considering that they wrote ships within 24 hrs under the pixture of the good, the service is Unbelievable! In the meantime, i got two tickets asking about when my orders will be shipped out.No RESPONSE! Now i do understand that chinese new year hit during the period, but this is just UNEXCUSABLE!
