They are thieves. Sizes super small. WHAT I ORDERED DIDN'T EVEN FIT MY DAUGHTER WHOSE A SIZE 1. When you try to return items, They tell you they'll get back to you with a return code. But, weeks later, still no return code and there is an experation date for you to be able to return the merchandise. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I just read at least 20 comments on another site with tons of complaints. You will never get a refund.

Well the saga goes on. Rosegal is in SE China. We have been trading emails and they have been offering amounts from 5% - 10% on my next order ( in who's world do they think I will do that) the latest was 50% of the price of the item. They did not tell me if that was to be credit or were they going to give me a check. I was waiting for a response from DHL on what the practice is for shipping. While I was waiting for the response Rosegal closed the ticket. So I guess I am starting over. I am going to keep this up until I get my money back. They can keep the shipping charge. Here is the response from DHL:
"Return to Origin can only be requested by the foreign shipper to the foreign DHL Service Center. If wed do not receiver instruction from consignor the shipment is abandoned.
Abandoned shipments are temporarily stored at the local DHL Service Center for a minimum of 30 business days, after 30 days shipments are subject to disposal." Just in case no one knew about this I did a cut and paste so I would not get any part of it wrong. All I can say is I am going to work on getting my money back. It might sound petty but they have to know that people are not going to keep their business going. All I can say thanks for reading.

"I have alot of health issues which makes shopping more painful than fun. That all changed when I found Sammy Dress and decided to give them a try. I got lost in page after page of beautiful clotheing, jewlery, shoes, and accessories. I purchased a pair of beautiful beige sandals, a gourgeous shirt, some fake finger nails, fake toe nails, and a piece of head jewlery just because it looked fun and was so easily affordable. My merchandise was delieverd in a timely fashion, came well wrapped and undamaged. Before ordering I had a question which their support team answered within 24 hrs. Of recieving my email. The quality the items are fantastic, I am so happy! To have found a site with high quality items, for a price my paycheck to paycheck budget can afford that I can access from my home has made shopping fun again!"
Never received item. Still disputing claim through PayPal a month later, just to try to get a refund.
Sammydress gave me an ultimatum "cancel claim, or we can not ship items" if I cancel the claim, I can not re submit a claim nor get a refund, so I told them no, I wanted my item shipped first, once I said that, all communication stopped. The number on the website never worked always busy, then one time I got an answering machine that sounded like someone's private #. At the moment I'm still waiting for PayPal to help in resolving this, hopefully I'll get a refund!

I have seen the same dresses on multiple sites with the same set ups? So are you a rip off? Also the same ratings and reviews unless they are bad. U need to get accredited by BBB. This is just like a yandy site or rose. Exact set up. U should be shamed. I can make these clothes in america! PEACE anyone like these clothes they r mainly a poly mixed with nylon or spandex. Im coming out with my own bc these chines places are ridiculous especially when you use the same sites and set ups and clothes and models. And reviews. I've been using Sammydress for several years and I love it. I've gotten some great items for amazing prices and have been really impressed by the customer service.
I think sometimes people have negative experiences because they don't pay attention to a few things: 1. Don't go by your normal size. Instead, use the measurements provided for each item. For one item, you might be an XL and for another you might be a S. 2. Pay attention to the details and material of every item. I usually try to avoid the clothing made from polyester, which can sometimes feel cheap, but many of the cotton, cotton blend, or chiffon items are lovely. 3. Look at reviews from other users if they're posted. I look specifically for people talking about the material and fit. 4. Try to do expedited shipping and include shipping insurance if you can - that gives you a tracking number for your package. With expedited shipping, I've gotten some orders in less than a week. That's amazing when the items are coming from Asia! 5. Recognize that you're buying clothing that may not last forever, but that will often be good for a few seasons and that has saved you money! 6. Reach out to customer support if you need it - they're quick and helpful.
If you're a smart consumer, you can revamp a huge part of your wardrobe for very cheap and get cute, trendy clothes for cheap. I LOVE Sammydress!
I got my skirt within 3 weeks and it was a perfect fit, the colors are vibrant and amazing, and i can't wait to wear it to my first festival... Definitely gonna buy from them again!
I love shopping on Sammydress so much that it's on my bookmark bar. I've loved everything I've purchased, and haven't had a problem with quality--I mean, you're typically paying less than $10 per item, and the items still tend to be better quality and less expensive than at a bargain mall store.
I placed an order on a Sunday, and promptly received a confirmation email. The next day the first part of my order shipped (everything that clearly said "shipped within 3 business days" right on the items' pages), and I received the order on Friday. The other things that clearly said "shipped within 5-10 business days" were, in fact, shipped within 5-10 business days. Seriously, if you just READ everything thoroughly before you make a purchase, you'll probably have a great experience.
Same goes for sizing. I'm a US small, but buy medium or large on Sammydress. Asian sizing is different--just read and do the math, and you'll do fine.
In summary: Don't be scared away by those who did not read thoroughly before placing an order. The site is very clear about shipping and sizing if you pay attention. Read first and you'll enjoy the most affordable and fabulous deals you can find.
I ordered some clothes from them and after trying on the black shirt I got- IT LEFT A BLUE STAIN ON MY NAILS AND SKIN!

I spent about $60. I ordered 4 items. 2 dress shirts, 1 Polo and 1 Blazer. All of them came Rolled up in one 8 1/2 x maybe 12 bag! Needless to say, the Blazer was wrinkled. The shirts are sized like they were for a large child, (I ordered Large) the quality wasn't the best and there was no receipt/packing slip in the package. Basically nothing fit but the blazer. And barely. I wrote them for an exchange or refund and they did reply right away but. Get this, They told me " why not give to friend as gift, we'll give you $5 as refund" Um, What?! So I wrote back a few times stating that was unacceptable and not professional and they said shipping was too expensive so I'd have to pay for return shipping and they also would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I told them I put the shirts folded back on the original bag with tags and didn't even wear 2 of them ( just saw the size). After the shipping cost, 15% restocking fee and not to mention gas to the post office, my refund would probably be very small. I may have to wind up either selling on eBay or disputing with my credit card company which is what I recommend others doing because It will be the one of the only thing that may get them to change short of a class action lawsuit! Rated two stars and not one because I DID receive the items ( took ONE full month and they were Somewhat as described.) Avoid for now

I have always ordered from sammydress disregarding the reviews. I have previously ordered from there a few times and my orders take a while to arrive but they arrive within a two month range. I placed an order on January 1st of 2015 (this year) and it is now March 5th and I have not gotten anything. I have made a ticket to sammydress and they just told me to be patient. I have NEVER had this problem before and I just think it is unfair that they already took the money from my account from the time of the purchase and I have not gotten ANYTHING from them. My order M************** has made me have second thoughts about ever ordering from here again!
The measurements on their site are not the true sizes of the items, and if it does not fit, they credit you 1/4 of what you paid in a wallet on their site. BUYER BEWARE! And try and get them to send you a larger size, good luck. These guys are busy fighting off customer complaints all day long I am sure! Quality is 2 stars, And nothing like the photo's they use to show their products... It is a mock up. I would look around for another site that refunds back to original payment type. Like back to your credit card etc... What ever, I am out apprx. $150 USD dealing with these people. Shipping costs are outrageous!
I am still fighting with them about the sizes listed on their site that I ordered and nothing fits. Now they say they do their best to detail the proper sizes and basically do not want to take responsibility for mis-leading customers to buying their stuff that of course is too small. I am so upset!
They also have a generated customer response that they keep sending me over & over again... To try and get me to accept this low offer $ to settle? These people are nuts!

I have ordered two times from this site during these few months. Must say I am satisfied, no big complaints. For both orders delivery time was as promised and not longer.
Had small problems with the first order - one item came in the wrong size than I had ordered and at first few items were missing from the package. Then contacted the customer support and got fast answers from there. They replaced the wrong sized item with a new one that had about the same price as the wrong sized one, only had to pay for the tracking code number. And didn't have to send the wrong item back. As for the missing items, got them shipped out shortly after I contacted the customer service and got a working tracking number for these items too.
Also the products have good quality considering the fair prices. All the items that I received came as advertised.
Now after ordering from that site myself it is sad to see how many problems other people have had and how many negatives reviews there are.
But I must say I would personally order again from this site, even though I also had few small complicatons.
