This seller should not be allowed to trade. I purchased 3 jumpers from this site and they are appalling. They look cheap and are made of cheap, thin material. One of the jumpers arrived with pulls in it. The hem was not straight - varying by as much as an inch. I have raised a complaint with the company only to have my query closed down before it has been resolved. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase and so glad I didn't waste too much money.
Customer service had finally solved my pending issue in few days for my ordered 2 months ago once I notified them. Great after sales service. If you had problems with your ordered just dropped a message to customer service. They would take care of it.

Not only do they put your order on "back order", they take up to 2 months to ship out. I purchase an item a week ago and it will not even be received by them for another 3 weeks. Once they get it, it will take up to 45 business days for me to receive it here in the states. Trust the reviews! Don't buy from Sammy Dress. It may be cheap but not worth the quality or the time.

I ordered 3 items, they arrived very fast even before my expected date. Two of them were exactly as show in Sammy Dress site But one item has a different color. I opened a ticket and it was handled very fast till final resolution - excellent service.
I will continue buying in Sammy Dress and recommend to my friends.
Good experience overall. Sizes run smaller than in the US. i'm usually a medium here; i ordered some medium shirts and they fit extra tight on me. I would just warn shoppers to keep that in mind when choosing sizes. Sometimes they might ship you the wrong item, in which case you have the option to either return the item (and pay for the shipping) or accept a partial refund. Overall, items look nice, prices are decent, and you get that european look here in america which is a plus.
So far I've had good experience with Sammy dress. There products are great. I so love everything that I see and would like to get them all but I can't lol. I plan on using Sammy dress first before anyone else for my shopping goods.

I am very likely to buy at sammy dress again because they are very cheap and there are some good bargains. My thing came in less than a month and I mean that's fine when I didn't pay the shipping cost.
It took more than 1 month for the goods to arrive. Far too long compare to other supplier. I think I'll take my business somewhere else. You have to pay extra if you want tracking for your parcel. All the other suppliers, system tracking is kind of automatically whether you want express or standard delivery.

I ordered a $25 dress in early September. It arrived in late October, jammed into a small package. It was horribly wrinkled, and badly sewn. The seam that is supposed to go under my bust was almost to my neck and the left arm seam had not been completed. I am in the middle of getting my money back with PayPal. I requested a full refund + the cost of the return shipping. They offered me a $5 partial refund today which I declined.

I have been very skeptical about sites like this but I'm so glad I found Sammy Dress! This is a site where you can find affordable clothing that doesn't look cheap. Shoes and more for little to nothing! I Am very happy with my purchases from this site. Customer service is very fast and helpful.
I recommend this website for anyone who is looking for discount clothing. The quality of the items i received were high. I recommend to start small and order accessories since the shipping is mainly free. The necklaces I bought were amazing, the same quality you would receive from Forever 21. The shipping only took 2 weeks for me which isn't that bad considering it shipped from China to the U.S. Make sure you order up a size because Asian sizes run small. Good Luck!

Bought Xmas sweaters for Xmas in mid-Nov. Did not get one of the sweaters and until now it's already mid-January and despite contacting them and filing a dispute, they still haven't refunded my money for the item that was not delivered. DO NOT BUY from this company. Material of clothes is awful too... rubbish clothes. They ripped people off... Lots of people have had similar experience.

Sent me items in basically any sizes they wanted to and they all looked like children's clothes. Got an XL and it didn't even get near me.

Ordered items on 3/2 and only received half, the rest said it was shipped 3/25, now its 5/11 and they're still not here. This is my last time ordering from here.
