I purchased some wigs that did not look like the picture and I had a hard time returning. I was told to send an email stating why I want to return them and if my reason was acceptable I would get a credit. We went back and forth with emails to no avail. I eventually gave up and decided to never buy from this company again.
They took about 4 weeks or less to arrive but finally is in Miami will land in The Bahamas tomorrow hopefully. 3 items are out of stock and one item is said to be stopped by the supplier. Well i'll see for myself what kind of quality the clothing are so i'll be back shortly.
So hesitant to buy from this site, but the boots I ordered are great! Arrived quickly with DHL. Fine quality, smell a bit of plastic but no more than expected.
Very narrow fit, but lined with a fuzzy material so totally comfortable.
I definitely recommend these, amazing price for a spare pair of autumn boots.
I ordered a dress 3/11/14 they didn't receive my payment until 3/14/14. It is now April 1st and my order still says processing. I have ordered items from this site before and received them but the shipping process took about a week to ship. As for my most recent I have not gotten an email or anything that says what is going on with my order. I also submitted a ticket to customer service that says there will be a response in 24 hours, I have not received an answer for that as well. Now I believe that the dress I ordered was not in stock. It's funny how they receive payments quick is ever but can't respond back to a simple question. They need to let the customers know what is going on with their order.
Completely disappointing, I waited almost 2 months for my order to come, and when it did they sent me the entirely wrong item as you can see from the photo. I ordered the sweater on the left and they sent me the one on the right with a totally different neckline, abnormally long arms and a crop top.

Any positive reviews for this website are fake. It took months for my items to come, some of which never showed up. The items that I actually got were the cheapest material and looked NOTHING like the pictures. Returns are impossible, as well as inquiring about missing items. No response ever. This website is a scam. STAY AWAY!

My experience with this company was very good, the service, products and delivery were great. I ordered a few items, one was for my friend and she loved it. I also loved my items being exactly as the picture. I would have no complaints and anyone who is looking to buy from here, I recommend to do it.
I am very skeptical of ordering clothes online. I have had some pretty bad experiences with quite a few websites. I decided to give Sammy Dress a try and ordered a few shirts. I was super shocked when they came! The material was nice and it fit just the way I wanted it too. They are perfect for work when its a bit cold outside. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Once again, Sammy dress has proven that their website is one of the best for online shopping! Not only did I get my packages on time! But they were also secured and packaged properly. I decided to order shoes from this website. They take forever to come in, even though the shipping costs more than the product. I used there conversion chart for shoe sizes. I ALWAYS wear a size 7 shoe, and the chart says that translates to a size 38 so that is what I ordered. After waiting forever, the finally came in. When I put them on, they seemed as if they were 2 sizes too big. In no circumstances could I ever wear a size 5 AKA 36. I went on there website to return them, and I noticed you have to pay for shipping both ways on return. Therefore, I would be paying for shipping THREE times, and as stated earlier the cost of one time shipping was more than the shoes. I would be loosing money to get a new pair, or even get a refund because of their faulty chart. This website is not worth the trouble.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchases at this site. Upon completing the transaction, the seller contacted me and told me one of my orders were unavailable and immediately gave me a refund. Shipping time is as expected given that they are internationally based. Prices are inexpensive and quality is as good as the ones you can buy here in the US
I recently got my first order from Sammy Dress, and am completely happy with everything. The clothes fit exactly as they said they would (this means they run small as per Asian sizes, so take your measurements carefully) and the shipping got the packages to me in less time than they actually said they would. Best part is the prices are absolutely amazing.
Very dissapointed, i waited four months for it finally arrived and the clothing didn't look like the item i ordered at all! I hope i can get a refund. What they sent me is not acceptable, you can't wear that thing. And the material should be mainly polyester and no fleece. I will add a photo here so you can see for yourself.

A picture is worth a thousand words! I absolutely love everything I've ordered from this website. I've recently bought shoes and a multi strand necklace. The shoes are red carpet quality for a fraction of the price. Customer service is impeccable, shipping is always on time and even on standard shipping I can choose the carrier. Here are my photos!

I ordered both clothing and jewelry. They seem to be good quality. This site has low prices on all their merchandise, and I didn't have any problems with customer service. The sizes are not U.S. Sizes you need to take your measurements and check them against their sizing chart. All in all I had a good experience from this company and wI'll very likely buy from them again.
I placed my order back in Nov. 2014 and as of today 1-19-2015 I have still not received it and they are not refunding my money. They told me I should have bought a tracking number. REALLY? I was ready to spend thousands of dollars with this company for clothes that I liked. Will never happen now and I will tell people about them and their I don't care attitude. I am a business owner and this is not how you do business- at least not as a professional.
