My experience in dealing with SAMMYdress was a combination of a Chinese Fire Drill, a poorly run Ponzi scheme entirely orchestrated by the Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. If you are looking for a door to enter a padded cell never to return to sanity, SAMMYdress is right up your alley.
I shop online globally with regularity. Sure there are worse places. Just haven't found them yet. My two stars represent the fact that I am confident there must be some company that outshines SAMMYdress in scamming customers.
On the other hand, Exotic India, New Delphi is one of the most reputable companies I have encountered anywhere on this planet. Toss your coin and hope for the best when shopping online, especially globally. Little does SAMMYdress know that I will retrieve my hard earned money from them if it takes me two lifetimes..

We bought 4 items from this site. One was terribly sized and won't fit my arms but too large around the neck (and I never have issues like that- pretty normal build) The second one was totally wrong. We purchased a shirt with a Christmas phrase on the front. When we got received it, it was the completely different. We contacted the customer service and they said this was a "minor issue" and only wanted to refund us $2. Terrible response since we didn't get what we ordered, and wanted to only credit us 1/8 of the cost. Honestly, The last 2 items were the two of the same sweater. It wasn't made from the material I thought it would. Those at least fit. I think they try to get people to buy cheap items that are not worth trying to get their refunds for. I am in the middle of my 6 email discussion with them for the refund of the wrong item we received.
It seems like a lot of individual sellers, so it is a real crap shoot what you will get, and the customer service tries to not refund the whole amount.

It took me 9 days to get 3 items, I ordered 20 and paid 50 dollars only to get a partial order and a head ache PayPal refunded me 97 dollars but I still paid nearly 60 for 17$ worth of stuff. BTW I NEVER would have ordered in my wildest dreams if I knew it came from a sweatshop in Singapore.

"On 11/23/15 I ordered 20 items (Christmas presents) for a grand total of 213.00. As of today, 12/10/15, I did receive 3 items totaling 23.00. Now it is stating on my account that all items have shipped so I can't check the status of the remaining 17 items that definitely have not shipped. I only read good reviews on their site, so I thought that it was safe to order, but on their review page they tell you not to say "mean things" about them, that tells me they don't publish the mean ones! Anyway, I have emailed them 3 times with no response. It is difficult for me to remember to call them at night when they are open... so I have opened a Paypal dispute, thank god I paid with PayPal! The problem still remains with undelivered Christmas presents for my Grandchildren. I am on a fixed income and don't have anymore $$$ to spend. My poor babies won't get the really cool stuff I found for them... very disappointing. I stumbled across sammydress.com when I googled cheap online clothes over two months ago. On the website, the clothes and accessories looked really cute and well made so I got really excited and decided to order that same day. I ordered 23 items which was roughly $160 Canadian, delivery cost $78 which I didn't really mind because I got a 10% discount plus the items seemed really nice and priced so unbelievably low. Big mistake... My shipment didn't arrive until 6 weeks after I placed my order and to make things worse, I only received half of my order AND got charged $33 for custom clearance! What the hell?! 3 of the items were damaged, one has a small hole in the back and the other two have stains. Disgusting! Oh and their customer service stinks too and Im not gonna go any further into that, I just get so mad writing about it. It's been over 2 months now since I placed my order and I am still waiting for the rest of my clothes. I told sammydress to cancel the shipment and give me a refund but they denied and offered to give me a discount on my next order instead. Yeah, right. As if I would order from them again! Avoid this website like the plague. Their clothes are cheap for a reason. If you want to order nice clothes, order from yesstyle.com instead.

I ordered from this site, mostly because my friend had ordered and got her stuff so i was pretty sure they were legit. Boy, was i wrong. Yes, the dresses are cute and well-priced but the service is (insert a word that means the EPITOME of awful). I ordered a dress, they took my money, i check the status of my order 3 weeks later, STILL WASN'T SHIPPED. Called their help line. MY DRESS WAS OUT OF STOCK. REALLY. YOU TOOK MY MONEY WHEN IT SAID IT WAS IN STOCK, AND NOW IT'S OUT OF STOCK?! Cool awesome wonderful great. Asked for a refund straight away. At least they got THAT to me in a reasonable time frame. Never again. If only there was a way to give this site no stars. So frustrating and not worth the wait.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered from Sammydress. I ordered 2 items the end of January and finally received it on March 4th after I sent 2 inquiries on shipping status. After receiving the items, they do not look like the items I ordered, very poor quality. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. Then when I contacted them about the problem, they wanted me to send pictures. After sending the pictures they state they only refund if it's defective but will give credit in the way of "points". Are they serious? I won't order anything else and will cut my losses. Wow, I just saw the review where someone stated they were asked to write good reviews in exchange for "S" points. I figured those writing positive reviews were getting something in return. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. I bought a pair of overalls from Sammydress in December 2015, they got my address incorrect and then the shipping tracking said it said it was "delivered". Turns out (after I had to google maps it) that it was "delivered" to THEIR storage unit in New Jersey that they seem to know nothing about. I have been asked for a refund of cash because I will NEVER buy anything from them again for the full amount several times. They promised it back at one point, never got it. I have still been trying for 4 months. The last message I got was that they would refund me $4 for no particular reason. This is by FAR the WORST services I have ever had to deal with and they should be shutdown IMMEDIATELY.

I orded on 4/26 and my items werent shipped out until 4/22, It took a month+ for me to get my package which was supposed to contain 8 items. I only got 6, two of them werent even what I ordered. I was charged a $35 processing and shipping fee for what? The processing was supposed to be 3-7 business days max. And thats for a large order. Why did I get charged so much if it was going to Take so long and I still didnt recieve all of my items after a month of waiting. The two items I was missing I just asked for a refund, they told me allow up to 5-15 days! Wth?! It is now the 6th day. Ridiculous, wouldnt recommend to anyone.
This website is a SCAM, literally not worth the risk. I order a shirt from the website. And not only did it take over a MONTH to reach my house, it looked NOTHING like the picture and the quality of the shirt was ABYSMAL. The shirt was cheap looking and essentially looked like a sack. The detailing was absolute $#*! and was sewn on crookedly. If I could give this site no stars, I would.
