Prices on this site are great, I do not need more research price of clothing. The shipping fee is cheaper than the other sites and sending happens fast. I always buy this site.

Do not buy from this company. Any positive review on here I am sure is written by their staff. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order I opened a support ticket to ask why my order had not shipped yet. Here was the reply: "Dear Lori,

Veronica" Any good business should if you can not supply an item you should immediately notify the customer that purchased it AND remove it from your shop site. I truly believe this is a scam. They know the Paypal rules of 45 to report the dispute and have no plans of giving the money back. I did receive my refund, but I went through Paypal to do it.

So I used expedited shipping, it was worth it and I was even able to reroute it, when I missed it at home, to come to my work.
The dress I ordered was ordered large because of the differential component to all Asian Fashion sites and now I am customizing the dress to me. I love perfecting a piece to me and I hid a stitch by the points of the purple bust so I can wear the collar popped or folded down. I will do a long dart under the armpit to take in the bust and waist.
The quality always equals what you paid and I suggest always measuring, based on size chart, in cm (most accurate).

Sammy Dress has a good selection of clothes for women, accessories for women & children, handbags and shoes. They have a wide selection where you are bound to find something for you. The sizes of the products are clearly give and the prices are very reasonable. The goods take a little while to be delivered but i assume that is due to the distance and shipping however this is an area where you can improve. Sometimes orders are because it is urgent but for people like me i have to place it almost 2 months in advance and that is not so great cos it takes that long for the good to arrive in Sri Lanka. Accessories such as jewellery and watches need to be packed very carefully when shipping cos there are chances where it could get damaged and then we have to report it to you guys and it takes another 2 months for you to ship it. This has happened to me and im still waiting for the replacement. Another area of improvement is when you guys are processing the goods please take care to send the correct item which was ordered, i understand there could be mistakes but please try cos for customers like me its quite frustrating when something like this happens and we have to wait for the replacement. However customer support service after sales is excellent. They are very attentive to detail and replies pretty fast.
I placed an order on January 20th, 2014. My order was supposed to be delivered within 5 business days. Instead my order has been stuck in a status of "Processing" for weeks.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly through Sammydress.com. I provided photos of the unfinished dress and the not as advertised dress. Both items failed to meet even the minimum expectations of quality. Nearly all posts online regarding this retailer are "buyer beware". My attempts today to chat live with an individual, defaulted to the survey page to rate the chat experience, however no live chat occurred. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered some clothing through this company and paid 97.02 including shipping. After finally receiving my order I only got 4 items out of 7 that I ordered. On top of only receiving half my items they sent the wrong sizes on everything. I tried calling and emailing about them sending the wrong size and what the shipping status on the other items and they do not answer the phone or emails. I finally had to file a dispute through Paypal and once the resolution center with Paypal got done with there investigation they offered me less than half my money back and told me I needed to ship the items back to China which would have cost me 107.00! I'm no mathematician but you figure out if that makes sense to you! I can not believe what rip off artist these people are and I will never use my Paypal account again. Paypal did not back up there customer (me) and basically told me to either give the items to goodwill and wait on the back ordered items to come one day or ship the items I received back on my dime and then they will give me a credit which will put me in the negative -9.98 of which I have nothing to show for WTH. Do not use this company and do not use Paypal or Paypal credit because if you expect them to back you up with the merchant you are on your own. I really wish I had of looked at these reviews before making my purchase.
