UPDATE - Sammydress keeps contacting me to delete this review, but I won't. They're a horribly run company and the only way to get any kind of response from them is to post on sites like this. I will not take down the review, nor will I accept the credit that they are asking for. The last thing I want to do is pay shipping and handling fees for horrible merchandise that they won't send. I would just have to go through all this nonsense again!

So it seems that Sammy Dress reads these reviews. They FINALLY after months refunded the rest of the money they owed me.
Quick review - I ordered two items. One never arrived. The second was so small it would fit a child - supposed to be an adult Large. I made a complaint at the time and refunded about half what I was owed - only when I made a complaint through PayPal.
Then I got contacted because I posted a bad review of them on this site. All of a sudden the refunded the rest of my money to PayPal and said that they'd reward me with coupons to their site if I upgraded my review on their site.
So here's the deal - keep posting and keep rating them poorly wherever you can. Twitter, Facebook, this site - maybe they'll finally refund your money too. I'm not going to change my rating though, Sammy Dress, you can keep your coupons -there's not a chance in the world I'd want anything from your crappy site.
My experience with sammydress has been very wonderful.
My orders are always shipped in time and they are exactly as what i see on the internet.
I'll advice people to shop from sammydress very often.
I placed a $200 on Nov. 19. I wanted to change it. They told me to create a new order and the old one will be cancelled, my card credited in three days. I created the new order. Today is December 8th -- I have chatted with them a few times and submitted tickets. They continue to tell me the order has been cancelled and my card refunded though when I check the status of the order online, it still says "processing". There is no credit on my online cc statement. The tickets say they will respond within 24 hours. They have yet to respond to any. The new order still has not shipped. They keep telling me the order is ready to be shipped but for some reason, each day passes and it never ships. They are a huge waste of time, unreachable by phone, do not respond to tickets and LIE in chats. More than one rep has told me "just trust me" when I try to ensure the order was cancelled -- I'm not sure if they're trained to say that but it's been almost three weeks and the money has not been refunded to my credit card -- "Joy" told me it would take three days. They are a scam and definitely not worth the headache.

Ordered a purse from this site... shipping added an additional $13.00 but thought it was worth it. A month later I still had not received it. Every time I wrote them they told me they were shipping it within 7-10 days. Finally at the six week mark, I complained to Pay Pal and the company told me that the complaint is closed because my item was delivered. I never got it so I called Pay Pal and told them I still didn't have my item --two and a half months total-- Pay Pal said that it was delivered and I said, "Well, who signed for it because it says on all my paperwork "Do not deliver without signature"... because of problems we have with our mail being stolen in this area. Pay Pal says they do not require signature but I told Pay Pal that it is listed in instructions. Pay Pal said it would arrange for a refund. Now here's something interesting. A friend ordered the same item after I ordered mine and she received it but it is such poor quality that it's just as well I never got mine. Don't deal with companies that are based in China. You will wait several weeks if you do get your item and you will have the expense of return shipping... so much for sammydress and their purses.

I can honestly say Sammy Dress is my FAVORITE place to shop! The merchandise is beautiful and of great quality and ordering is SUPER easy. All of my packages come safely wrapped and I have YET to get anything but great compliments on my items! I love it so much I'm hesitant to share it sometimes! Lol. Overall, this is a great place to get beautiful gifts at a VERY low cost and, I mean, who WOULDN'T love to get nice things for almost nothing?!

(I started buying items and going to Sammy Dress almost a month ago 3 weeks ago.) I have received jewelry from this website and i instantly fell in love with the product. The product came to my house in about 6 business days. However the order I ordered Previously before this one still has not come in yet. They had the same shipping and everything the problem was that it is taking longer to receive my item. Another good thing about them is if you have an inquiry (problem) you are able to directly speak with someone, or send in a ticket to have them answer you back. I have been notified politely how to track my item why it is taking so long Etc. This is a trusted website (Like I said before I have received items from there before.) Thank you for listening :)

So far, I'm very disappointed. When you place an order, you expect a response. I went on the website, and it says they haven't received my payment, but my bank account says that it has. I then submitted a ticket and was promised a 24hr response. Haven't received it. It still states that my order is processing. Its already been two weeks. This is a scam. I ordered $640 worth of product. After 2 weeks heard nothing, so I contacted through the web site. Two weeks later I went on an instant chat. They said they hadn't shipped because they needed to verify I wasn't a fraud. I had paid through Pay Pal, thank goodness. They wanted me to take a picture of my drivers license and credit card so they could verify it was me. Yeah right! I have screen shots of the conversation/request. This site sent me to an area with places to upload these photos. I DO HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THESE CONVERSATIONS! I reported them to Pay Pal and trying to report them to Facebook as that is where I found them. (So far no luck with Facebook. If anyone knows how to report this to FB, please let me know). The only good thing I can say is thank goodness I did get my $640 back. BE VERY CAREFUL!
