I ordered 3 watches from this company and I was very pleases with the quality for the price. I also ordered a swim suit for my daughter. We ordered a size larger than she would normally wear and still it is tight on her but wearable. I am happy and will order again but maybe not order clothing from them as you never know what size to get.
I ordered a dress, they sent me a pair of cheap khaki pants? I sent an email to customer support, no one has answered me back. I try calling the *******508 # and its always busy. When I got thru once, it rang a few, then disconnected me! There is no way to actually talk to anyone to resolve my issue? Its obviously a scam people. Don't order.
Ordered five items from sammy dress in October and paid for expedited shipping my order was split up and no one cared to tell me why they were split up and only to receive a notification that the remaining items of my package had been shipped by post office and will be delivered in 25 days. I paid for courier fee and now my goods will be delivered after 25 days... disappointing if at least someone explained before one paid they would know what to expect. Disappointing

I really like the selection that Sammy Dress has. They have many items for reasonable prices... the only thing that I do not like is dealing with is their shipment wait time. It takes a really long, I mean like a month long which makes it hard if you need something in an orderly time frame... otherwise customer service is good they are good at getting back to you within the first 3 days... if not right away... but def a good store to shop...
I bought three articles so far and I had to wait for a while to receive them. Once received them they were fine. In one case there were minor imperfections that I fixed myself.
Be careful with the measurements, their clothes do not follow standard sizing and sizing is different for the different clothing pieces. So far so good. The best was their customer service: prompt replies and very kind. Too bad most of their clothes are in polyester!

Sammy Dress has cheap products. The quality is good for the price.
I have bought many times and never had big troubles with them. When one product mine came with a small defect, they refunded me.

Sammy Dress has really nice products at a low price, and I really like them. The items Ive ordered so far have been of really good quality. The shipping does take long, so I recommend ordering like a month in advance or paying for a faster shipping speed. The only thing that bothers me is the sizing. You have to double check if it may fit you before ordering it because it does run small. Other than that, very cute and nice products.
UPDATE: It's day 48 and now they're telling me they can refund me $8. On a $20 order.
It's already been six weeks (8-15 days my a$$). I've asked how long it actually takes several times now, and each time, I get a longer and longer wait time (first they said 25 days, now it's 45). They want me to wait until April now (ordered at the start of January!). Does something magically happen in April that they can't tell me? Is that when my wait time for a refund expires and I'm screwed out of my money and items?

Ordered a blouse Jan. 2,2015 and just received it today March 21,2015. I ordered a size XL. I think they sent the wrong size. It is more like an XS. My arm would not fit in the sleeve. The sleeve was way long.The picture showed the blouse being loose and the length ending by the hips. In reality it came just above my belly button. If I could give it 0 stars I would! My experience was absolutely horrible. Not only does the shipping cost a Thor of the order, but when received it is extremely poor quality and runs so small you might as well be ordering children's clothing. Prob the worst part is the return process, not only do you may the astronomical shipping price AGAIN but then they charge you a 15% restocking fee. So basically I paid $75 For absolutely NOTHING in return. There response indicated I should give them as gifts to Chinese friends... what?!?!?!?!? Absolutely horrible
We made two orders from this site (about $300 worth total) a month ago and the items have not arrived. Furthermore, we received an email from them saying the two orders were "refunded", but the money has not in fact been refunded. The company is impossible to contact. It would be one thing if the items merely took forever to arrive, but "refunding" the orders for no valid reason (we did not cancel the orders or anything like that) and not actually refunding the money- and then being impossible to get a hold of- is practically blatant fraud. We're doing everything we can right now to try to find out what happened to the items or to get an actual refund and it has been extremely frustrating. Be very careful.

This is a very serious site, the clothing and the accessories are of good quality.The blouses are lightweight and very stylish. There are no manufacturing defects such as wires or stains. I never had any problems at customs.The shipments are long about 25 days but the articles are always arrived intact.

10 days ago I received a cash coupon from them and I was not notified that it has a deadline. I tried to use it in my order, but it doesn't work.
I have send message to them and their answer was "Sorry, we haven't that now".
