I got my items after 3 months. I had to write to them so many times, but finally they manage to bring it to Holland. For the price you pay the quality was ok.

Quality was bad. Sizing was terrible. One-size for all would fit my 11 year granddaughter. The only thing good about my order was the price. I can only wear 1 out of 6 tops order. Never again.

Charged me for an item that was later not shipped and refuses to answer my refund and compensate after several attempts providing them with the "Tracking number" that they gave me. I forwarded their email stating that the items had been shipped but I still get a response in HongKong at the top and an English version that auto replies - "this is not the tracking number". I'm done and will file a complaint with the FTC, DOJ and BBB.

I love the sizes, prices and quality of SammyDress items and I would shop on SammyDress alot more often if it got to me faster and if I didn't have to pay such a large customs fee (sometimes double the amount of the item). But I still love the site and scroll through it often

I love SammyDress. I've ordered from them ten times and have never really had a problem with them. The quality of the clothes I've ordered is great, the price is great, and the customer service I've experienced is not awful. The only problems I've ever had with them were ordering a shirt they said was in stock that ended up not being available, then they offered to let me choose a different shirt, so I picked one that said it was in stock, and it ended up being available as well. They ended up fully refunding me, but it was annoying and it happens a lot. Also, I bought a handful of earrings from them and they were pretty much all garbage; one arrived broken, one arrived without backs, and one arrived with only one of the pair. Return shipping costs make it so it's unrealistic to return them for a refund. Kind of disappointing. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. I'm beyond pleased with what I've received, and I wear them every chance I get. Just be smart about it. A $3 pair of earrings probably won't hold up.

I purchased 2 skirts and 2 sweaters at the beginning of December. They were gifts for Christmas, and the site said they would arrive before Christmas. I didn't get the items until the second week in January, and when I opened them up I was extremely disappointed. One of the buttons popped of the skirt as I was taking it out of the package, one of the skirts didn't have a button hole sewed in, one sweater (I ordered a medium) looked like it'd fit my 7 year old niece, and the other sweater was so off from the picture. It was crocheted and had large holes in the pattern (large enough that you'd have to wear something else under it) and there were threads hanging off everywhere. I called, emailed, and finally messaged them on facebook before I got a response. Their answer was I could cut a hole in the one skirt to make a button hole because skirts in China aren't typically made with a button hole. WHAT?! Lol what a joke. They basically said I could send back the one skirt that the button popped off of for credit to purchase from them again. That's unacceptable. I'm not done dealing with them, and I won't stop until I get a full refund. They have no idea how determined I can be when I feel I've been taken advantage of.

I am actually a bit confused because my experience with Sammydress.com has NOT been--THANK GOD--like anything these people are saying. It's been pretty good. I started shopping with them October 2013. Since then, I have purchased 2 blouses, 1 dress, 4 rings, 3 pairs of earrings, and 1 coat. So far, I have received all of my items in tact without any dilemmas. Quality of the material is actually really good; it's like buying clothes from a mall. A caveat: I am a size 2 in dresses; S in shirts; and I am about 5'4 or 5'5 so their stuff fits me pretty well. If you are not a small person, be careful of the measurements. One strange experience: I purchased my coat in December. It was delivered to the post office, but was sent back to them because I was out of town and could not pick it up, but that was all my fault. I was emailing them back and forth--they were always very courteous and helpful--and now the lady said I was to be receiving a refund since I never got my coat. I rated 4 stars and not 5 because I have not received my refund yet. Overall, I like the website and the quality of most of the products. Yes, shipping takes awhile but it's coming from China; of course it's going to take a bit of time to get to you. If I get my refund as the lady said I would be, I will most likely be shopping from them again.

I DID SO, BUT DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL TODAY THAT THEY HAVE TONS OF BAD REVIEWS FOR SCAMS, FALSE ADVERTISING, BAD PRODUCTS, ETC. I went looking for clothes out of necessity due to weight loss/poor health. I started with stores near me. I found them poorly stocked with items of poor quality. I left empty handed and dismayed. My energy levels were low to shop and I wasn't liking the clothes I saw. I like classics, variety, and materials that will last more than one wash. I like clothes to make a statement, sometimes subtle, sometimes bold. I am picky when it comes to clothes. At first I wasn't sure I trusted this site, but I gave it a shot because of the selection and pricing. I am happy to say, my orders have been received and I have not exchanged anything, as I have been pleased with my items. I found a wide variety, and was able to find the kind of things I like at prices I could bear or even smile about. The accessories were a bonus and there is a large selection of purses, jewelry, etc. - the jewelry is often free of shipping charge. The only thing that is hard is to wait for the order, as the distance means it will take a little longer to arrive. Expedited shipping will help if you don't mind paying a little extra. Sometimes it works out so it doesn't cost extra. I have ordered multiple times now, and like that I earn points as I shop to save even more. I am a frugal shopper, so I seek free and low cost shipping options and always feel like I receive a present when the package comes. I am planning to shop there again.

I LOVE purchasing items from Sammy. I am in the military and stationed in Hawaii and there aren't as many stylish "options" as I'd like so I do A LOT of online shopping! Compared to other experiences, Sammy offers the cheapest prices for the best product! I am a PROUD customer!
