BUYERS BEWARE - THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A WARNING LABEL - I HAVE PUT A BUYERS PROTECTION CLAIM IN TO GET MY $267.73 AUS DOLLARS BACK. OUT OF 17 PRODUCTS ONLY 2 WERE GOOD. OTHERS - POOR QUALITY, USED FAULTY PRODUCTS REPACKAGED, NO TAGS, MISSING ITEMS WITH NO REFUNDS, DAMAGED PRODUCTS. WRONG SIZING - MY 10YEAR OLD CANT WEAR IT BUT MY 3 YEAR OLD CAN smile emoticon WORST ONLINE BUY EVER! THEY ONLY OFFERED A $15.00 COMPENSATION REFUND.

Really, you get what you pay for with this site.

My order went through without any problems, I knew that the processing time was slow so I didn't worry about it, I randomly received an email telling me it had been shipped, and I got my package about a week or so later.

The thing is, I only shopped for items with good reviews and I decided to be relaxed about the whole thing. I'm a very carefree person and I spend my own money so I don't feel too bad if an order doesn't come through or whatever. I took a chance with this site and 6/8 of the clothes I bought ended up working out amazingly. One of the shirts fabrics sucked and I'd never wear it, and another shirt hasn't come through yet but I got another email saying it was now being shipped. I don't have any hard feelings though.

If you don't like taking chances, stay away from this site. However, if you're like me and want to take a chance on some really cheap Chinese clothes, go for it(: You might be disappointed, but then again, you might end up with a freakin adorable teacup ring and an awesome hakunamatata sweatshirt.

I'm not sure how many more clothing articles I'll buy from here since it's not too dependable, but the jewelry is worth it, especially if you shop in the "free shipping" category.

Dissappointing.
December 19, 2015

$20 bucks for an awesome hoodie, a perfect Christmas gift. After a MONTH of waiting, without being able to track it, this tiny bag shows up. Inside is a horribly made, loose threaded mess of fabric IN THE WRONG SIZE. Proper and 'family friendly' english cannot properly define how ANGRY I am at this company. At the time of writing this review i am a few days into trying to get my money back. Reported to PayPal and now waiting.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID SAMMYDRESS AT ALL COSTS. THEY SELL PURE GARBAGE.

Sammydress is a Big Thief, please refund my money,

Order date 05/20/2015 06:15:23 AM, till date i didn't receive anything yet, and also all your tracking numbers just got stocked in Italy since 4th of June, 2015-06-04 00:00, The item arrived at Italy on 4-Jun-2015. I think you people are fraudsters, because i am tired of writing you messages and be replying i should wait 4 to 5 days, now i waited 2weeks, nothing happened, i don't think i will ever receive anything, just make me loss almost 500$, pls refund my money back, fraud company.

When I first came across Sammydress.com I was quite skeptical because the prices of the items were incredibly low. I went ahead and created an order have been a repeat customer since February 2015. I very much enjoy looking through all the items added daily to the site. The shopping experience is very fun and the fact that they incentivize customers with S points (coupon for discount to be applied to future orders) to post honest reviews with pictures really helps out with my shopping experience. It's nice to see what the items will look like on different body shapes and gives you more confidence in choosing the correct size and color.

Customer service is extremely quick and very helpful. I had an incident with shipping and my package never arrived. This was out of Sammydress's control but they took responsibility for the missing shipment and gave me a full refund for the item. I was very impressed. This company truly cares about it's customers and they have a customer for life with me. Out of all my online shopping experiences (high end fashion to discount fashion sites), this site is by far the best to work with.

TOO BAD A RESPONSE NOT SATISFIED,,, FEEL LIKE CHEATED...

My shopping experience with Sammydress was horrible. I ordered two products in June. They coolly accepted the credit and even after a month there was no response. Later when I enquired I was told the products are out of stock and they asked me to wait, when in comparison with this other websites inform you whether the product is in stock or out before placing the order and do not proceed the checkout transactions. I got my first product after three months and for the second product they told me it is still out of stock, so I can keep waiting or exchange it with some other product. The product that I received was too small for me. I placed an order for XL size and they sent me a S [small] size one. THE FUNNIEST PART OF IT IS THE OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT IS STILL EXHIBITED AS AVAILABLE.

I had ordered a swimsuit last year. Nice swimsuit but took 3 months to get my order!

Recently trying to get a corset and bought over a month ago and paid for quicker shipping (extra $10) still no sign of my order even being shipped out...

Money's not a problem with me it's the fact that I'm paying for service in NOT getting!

To anyone who wants somthing from this site I'm telling you YOURE BETTER OFF BUYING ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Horrible service and poor quality in a business.

There service sucks I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend and it came almost a month later and I paid to have it shipped sooner than 7 to 25 days then I get the jacket it looks nothing like the picture I submitted two tickets and still no response they are very unprofessional and shop at your own risk it will always be something wrong with the orderI also ordered a handbag in yellow they sent me a rose color hand bag and I work as a health care provider so it slipped my mind to contact them because im constantly busy they didnt exchange it or refund me my money I was so stupid for even trying to give them another chance sammy dress sucks and the customer service should all be fired

I can only hope this review keeps you from making the same mistake I did.
I searched reviews for SammyDress prior to making my purchase, and I was met with numerous complaints about shipping, refunds and quality. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and make a small ($20) purchase, in hopes that I would be wearing one of the beautiful dresses I found on the website at my September baby shower. That order was placed at the beginning of August-- to date (Nov 4), I have only received messages void of any responsibility or real willingness to assist me with my missing order or a refund. They gave me a delivery deadline of October 13... I still have nothing but empty words. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone number they have listed for support. I'm sure if you read the company's response to this review, it will be the same exact response they have force fed every other scammed customer willing to speak out.
Let me assure you now, contacting them about this issue will not result in anything worth your time.
If you decide to venture forward, I strongly suggest at least using PayPal for some measure of purchasing security... but my recommendation is to just save yourself the headache and do not offer a single cent to this company.

I am so far very pleased with sammydress as a site. Although I have not bought any clothes yet to judge if fitting is good for my shape, I can tell from the customers who have bought clothes and left positive reviews with pictures on the site, that once I start buying clothes there should be no problem. I was impressed with the speed at which I received my item and it came well packaged. I think this site offers very cool fashions at crazy prices! I just wish there were more clothing items on offer under the free shipping category. I also appreciate that they actually have a free shipping category which is different from most shopping sites where it is simply a minimum of certain purchases that get you free shipping and not specific items.
I would recommend Sammy Dress to everyone, especially since they use Paypal as a form of payment which is very secure. I look forward to shopping more on the site and directing more of my friends and family to it. Later on they should consider doing indie designer collaborations like H& amp; M does to attract a wider range of clientele. My only complaint would be to have cheaper shipping options for international as that really affects how many things people buy at a time. All in all, pleased with the site, their responses to queries and order alerts and the prices.

I've bought from here more than 10x now and I found out about a couple of things:

1) pay attention to the sizing. I usually order up a size since its Chinese sizing, and they're smaller than us.

2) guys, it's cheap. That's why you're not gonna get the same quality as you see from the pic. It's literally an imitation. They get the pics someplace else I'm sure.

3) They ship from China. Yeah it's gonna take a long time to get to you.

4) Always buy the tracking # and the insurance just in case. It's only a couple bucks extra.

5) Dont call them. Leave a message inquiry. They usually get back to me the next day. If I'm unsatisfied with whatever they'll usually give me a coupon code for next time which is nice.

6) it's a hit or miss most of the time. Gonna have to accept that. But let me just say most of their bathing suits have been 60% miss. I've ordered probably like 10 of them already. Also FYI, order a size up or two sizes up.

I know people on here have said it was a scam. But you can decide for yourself! I still love this site.

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam! Hidden costs, like extra DHL processing fees, plus customs! I made an order of 45$, payed extra 50$ for quick DHL delivery, a week later DHL calls me and says that in order for me to get the package, I have to pay an extra 85$ of processing fees and custom fees. I stupidly agree, and when I get the 3 items I payed for, the 3 of them are cheap, bad material, poor in every aspect. To make it worse, 2 of them dont even fit me, the size charts in the site are bogus! I measured myself accuartely and at the end, the cloathing doesnt correspond to the measurements.
So all in all, I spent over 160$ for a crappy shirt. I could have bought a Gucci shirt for that... I feel scammed, deceived and utterly disapointed.

I finally did receive my package from Sammy Dress. But, they still stole $10 from me, because they sent it to me after exceeding ten days. I had paid an extra $10 to have them deliver inside of this time, and they didn't do it. Then, they sent me an email stating the fact that they can't control shipment delivery times. So, I'm still wondering what gives them the right to charge customers additional costs for shorter shipping times when they claim it's out of their control. They're clearly stealing from their customers. And on top of all this, I couldn't even wear the thin-material swimsuits that I bought from them. The swimsuits were too short for the length of my body, and according to many other reviews just on this website alone, it's a nightmare to even consider returning these items. So as far as I'm concerned, if a company can't provide full customer service (e.g., phone number with live agent to address product issues and returns, customer satisfaction or your money back, and/or follow through with their promises to customers, etc.), they don't need to be in business... period! If you want to be a flourishing business in the USA, that's what Americans expect here, nothing less! Lesson learned... never again, Scammy Dress!

Seriously people, do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They first off, seduce you with the super low costs, but then don't mention that you would have to convert sizes for the country you are in. So after spending 20 bucks on a "nice" looking shirt, and waiting an ungodly long time of 6 full weeks (not to mention being able to use the tracking number I paid extra for), I get my shirt. Eagerly open it, and was instantly disappointed. Very poorly made, cheap fabric, and poor stitching. Not to mention that the XL size, doesn't even fit my M sized brother-in-law. Upset I called customer support using the phone number they provide on-line. It didn't even ring. Just gave the busy tone indefinitely. So I used the dreaded e-mail support. A week later FINALLY got response from "someone" (most likely a bot, or a "customer service representative" copying and pasting the same generic response and like a mindless chip pressing send). I'm still fighting with them 2 weeks after receiving the first e-mail from them. I'm finally getting my way after cussing them out. And if they ever read this review, I have something to say to them personally. $#*! you guys. Seriously, $#*! you and your $#*!ty $#*! quality, and your $#*!ing terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back for your business and I will NEVER referring anyone to you guys. That said i hope this helps anyone looking for a good deal and doesn't want to be $#*!ed over by these money grabbing, greedy, low quality $#*!-tards like I did.

One anoyed customer

This site is the biggest scam i know.
I ordered 4 items in extra larg, when they arrived, they wouldnt even fit a 10yr old!!
The material was of the.poorest quality & one garment didnt arrive.
Ive tried a number of times to get intouch, but with no luck,
The clothing was all crumplef up & a peice of old rag was in tbe packaging!!
There one big scam & robbing people of hard working money.
Please dont purchase from ther site.
Next step it will go viral on facebook!!!!!

Style on a budget

Hi I have ordered from Sammydress 3 times, I was surprised when the pants arrived I thought the pants were cotton, I just assumed, but they are made of stretchy polyester, its soft nice, and I love the material, sammydress's clothes are very cheap not nasty and very affordable, I think people are expecting too much for the price, all 9/10 items have fitted perfectly so maybe people need to be more honest about there size, yes the delivery can be a long wait but it is coming from a long way, if you contact them they will respond, I am missing an item that didn't come yet, I have constant communication with customer service and I am sure the item will be here by next week, if not Iwill contact them again, they have responded to every communication I have sent promptly, cheers sammydress, love the clothes. I order Feb 2,2014 and I didn't get my order until mid march 2014 but thet only shipped me 1 thing out of 3! I wrote a ticket over a week ago and they never replied to me! And it says a reply within 24 hours! Then I found there "customer service" number, I called it and it sounded like some dude that was at his house. He didn't sound professional at all! He only said "hello" NO COSTUMER SERVICE NUMBERS JUST ANSWER SAYING "Hello" this site is ridiculous that they wont give me an answer and they're taking people money!

I purchased a dress on Dec 27,2013. I paid extra for "Expedited Shipping," which promised me it "normally can ship to all major destinations in 3 - 7 business days." The package did not come till Jan 18,2014. That's over 20 days!

But enough about the shipping. Let's talk about the dress. I'm a petite person and usually wear size 0/2 or XS. According to their size chart, I should've ordered a XS. After reading a few of the reviews, people said it ran a little small, so I ordered a size S. When my item finally came in, the size was still too small! I tried emailing them and contacting them multiple times to exchange for a size M. No one replied.

When I login to my account and try to chat with one of their representative, I see this message:
"Dear Customer: Welcome to sammydress.com, We are offline now, sorry for the inconvenience cause you. Please submit a ticket on our support center.We will respond you in24hours except weekends and holiday."

But when my sister logs into her account, they are available to chat. I wonder if they blocked me on purpose since I've filed a complaint.

All I want is to exchange for a bigger size. The color is beautiful and the material is thick, so I still want it. Sammydress.com, please help me with this transaction.

A shocking let down.

I ordered a beautiful white coat, shone on the web site with fur collar, cuffs and hem. I'm a size ten so I ordered mmediun size. The thing I took from the small package had no resemblence. Material was under carpet felt, buttons were twice the size of the button holes and worst of all when I put my arms into the sleeves strings and loose threads got tangled in my fingers where the armsockets of the lining were torn in many places. Price in total, 63€ I paid almost 7€ to send it back- yes its as light a a handy.
If they do not send a complete regund to my PayPal account I will pist photos of it on Linkidin, Twitter and Facebook. I' ve bought from other online stores and had no probles but this was shocking. The worst material ever.
