I made an order in November 26 for a dress to be shipped in Trinidad. Paid the shipment, the insurance and the tracking nr. For nothing. The item never arrived yet and talking with customer service, is asking me to pay another 6USD to reship the item. Are you kidding me? The site said that the dresses would be shipped in 24 hours and the tracking numbers they gave me were fake. I have sent cust. Service several messages and never got any replies. When I tried calling the customer service, it rang a few times then the call dropped. EVERY TIME.

This website is a scam, They send you the wrong size and argue with you about it even after you provide evidence. They asked me to return the item which I did. 3 months after receiving the item they gave me a partial refund and refused to refund my shipping cost. The choice to send me the wrong item was theirs not mine. After a lot of emails back and forth, they advised they would refund my shipping cost but instead closed my ticket. I had to open a new ticket and surprise surprise, I am going through the same dumb emails back and forth regardless or the previous ticket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE... I just enter to the site, because I saw it on Facebook and I decide to try; once I put the order they process the order in three days and I receive the package in almost two weeks and for that is EXCELLENT cause from China it supposed to be at least one month to my country. Sammydress is the WORST! I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. I ordered a bikini, then did some digging and found that they have a HORRIBLE track record - zero communication, not filling orders, not providing the correct items if they do decide to ship anything, etc...
I paid extra for the expedited processing and shipping. After a week I had not received any correspondence, not even an order confirmation. The only thing I received was an email receipt from Paypal saying my transaction had been completed. I logged into the sammydress account and somehow my order history had mysteriously disappeared, as though I had never placed an order to begin with. I submitted a "ticket", inquiring about my order - I received an automatic reply saying it would be answered within 24 hours... I'm not going to hold my breath.
I called the customer service number provided on the website, several times... It will ring a few times, then disconnect me. I tried the 24 hour livechat option on the website, waited over 30 minutes for someone, then I got impatient and closed the window.
I also read on their site that if an item is out of stock, they will issue a PARTIAL refund... how is that right? If they can't fill an order they need to issue a FULL refund.
Beyond disappointed, please don't waste your time or money on this scam site.

They say inexpensive but BEWARE. They charged me $20 shipping when their site says everything is inexpensive. I complained on the $20.00 shipping charge on top since the shirts only cost a total of $11.00 and then they said its an "International" site. The shirts are cheap but they soak you on shipping! Runs really small even though there's a size chart. I can't even put the shirt on it's that tight. No size tags or care tags at all on the shirt. The material is terrible with strings sticking out. Looks badly sewn and the back didn't lay flat and it's bunched up in the back.The half black and half white long sleeve shirt is not how it looks on the site. Terrible quality. And they stuff both shirts into a tiny envelope. The shirts were probably made in another country cheaply, in my opinion. They make a bundle on shipping and the shirts and material and sewing are bad quality. Something is rotten here. The phone number area code is California. The envelope had a different name on return address, not Sammydress name. NEVER AGAIN! I wish I'd read reviews before I bought. I can't believe the good reviews on here are even real people reviews. Something Shady is going on, in my opinion. It's not worth paying more money to return them.

Waste of money. Everything I bought was either too small or horrible quality (holes, stains, ripped seams). I spent a little over $100 on this site thinking I was getting good deals BUT I CAN'T EVEN WEAR ANYTHING I BOUGHT. They also didn't send me 4 of the items that I paid for and only offered partial refund for each of the missing items. WHAT THE #%&*. Either send me the clothes or give me a complete refund for the missing items?!
