The shipping is so expensive the dresses are smaller than what they seem the quality is dirt cheap! And my order came almost a month after I ordered my stuff! I'm so mad!
I bought a dress that was a little too small for me and the admin has been helping me see about exchanging it for a bigger size. They really care about their customers.

The quality of the products is comparable to the prices which is okay but the shipping time can be a bit long at times. I would shop with them again in the future.
This company is AWFUL. I ordered my clothes on September 26,2013 and they said they shipped out on October 4,2013. It is now DECEMBER 2,2013 and they still have not arrived. I have spoken to three different people on the live chat and none have helped out this situation. I have sent multiple tickets and yet they still have not done anything to help!
I contacted them at 40 days and they said they could not refund until 60 days. Well, it's been over 60 $#*!ing days and I still haven't received anything. They haven't even replied about getting my money back.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE AWFUL! I WILL POST ON EVERY SINGLE MEDIA SITE IF I HAVE TO! It's not worth it and the "customer service" is $#*!.

I have messaged through their customer complaint section I have emailed and messaged on Facebook and all over their Facebook page... nothing no resolution to any of their many issues their sizing chart is completely fabricated so unless you are a size 10 UK (order a XL) don't bother wasting your money I also wouldn't waste anymore then $5 on anything the fabric they use is like a child's dress up costume. Over all AVOID don't waste your money like I have they have absolutely no customer service at all so there is no fallback to try and get a refund or any kind of resolution

TLDR; I love Sammydress. I order from no one else now. Excellent quality and customer service! Definitely better than other companies in the US that I've used.
There are a LOAD of negative reviews about this site, but I've never had a problem and I've ordered from them several times. Be warned: it takes a long time for products to ship because of customs (I'm in the US). Sammydress has always sent my packages out (which can be tracked) on time. I actually had US customs lose one of my packages, but Sammydress refunded my money. Their customer service is exceptional. They've ALWAYS responded within 24 hours to any question that I've had even if it's small.
As far as quality goes, I've always been very impressed. I've bought mostly clothes. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. I wash everything before I wear it and I've never had anything fray or fall apart. I'm a small person, so things fit me quite well, but I can see where a larger person could have a problem. Their version of small is quite different. I've bought things as gifts as well as my bridesmaid dress.

Awful customer service. Wrote two 'tickets' to check the status of my order. No response in spite of their 24 hour response gaurantee.
Live chatted with two different robots of people, who are unable to help and just appologize for the inconvenience without offering a solution though I am clear and reasonable. All I've asked for is for a refund for shipping costs, as they failed to ship it out in a reasonable amount of time.
It has now been 20 days of processing time, and apparently my order is shipped, but only after hours of online repetitive chats and unhelpful customer service. Downright rude and repetitive, claiming that they said the order would take this long.
I can expect my order in 15-25 days from now, I'm told... which means the total time from the order being placed is 6 weeks, which is pretty ridiculous. Oh, and the customer service rep just quit on me.
Lauren: please refund my shipping, offer me a credit, or let me speak to someone who has the authority to process these requests.

They take your money, take a picture of a fake shipping label and never send the product. They drag out the dispute process on PayPal. It took me 2 orders to realize they are a scam!

Wish I had seen this before I purchased - sizes are way off, dress arrived torn, took forever to receive (over 60 days), when replacement item was ordered - took 60 days to NOT arrive - then when reported missing - was told "sorry we arent responsible for lost in transit - if you had purchased the insurance we can help - otherwise only partial credit"
