I have now written 6 requests for a return address to return an item which in reality looked nothing like the picture I bought it from I have not had one reply. It is as though they just don't exist! But they do, I know this, because they took my money!
Sammy Dress is a very fun place to shop online. Their items are cheap and stylish, and they come in a lot of variety. However, remember that what you're ordering is exactly that: cheap items. Don't expect too much, and definitely order only one item at a time. I would still recommend Sammy Dress because of their wonderful customer service and fashionable clothing & jewelry.
I ordered 19 items from Sammy Dress last month and they arrived around two weeks later and in perfect condition. The products were exactly as pictured, very beautiful and looking way more expensive than what they actually cost they also were shipped quickly and I am very satisfied with my experience.
I have now ordered 3 times... first order received timely, but sizes were a bit small. Customer service was great, and I am satisfied with the product. Order 2 was a lot slower. Definitely pay for the extra shipping. Order 3 is on its way and should be here this week!
This is a scam. I never received my order. I inquired the status of my package several times because the website kept showing that it was in process. I finally got in contact with someone who said it had been delivered. I told them I didn't get it and the graciously offered to ship it again if I paid a fee. When I asked how is it delivered if it still has a status of processing, my call was disconnected. I would never recommend or so from this crappy company again.
I order 2 items on 17 Aug 2015 and now we are at 25 Oct 2015 and I still have not received anything and they just keep telling me that the items were shipped out. And trying to use the tracking tool is useless. Do not recommend ordering from this website.

Sammy dress sent me all my dresses made incorrectly. You could not fit in to them if you tried because they were made so poorly. It has been 3 months since they acknowledged that this was their mistake and they have still not refunded my money or sent me new clothes. We have had MANY messages back and forth and still no resolution. So frustrating.

I ordered black lace sexy dress - but it came defective. I contacted the company, and posted negative review on SiteJabber. Customer service contacted me numerous amount of times trying to resolve the issue. I eventually got a full refund (including shipping), and many apologies. I believe they are trying to improve, and probably deserve a second chance.

Our basket was just over 2000 in pound and we didn't finish to buy as we also have a little shop in a small area in Liverpool. Before I went further with the order I read reviews of you... Well can u tell me if you are genuine? The first 4 reviews are nice. How about the hundreds and hundreds reviews that are coming after those superb 4 customer reviews? Wrong item. Wrong sizes. Order never shipped. Customer service never answer etc.

I am so excited that I have found a site I can shop from home, or anywhere really. The items I have ordered and received have been awesome! I am looking forward to the orders I have ordered. My Hubby loved his hat, cufflinks, and bow tie.
A local robot competition winners received the 'robot necklaces'. So, cute yet, masculine for the fellas.
I have been practicing with the nail art, and make up. Everyday I am on Sammy Dress, checking new gadgets for the home, shiny rings, and then the ladies dresses, shoes, handbags.
The prices are incredible, if see something order it, as items sell out quickly.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Please do NOT order from this site! Scam, scam, scam! I ordered 5 weeks ago and even paid EXTRA for the option to receive my package within 3-5 business days! I will NEVER order from them again! EVER. Not to mention my S&H fee was about $60 bucks! Please, ladies and gents, save yourselves the headache. Think twice (or three times) before doing business with them.

If I could give this company negative ratings I would. I ordered a swimsuit that took almost a month to process and received a dress. Upon calling customer service for the complaint I received empty emails and a phone number with an answering machine which never returned my call. I decided to give the dress away and take my loss. Do not buy from here. They should be yanked from Facebook advertising.

Amazing quality for the low price. I bought some boots for around 14 bucks and they are significantly better quality than anything I can buy locally. Takes forever to process and ship, but well worth it.

Placed an order. Paid via PayPal. Never received Order Confirmation. Next day- they cancelled my order. No explanation, no email, NOTHING! Can't even contact them without an account. Are they a joke? Guess I should of listened to most peoples terrible reviews about them!
I am a first-time chemotherapy patient who ordered two wigs from them. I have yet to receive my items. We are approaching almost 20 days now since my order. The phone number for customer service does not offer a LIVE representative. There is an option to post a complaint on you order status page, but when you click on the link, the link does not work. The tracking page says it was shipped on a certain date, but there are not updates on where the products ended up since then.
