I received a email with my order number & my tracking number both are wrong. First how can they deduct the money from my account before my order was shipped. They can put a hold on the money but they should never deduct until they know it was shipped. How come there phone number is working all the time & their chat line has been you send your message & I am still waiting for a answer. Yes I called to have this SAMMY DRESS looked into. I want my money back. They can keep their cheap clothes. Laura, Pa

Ordered a top back in January. It is now March. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this company via email, live chat, and phone. No answers - no replies - no merchandise received. Do NOT order from this company.

I use this site to order wigs. I've ordered multiple wigs since the prices are so reasonable. You do have to wait a little to get your order but often shipping is free and they let you know when to expect to receive it. You can leave reviews on the site including uploading your picture. As with most wigs, you do have to work with them but they sell many "celebrity" style wigs. As for customer service, I've usually received answers to my questions in 48 hours.

I ordered four different items and paid for expedited shipping. Got an email saying three of the four items were shipped and the next would follow. First three items showed up. None of which looked like the photos. And very poor quality. Ordered all the clothing according to the sizing chart provided and it's all still too small. The last item hasn't shown up and it's been over a month. So much for my "merry Christmas" Christmas Sweater. Very dissatisfied.

Items arrived really fast and I was very happy with this, quality was good, very good website overall and just need to make sure that have a measuring tape as some of the sizes are smaller than expected. Happy shopping

I love Sammy Dress. The clothes are high fashioned AND cheap, so you can actually afford to buy there more often. Shipping might sometimes take a while, but that's totally okay for me. I can recommend Sammy Dress to everyone.

I had absolutely no issues with sammy dress. All my items were well made and fit true to size based on the sizing charts. It took around two weeks for me to receive my items which seems reasonable to me.

I ordered the items without checking the instock options first, so I didn't receive my entire order. They did email me to let me know and offered a refund. I read other reviews which made me panic and think it was a scam but it was not. Shipping does take longer than 3-7 days for standard shipping so if they update that to about 14 business days it will cause less chaos for them. The items shipped on 10/30 and I got them on 11/18. The items that I did receive were nice and fit well except for 3 which were free sizes. If you are a M or L do not order free sizes. The quality was good. Very good which to my surprise shocked me because of what I had read. Overall i like these items and will order from them again. You just have to be patient and find out if the items are in stock first.

I am so addicted to this site. They have great, edgy clothes for SUPER reasonable prices.
They ship from China, so you of course do have to pay for shipping as well as wait for the items to arrive for quite a while, but when you are only paying $5-$15 per item it is really worth it.
As I said, they ship from China so you have to be patient, but this is definitely a reliable site and 9 times of 10 the items you receive look exactly as pictured on the site.
Their customer service is also good. Sometimes items I've ordered have been out of stock by the time the order processed, and they proactively reach out to me to see what other items I would like instead or if I would just like my money back. Always prompt to respond.
Every time I wear something I bought from them I get compliments. Cute and affordable=me happy!

I would say do not order off this site. The sizes are wrong they say one size the dress i ordered would fit a 6 year old. It is the worst quality I've ever seen and don't offer a full return only part but you have to pay to return it so really you send it back for them to send it to some other person and you lose the item and your money. Also would like to say I paid extra to get my order faster which said it would come within 3 to 6 days and didn't receive it until 7 days to be ripped off. Will end here in saying its a scam.

Recently purchased 3 items from Sammy Dress. However 1 of the items was a Medium instead of a Large, The other 2 were suppose to Large. They fail to let you know that it's Asian sizing. Return policy is awful. You are ONLY allowed 7 days to return items. I opened a claim with Paypal, Asking for a refund. They only want to give you a half of your money back. Even though they are in the wrong with shipping you incorrect stuff. I will NEVER order from the again. All the material is cheap and that's why it probably from China.

I made an order like more than 3 months ago and it never arrived. I sent them an email and they answered very quickly but they refunded only the items fee not the shipping fee, which was kinda expensive.
So I got the little money left back in my paypal account and had to buy something else but I paid the expedited shipping hoping it will arrive this time... I had no option, I didn´t have any other place to spend that money left my in paypal account...

I purchased a great deal of items of clothing etc from Sammy Dress over the last month. Sweaters, leggings, jackets, watches, wigs. My experience with Sammy Dress can only be rated as excellent.

Style and selection of clothing. Wonderful. Very modern, cool looking stuff.

Quality (stitching, fabric etc). Very good, as good as any other reputable or brand companies I've bought from.

Price: FANTASTIC value for money.
The prices, are very, very good! (Much better than other stores like ASOS etc). You get better value for money with Sammy Dress in my personal opinion.

Their was a delay with delivery for some of the items I got - but as a Trade off, for a better price, wider range - it's worth the wait. I found their customer support service excellent. I got responses within an hour or so. And I'd like to make a personal plug for Candy in customer support at Sammy Dress, her service and efficiency is A grade! I'll continue to shop at Sammy Dress and recommend it to all my friends.

Customer Service was pretty quick to get back with me about some sizing issues I had. Immediately after I ordered I realized that I ordered the wrong size so I sent in a ticket. However I was disappointed when four days later they said my order had been shipped but some items were not in it. -One was the item that I had inquired about getting a new size. It was out of stock due to high demand they said, but they failed to update the website and stop people from buying!

Its been a little over two weeks and I still have not received my order. I am hoping that it comes sooner rather than later. Although from other reviews I have seen, a lot of people have gone months or more before receiving their order. I don't think that I will order from this company again.
