They had a lot of cute clothes on the website. I placed an order but realised after I submitted it that I ordered the wrong size/colour. I contacted them immediately and they were very kind and fixed the issue quickly. However, I placed my order 25 days ago and it still hasn't shipped yet. I also paid extra for expedited shipping and insurance. I doubt it usually takes this long and is probably because they had to fix my order.

I booked a cruise for this upcoming February and wanted to order a few cheap dresses I could wear on my trip. I placed an order for two dresses on Sammy Dress back in October. We are now in December and one of the dresses has yet to arrive and all my tickets inquiring about the dress's whereabouts are being ignored. Luckily there are still 2 months until my trip so the dress still has some time to arrive, but i'm not holding my breath!
I placed an order without reading reviews first. Now I am wondering if I will ever receive my items. My order was quickly placed into the "shipped" category on 12/03/15 but DSL has not received any items to be shipped, that has been 6 days! I paid for expedited shipping so technically I should have received my order by now. I was hoping that I found a gold mine but think I found a SCAM. I have written them several times, opening tickets but no response. I am so frustrated, I want my items in the next three days or I am calling Pay Pal and demanding a refund! This is fraud/scam and not what is advertised at all! I should have listened to my husband when he said it had to be too good to be true.

I ordered my 5 tiny items on 12/26/13 its now Jan 13.14 and nothing. It says all shipped out like about 4 days after I ordered and just two days ago my tracking number said not found. So I contacted them and they have the nerve to give me the same number and still it's not there, I have never had so much negative feedback from this website it's ridiculous, still waiting. I would never recommend this website for all the tea in China...

Please to everyone in the world do not buy from this website I'm from the United Kingdom ordered nearly 3 weeks ago item arrived in United Kingdom last Tuesday I tracked and it says in transit, and it's still saying it's located in transit have messages them numerous times and after reading a lot of bad reviews online and on YouTube I think their just a scam. Conning innocent people out of money! Should be on watchdog and their site closed down. I still have no idea where my dress is and apparently their clothing is bad quality cheap materials. I ordered last year in December it is now mid April and I still haven't got my items. They sent my items out for shipping without my correct address. I contacted them told them they had the wrong address they made me pay $12 Canadian to reship the items. We had an entire ticket process that took a few weeks to sort out. I gave them the correct address several times. They re shipped the item again and guess what, yes with the wrong info again! Even though we discussed it through email for 3 weeks and my account info also has correct address. So how in the world could they have still messed up and for a second time? Is this a fraudulent company? Should we report this company to the authorities? I pay money and receive nothing, this is Theft!

Customer service is "ok", meaning that they do reply to your emails. But other than that I ordered one item 2 months ago... and they are full of excuses (I told you - THEY DO reply at your emails) but there is no refund and if you don't want to wait longer you can choose another item (as if the other item would travel faster?)
I shop A LOT via the internet... and it's the first time I had such a bad experience.

I received my order after 2 weeks and it was shipped to my house directly. When opened it, no tag for handling. Some of the thread was visible and out of place. Feels nice. Recommend for small and medium sizes since it is one size. Still very pretty and I've gotten a lot of compliments.
So we placed an order over a month ago. I had to pay for a tracking number. When I click on the number, it sends me to a static page of theirs that says, "Be Patient...". So I kept checking thinking that it would eventually link to Fed Ex or someone. After about three weeks, still nothing and the link still doesn't work.
I have tried three times to contact them and I still have had no response. I'm out over $100 so don't be stupid like me and get ripped off from a company that doesn't care (or may not even exist). According to their website, we should have received the merchandise within two to three weeks. Its been over a month and I can't even get a response from their customer service. Total Rip Off!

I have ordered from Sammy Dress four times now. The order usually take about 5 days to process and another 4 weeks to reach me in Canada. The jewelry that I have ordered from Sammy Dress has been the best purchase they are elegant and look expensive. My makeup purchase was good too. The two dresses that I ordered were exactly the same as the picture however the quality is not the best. But it is worth the price that you pay for. Clothes are cheap and look and feel wonderful. They have such a large amount of thing that are able to be purchased and for a great deal. My items arrived within 3 weeks when they were supposed to as well. Very happy.

This place deserves all five stars! The clothes are cheap and of good quality and the shipping takes the standard seven days. If something is out of stock once you order it, they'll ship it to you once it's restocked (which can take a while).

The shipping costs are outrageous and even if you pay for expedited shipping, it will take a month or more to arrive. They are making false statements by promising the package in 3 to 10 business days. It's a terrible company. Don't be fooled by the low prices. I honestly think it's a scam company.
