Sammy Dress

When I first ordered I was a little nervous about it, but thought because the clothes looked so cute I would go ahead. It took about 2 weeks for me to receive my order. I choose the standard shipping method. I was so happy when it arrived! All of the items I received were well sewn and the material was better then what I can buy at department stores. Some tips for ordering: Make sure you know your measurement and check each chart for each item. Don't just order a size because it's what you usually wear. Also, look at each items dispatch time under the items title. Some items only take 3 days, some take longer like 10-15 days just to start the shipment. If you choose those items and regular shipping it may take longer to get your order so be patient, but it's worth the wait!

Since the prices were so cheap I thought I'd give them a shot. I spent over $100 and am highly disappointed. I ordered a size up having had read reviews say that the clothes ran small. The clothing looked beautiful and the photos and the items I received are of very poor quality. I could have went to a fabric store, get the cheapest stuff, and made them myself. In the photos, the clothing looks like higher quality. I tried the items item and feel like I'm wearing a cheap table clothe fabric. Would not order from again.

I ordered a watch and a ring that were beautiful and exactly as pictured on the site. Despite shipping from so far away, they got to my house very quickly. When I had a question, Sammy Dress staff got back to be within 24 hours. I will order from this site again!

I'm not sure how this website has such raving reviews. I placed my expedited order 10/3/2013 and it has yet to ship.
I read a lot of reviews online that they often go out out of stock, so I messaged them within 3 days to ensure my items are in stock. They simply messaged me back saying it should ship within 5-7 business days of the order.

A week later, I am now requesting an update over 10 days after the order was made, the get back to me later saying they are missing several items and should have them within another week.

Another week goes by, we are now up to three weeks of waiting and the order is still processing with no update given!

Poor service!

I love everything I have gotten from Sammy Dress, they has wonderful prices and products that always arrive 12 days after they've been shipped out! I have bought gifts for loved ones who enjoy the products just as much and have recommend it to all the people I know and meet.: 3

I am a very frequent shopper of Sammy Dress but this will be my last purchase! I updated my shipping address before my last two orders and submitted a "ticket" ( since they dont have a reliable phone number) It has been over 10 days and I still have not received a response from them. When I placed my order it still has my old shipping address on there rather than my new one. They just lost a loyal customer if they dont fix this!

I am a huge fan of this site. It's amazing how many beautiful things they have. And the prices are awesome!
I've already ordered two times and I really appreciate the things I received and it was right on time. So I will order much more times, for sure.

I bought 200$ in products and nothing cant fit. And even what could go on me was way too big and would over stretch; the funny thing is that i bought all large because I'm normally a medium and nothing fits right my $#*! is out. The materials are despicable and they even short me some of my items and said that they were all shipped. Now i have two parcels because they sent them separately to return and the Return Policy is CRAP. I would never tell anyone to order from this website and i had over 5 people placing orders. I need to return these damn crappy items!

At first I was feeling slightly skeptical about ordering from their website, because the prices seemed too good to be true. I thought I'd chance it and start off by ordering just one item and see how that went before I ordered more. When I received the item, I was very surprised at how good quality the item I ordered was! It took a good 5-6 weeks for delivery, but I was not disappointed when it arrived. It's exactly how the picture shows it to be, and I received many compliments when wearing it. I've also gone on to order many more items from their website, and I'm looking forward to when they arrive. Even the shipping prices are really good! I'd recommend this company to anybody.

The whole entirety of the website is bad. Their clothes are cheaply made and never really have the right designs. Some products can be good but before you buy a product make sure that it has reviews and ESPECIALLY pictures. I've learned that if you don't see a picture of it then you will be disappointed because they never come in looking like the picture. So make sure you see a customers picture before buying so you know exactly what you're getting.

Update on my review with this site is one I'm still not ordering from here again because three months to get a coat... really. Two since I kept emailing them and watching the tracking number of my order I've received my order and there were no problems with the coat and looked as the picture showed. Three they gave me a refund for the shipment don't understand why not the whole thing since I had to go through this headache but I can say if you stay on them they will stay on you and try there best to do right by you so if you think you want to buy from them give it a try like I did though it was hell but it could be different for you never know what will happen.

I was nervous to order from Sammy Dress after reading several negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived about a week and a half later. The quality of the dress depends on the style. I found the dresses that models wore were of better quality than the ones that were on mannequins. (Not sure why?) I used Paypal and bought the shipping insurance. If you are nervous about ordering from them, I recommend doing those things. Overall, I was happy and just placed another large order.

I've ordered from Sammy Dress and have little problems. The products there are always well made and low priced. They also have great customer service. They are quick to reply with questions and will try to make customer satisfaction as great as possible In addition, shipping comes quicker than usual.
The only problem I have had is that a dress I ordered came in the wrong color one time.

There is a huge amount of selection and variety on Sammy Dress. It took about a month to ship, BUT that is pretty reasonable, since it was shipping from China to New York! Everything I got was good quality. Definitely recommend!
