I have ordered numerous things from Sammy Dress and I have to say that I love the website. It's great for finding discounted prices on items that are more expensive like a beauty blender that I brought there. The products are not only extremely cheap but are good quality. I definitely recommend this website and I find if you have a spare $1-$10 to spend just go on the site and you could find a lot of things to buy with cheap shipping.
I love this site. I go on it everyday to find new items. I first heard of this on YouTube and it sounded too good to be true. It kept coming up however so I checked it out and it's amazing! I get all my clothes from here now. Great quality for great prizes and free money I also love how they have some items about God. Wonderful site! I even got my friends to become customers.
Some may thing is it great but when it takes 6 weeks to get product or even longer it is just not acceptable. And good luck if anything is wrong with it. I have been waiting a month to find out how to return product and exchange or refund! When they have your money then you are screwed! Never use again no matter how good the product or other reviews are!
I love Sammy Dress! Not only do they have awesome prices but great prices too! I do all my shopping here for clothes, shoes, jewelry & more! They have large variety & lots of unique items to choose from. I have placed several orders and I was very pleased! Some items may come in a couple days & others may take a couple of weeks. For the price, its definitely worth the wait. I have my family, friends, & co-workers shopping here too.
I should have known better shopping at yet Another Asian Company that was selling cloths Dirt Cheep. Poorly made, poor quality fabric and a size Large would would not even fit a Petite. Maybe it would fit a ten year old skinny girl... DON'T get tricked in with all the pretty pictures... DON'T. Walk Away Quickly.

I ordered several items from clothing to household and all of them where exactly as described. I was very pleased with the price as well as the quality of the product. For those of you who are not use to purchasing items from other countries, it is normal for shipping to take a while. They do have to go through US customs. I am pleased with this site and will continue to buy from them as well as suggest them to my friends.
I ordered some items that were pictured on their website. The first problem is I only received half of my order and that half that I received was not even close to what was photographed. I believe they still images from the internet and make you think that's the quality you're going to get don't be fooled like I was. This is a horrible company. You spend your good hard-earned money on garbage that's not worth shipping back to China. So now I'm out of the money that I spent on their website, and in order to get part of my money back I've got to spend money to ship this garbage it back to China then they want to charge you a restocking fee. Whatever you see photographed on their website is not what you're going to receive in your package that you will have to wait a very long time for.

I ordered something about 2 weeks ago... I bought myself a coat, and my mom a coat too. I got the expedited shipping because it said it would take 3-7 days to get here. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and wanted it for when I go. My order is still processing. I don't understand how it can still be processing when you already took the money out of my account. I have submitted a ticket to try and just get my stuff. There is no reason it should not be shipped if you already took my money. It's ridiculous. I will never be buying anything from this site ever again.

I love this store! I've ordered clothes from here many times before and have never gone wrong! Their choice and variety is excellent - I always get compliments when I wear their clothes.
The material of the clothes is always good; never experienced cheap or coarse material from them. And if you follow their size guide you won't go wrong in ordering the right size for yourself.
Their customer service is also excellent! They were always on top of any issues or concerns I had and never delayed in responding.
So far I ordered $130 plus 30 shipping and have not received a response regarding shipping time or to any of my 3 complaints of the customer service silence. 2 weeks went by and still no signs of response... looks like the items are still in process... shall I scream? Bad service. No information. No assistance... will I see the merchandise?... I guess I will have to cancel the payment... because this company smells fishy...

My experience with Sammy Dress has been very good. Last year I purchased a wedding dresses that was absolutely gorgeous from the online website and ever since them I have been faithfully shopping for products on Sammy Dress. They have A LOT of cute things for cheap, but since they are shipping so far away, it costs a bunch for s&h and your products never get to you when they say will even if you pay the extra. It took almost two months for my items to get to me and I did pay the extra. Also a friend of mine ordered a dress from the site and it was way too small even after she used the converter to figure out her size. I only ordered makeup products and they were fine.

. yes I have been very very upset. I ordered shirts with PayPal. Saw a email saying pending and thought my card declined. So I put in another card number. Then I looked and I had 3 orders of the same thing. Was able to cancel 1 but... Not the others. Plus very very very poor quality even the 2 orders had different sizes. I want to return. I ordered a pair of boots 21 days ago. Not only have they not arrived yet, I have not received the promised email containing the tracking number (for which I paid extra.). Therefore I cannot track my parcel's whereabouts.
I have submitted several tickets to the so-called customer service and all I get back is an automated response to say they have replied to my ticket WHICH THEY HAVE NOT!
I am getting worried now as the process is just going round in circles.
When you go on the website there is a phone number but it's so small as to be unreadable! It's a joke that they claim customer satisfaction to be their priority.
Anyone any suggestions?
I love this site and theirs products but i'm just disappointed with communication and shipping process... I have ordered cloths and others (total 7 pieces) since 10/28/13 and pay for expedite shipping (3-5 days), but you guess what, im still waiting for the rest of my stuffs... They told me that some of my orders are out of stock which is ridiculous as it said nothing when i placed my order... so they decided to ship my order separately! Hopefully i will get it within this year! And I expect them to be more professional about what is in-stock or out of stock and update it on website so no one will be in the same situations as me... just pissing me off!

I went through the site and looked at a few shirts and saw the same reviewers on more than a couple shirts, of different sizes, saying the same exact thing.
