I ordered some clothing and shoes from sammy dress. The site says ship within 24 hours. After about two weeks i contacted them since i did not receive the package. And then i was told that some items are out of stock. It was in stock when i placed my order and paid for it. I was on live chat and was chatting with echo who said may be the items i have ordered must be hot sellers. Hot sellers or not i paid for it and would like to have them. Finally i asked to ship out what ever that is in stock and refund the rest of the money. Apparently you have to wait to get an refund. I called one day later and spoke to kevin and found out it was still not shipped put even after echo promised to do so. Stay away from them is the best thing that can happen.
Actually, this is the first time I ordered from the Internet, to my surprise the products were excellent quality, שmazing quality jewelry, fast service and always the support Center helped me, measurements matched me exactly... and the prices are very cheap compared to other places, I'm really happy about my choice to buy from sammy dress! :)
This was my initial review: I am extremely pleased with Sammy Dress. The items I purchased were awesome. The quality is great, they fit amazing and the prices are crazy cheap for what you get. I had a question regarding shipping and customer service responded immediately and gave me the information I needed. NOW - I have been waiting 70+ days for a bathing suit that I ordered. I paid for a tracking number but only my first shipment (I ordered multiple items) had a tracking number - the bathing suit I ordered has been MIA for this long. Customer service IS responsive but it is the same response every day... just be patient and sorry, we cannot pay for additional tracking information. Sorry, that is not my problem. I paid for a tracking number and I should get a tracking number for ALL of my packages. I am disgusted now and will NEVER order from them or their sister sites.
I have bought quite a lot stuffs from Sammydress in just two months. That is when I came to know about this website. I just love the items that I have purchased for the price that I paid. I would have thought about buying anything of this fine quality for such less price. I love their collections! The shipping takes about two weeks time, but I do not mind waiting, when I am getting something for this less price. Who wants to pay more when you know that the same items are for such low prices at Sammydress?

One of my friend recommended this website and she received a nice looking dress.So, I bought three dresses from this website.
IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. It took 2 weeks to arrive (I guess I am lucky at least I got my parcel) by DHL. I have to pay for $45 for the shipping fee! They have charged me $50 for the shipping already!
Items looked cheap, I was not even be able to donate them due to the extremely bad quality. All the reviews are FAKE on their website. This is a warning sign if you only see positive feedbacks. I am highly doubt my friend is working for this company to write positive reviews.
I contacted them and explained this situation, they just kept saying sorry and offered me discount without a full refund. They are associate with other companies like tbdress, mart of China or something like that.

Worst customer service ever! Want to return an item that looks nothing like the image used on the website, but it has taken almost 2 weeks to get the information I need. If you want to return an item they deliberately take their time in responding to your queries as if it is really that difficult to say: 'please fill in this form and send with unwanted item to this address'. Plus they try to get you to accept a partial refund (a measly 10% in my case) as if I don't want my money back! In future will stick to proper clothing websites

Ordered three shirts. Only one remotely looked like the photo online. Check out the photo on the right a one size fits all oversized shirt with batman wings. On the left thats what i got. I'm 5 7" and 120 pounds and the shirt looks like it's 3 times to small and bears little resemblance to what I ordered.

I placed an order on 9/30 and was notified on 10/7 that my order was shipped. I checked the tracking today with Netherlands Post Register and it's still in Pre-advised! That means it hasn't even been received by the post register yet and it's 10/21, almost a month later. Sammy Dress has lied to me about my product being shipped. Additionally, I tried to submit a question on the website and every possible link to contact a customer service rep is down. I am very disappointed and hope that Sammy Dress management and employees are ashamed at the treatment of their customers. We trusted in your business and you have clearly cheated many people. I will not ever do business with Sammy Dress in the future and will certainly not recommend them to a friend.
I love that the products in Sammy Dress are relatively inexpensive and cute! The items that I ordered were exactly like the pictures they put up and it didn't cost me a lot, too! I would definitely buy from this store again.
I order two dresses and paid extra to get them early, Two weeks go by and I still haven't got them. I finally got hold of customer service and she tells me that one of the dresses there is no more. Which means they sold me a dress with no dress. The website should have said sold out NOT just take my money. Then the other dress still hasn't been shipped. I told her to give me a full refund. Now I'm on here reading the reviews and now I'm hopping they do give me a full refund. NEVER shop there again.
I have had a lovely experience with Sammy Dress. For the most part I have received ask of my purchased items except one due to it being out of stock. Overall, this site is wonderful and I will continue to use it.

I ordered 2 dresses from this site for bridesmaids in the size according to the chart on the site. Not only would they not even come over the girls heads they were so small they were no where near the color that they advertised. I contacted them to see how to return dresses and get a refund and got the runaround. Finally they refunded me for 1 dress but only for more crappy merchandise on their site. So this is a BIG BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from them at all costs too many people are being ripped off by them. No refunds of money when the merchandise is clearly crap and a way to steal your money! Never will buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them!

I placed my order on April 25 & it still says processing. I have emailed & no response from a rep just a email that says they will get back once labour day is over. Really? I'm pissed I hope I get my stuff by May 18 I have party to attend. This was my first time ordering & will probably be my last.
Bought a few shirts from this site as they were for a good price. Then read all these reviews, and still remained hopeful. Well, what a trap this is! It took two months to ship, and when finally arrived - the sizing was off and one of the shirts was not at all how it appeared on the picture on the site. It is made of the same material as a tent. Sammy dress have a wide range of trendy and terrifically priced clothing to choose from. I ordered a great shirt for a particular night out and thoroughly enjoyed it. The garment was light to wear, fitted well, with a terrific design and arrived safely and very quickly. I would definitely recommend visiting Sammy dress.
After placing an order I received one piece of the order. I never received a tracking number. I made several attempts with the "live chat" to resolve and was mysteriously disconnected before any resolution was made. The prices are great, but you get what you pay for and sometimes, not even that. Good luck.
