The three things I ordered came on the earlier end of when they said the products would arrive. They were individually packaged and the materials exceeded my expectations. I feel like I got a deal on all these unique items. I'll be buying from SammyDress again for sure :)

I bought a xxl. Bathing suits and they sent all size small. Claim them for my money and never answered me or have returned anything. It sucks. Sewing clothes this horrible. They are a clothing crap. Never buy anything there. They stole 86 dlls.

UPDATE: It's day 48 and now they're telling me they can refund me $8. On a $20 order.
It's already been six weeks (8-15 days my a$$). I've asked how long it actually takes several times now, and each time, I get a longer and longer wait time (first they said 25 days, now it's 45). They want me to wait until April now (ordered at the start of January!). Does something magically happen in April that they can't tell me? Is that when my wait time for a refund expires and I'm screwed out of my money and items?

Never had a problem with an order not being shipped. You have to realize that these are not designer clothing that you're ordering. I've ordered twice and spent almost 200.00 with them and sure a few items fit too small but when you place an order please check the size converter! If you're a 2x then order a 4x and it will fit! The customer service is superb.
HORRIBLE! NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. The shipping is suspect. The clothes are the poorest quality. The SIZING is not true. Do your research and spend your money elsewhere. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! All packages are mailed from China. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have entered a review about this company stating how unprofessional they are. And sadly it's true! Still have not received my package! It's been 4 mons now! I called and this time they picked up! I finally explained my situation and I asked for a refund! I was told I was going to o get an email about the refund information policy! Ummm yes, so I got an email telling me to go to my sammydress account where the message about the policy was at. Nope not there! What's really annoying is the email stated to check my account in 48hours if not everything will be deleted as if nothing was ever send!. WTF? Please take my mistake as a warning! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a watch. I thought if it doesn't arrive that's fine it was only 10$ watch. It was more like an experipent to see if the website was legit. In 1 week my account got broken into, first transaction was $50 another was $250. And I remember after that, found someone's review that he's acount got broken into also in 1 week after purchase and lost money. The funny thing is I still received that watch after a month. Got $10 cheap watch, lost $300. Don't shop on that site.

I have sent several ticket orders in and I have called that number that you guys provide on your website. I haven't heard from anybody and I want to know where is my order. I also made an account with you guys and when I go to log, it says that my information is invalid. I hope this is not a rip off and if my items are not in stock, just post my money back to my card. I ordered 3 things, wasn't in a hurry for it. Sizes were good, one product doesn't really resemble the picture, I had to go back on the site to look at it two or three times. I'll order again, but will be as careful as I can. Shipping is a bit much though. Good luck shopping.
Well I ordered from Sammydress.com and I will not do it again. I know other friends have ordered with no problems but it seems in the last few months they can not keep up with their orders. I got 2 shirts I ordered and heard nothing about the other 2 for over a month. I wrote to them to ask and got no reply so I opened a dispute with Paypal. 2 days later I get a reply from them saying the company they get their supply from is back ordered. Today I got my money back. -$3 I should of gotten but at least I got some of my shipping cost back. Buyer beware of this company and use PayPal!
Also the 2 shirts I did get were crap. My daughters birthday was present was the ugliest shirt she has ever seen.

I was a little worried about ordering based on some reviews I have read but I really wanted a few things so I gave it a chance. I'm so happy I did, I did pay for expedited shipping, tracking number and insurance. Three of my four items arrived in about two weeks all three were exactly what I expected from the pictures good quality at a great price. I ordered my items a little big, again because of the reviews I had read and I wish I had just been true to the size conversion chart that they offer because it would have been perfectly true to the size on the conversion chart so now my items are a little big, but that was my My fault. I contacted them about the last item they said it was on backorder, and said I could wait or order something else or get my money back but their customer service responded to me with in 24 hours but usually within 12, and were very helpful, I chose a replacement item and it was sent out within 12 hours as well. I will absolutely order from that site again without hesitation!
What a load of rubbish! I order 2 items as birthday gifts and both arrived broken and unusable and try as I may I've received no satisfactory answers from Sammy dress... They promise the world then give you $#*! in return; what is the good of a cracked teapot?
I will be posting on Social media... ie Facebook that everyone should avoid sammydress like the plague!
