I was originally disappointed with SheIn because I placed my order on April 26th and as of May 8th my items were still being processed. I specifically ordered these items for my vacation on May 17th but I didn't realize that the order would take so long to be processed. After several emails back and forth with a customer service representative, I didn't feel confident that my order would be received prior to my trip so I decided to cancel the complete order. I was told that it would take 10-20 working days to receive my refund back to my card since it was an international transaction, but surprisingly my refund was placed back into my account about 2 days later. Despite being slightly disappointed with the shipping time, I am extremely satisfied with the time that it took for them to refund my money as well as the transaction fee. I do have plans to order from SheIn again in the near future, but I now know not to order items if they are needed in a short amount of time. I hope that my next experience with SheIn will run as smooth as it did this time and looking forward to being able to post a review about the actual items that I'll receive on my next completed order. This time I'll patiently wait the 5 weeks or so that may be needed to receive the order and I don't mind the wait, as long as I'm satisfied with the items. I will definitely give SheIn another try.
I made a purchase on the 28h of September and I got an update on the 06th that it was out for delivery. Which was good however, to my surprise I received and email from them to say my package was "READY FOR PICK UP" an option I was never given so I could not have chosen that.
When i emailed them after a day they responded saying I should contact USPS to get delivery. WHAT THE HELL? I paid for a service and this is what I got.

SHEIN has the cutest clothes for an affordable price. Then the shipping doesn't take long. I will continue to shop with SHEIN and hopefully one day I can become a model for the company.
Bought 2 swimsuits. Reviews said runs small and size up. I wear a Size 8 (U.S.). These swimsuits are made in China where women hv "short torsos" and "no boobs"! I sized up from a medium to a large and could not get the swimsuits to go all the way up my body without stretching them to the point of almost ripping and my boobs were "hanging" out the sidesliterally! I'm 5-4 1/2 tall and a size 36C bra. Can't return swimsuits. Although inexpensive, I don't like wasting my money. Don't know how the other clothes fit, but definitely am not willing to try "anything" else from SHEIN. I would attach a pic to substantiate this review but it would be R rated and quite frankly I don't like exposing myself. Also please note, all the 5 star ratings are a SHAM. One reviewer said her rating "defaulted" to 5 stars and the website wouldn't let her rate anything less. Read the 5 star ratings and you'll see many of them "should not hv been" 5 stars. I wish I had read more into the ratings before ordering and I would hv seen the stars didn't match up to the written reviews. I ended up going on Amazon and ordered the "cutest" swimsuit I've ever owned that was a "true" fit to my medium size 8 and at a "great" price! Should have done this first - lesson learned.
SHEIN attempted to assist this customer with their order, however we did not receive a response.
Although I didn't receive my package yet, I feel totally disappointed. My items had the "shipping in 24 h" tag. Still, needed 4 days to process. The tracking shows "waiting for shipment" since 2 weeks. My emails got ignored, same as chat messages. This is ridiculous. Never again.
Edit: after contacting the company 3 times, I finally got the answer! Actually, mostly thanks to my review, I guess. Anyawy, I have changed the rating to "ok (but very average) mostly due to:
1. For my 3 emails I got 4 responses. Sure, holiday happen (that was the explanation), but still you have to work on customer service.
2. I got my order. And except of the fact, that half of my butt is out (too short underskirt), everything is as described (but if you are expecting HIGH FASHION, you will get disappointed)
3. After long loong time, I got another email, that the status of my order has beed checked again, it is delivered, and if everything is fine (non-sarcastic WOW!)
Still, what should be changed, is the shipping info. How am I supposed to ask if my parcel wasn't lost, if I am not able to say which company is supposed to deliver it?
Not cool thing is also that if you order things that are supposed to be shipped within 24h and, let's call it 'regular time' ones, EVERYTHING will wait (call me stupid, I was expecting 2 packages.)
Anyway, in the end it didn't kill me, but be prepared for some fun (to be fair, it happens with other sites as well)

I am in the UK and I bought 2 items.
Quick delivery but the xl jeans were small and short enough to fit a 10 year old... I am a size 12 and the batwing 'dress' was short enough to fit above my backside.

To make things worse, refunding is the hardest thing known to man as you have to upload pics of item, find the invoice, find, the refund link and find way to get the address to send it back! When I eventually got everything sorted to send, it was a whopping

As usual very satisfied with the items I purchase on SHEIN. I have been ordering products from this website since a while ago and always happy with the products. However the last time I made an order, I was quite surprised that my order was going to be deliver with a different carrier called "fast horse" since the first time I made an order with SHEIN my orders have been delivered with the Australian post office, which is a reliable carrier and if no one is home they take it to the nearest post office to be collected from. This carrier "fast horse" literally left my order outside of my building, I was lucky enough to be able to leave work when I got the notification and run to collect it. Otherwise I don't what would've happened with my order anyone could've take it or steal it. I'm very disappointed with the carrier as they also broke one of my items.
SHEIN please look into it. I'm not comfortable buying on SHEIN again if they are going to use this delivery company. And it's a big shame because I'm always happy with the products that SHEIN sells.

I'm returning 13 out of 15 items (only because I can't return the other ones). It took 1 month (!) for me to get my order, however, they charged me ASAP. Delivery time is not the same as shipping time - they ship in a few weeks, directly from China! I paid HIDDEN FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE - 5% of my order price, which they refused to reimburse. Now I'm afraid to return it all because they are giving you some store credit and I'm not sure how to get my money back to my credit card. Even for a Chinese website, this is TERRIBLE.
You can buy the same cr@p 10 times cheaper on buyincoins or aliexpress. Sizing is absolutely inaccurate - one shorts of my size are huge and the other ones are tiny. Oh yeah, you have to take pictures of every item that you want to return! Ridiculous!

Placed an order - waited over 30 days and finally the tracking number stated that the order was delivered. NOT! NEVER RECEIVED! Contacted them to request a duplicate shipment or a refund - it's not even been 24 hours - and I've had to deal with 2 different people. One person said they would send a duplicate order that I would be required to sign for OR they would issue a refund. Then I get another e-mail from someone else saying that the 'world-renowned website' - which is a total joke because if you check 368 Global Tracking you find the most horrible reviews ever - indicated the order was signed for. I've asked for proof that the package was signed for - they totally ignore that request and then claim that I provided them with the wrong shipping addresss. WHAT? It's like roulette - spin the wheel and let's see what kind of lame pathetic excuse we can give this time. They say they'll give me a 60% refund ---- NOT ACCEPTABLE! On my order there was a charge for shipping insurance paid for by ME - so now there's no insurance? I ordered £60 worth of clothes, which at first I was excited about. I checked my email for a confirmation, and reviewed nothing. I checked and checked again and then realised something wasn't right. When I looked into reviews AFTER purchasing, I realised that this company is not a scam, however it may aswell be. The customer service I recieved was not as bad as other experiences however I had to wait 3 weeks before I got a refund, having pestered the company for days and days on there so called 'online chat'. After getting no where I emailed there returns email address demanding for a cancellation and refund. I managed to hunt down my own order number through the site, as there advisors couldn't manage to find it. I was eventually refunded the full amount having constantly chased up my order. They also found it convenient to go on a Chinese holiday for 15 days.
This has been nothing but stress and worry and from reading other reviews the clothes, if you ever revieve them are disgusting and appallinh quality. I do not know how this company justifies itself, and has managed such successful advertising. What a con. Stay clear. I will be doing my best to report them and have them looked into! All the 5* reviews are written by themselves to try and lure you in. I cannot stress enough how you should stay clear from this company.

I made my order on the 30th of april and I still have not received it. Eventough they say it is ready to ship in 24 hours, that is a lie since the 24 hours are for processing the order.
Then they produce in China! And you have to wait until the package comes to your closest warehouse. What is curious is that they take your money when they get your order, but when you want a refund it takes 20 days.
On the other hand, we cannot support websites that take the designs of other stores and make a cheap copy of them in China to sell it for less than $10 It is not correcto to support this type of businesses

I'm not one to leave reviews unless it has been a horrific experience with the said business. After dealing with these crooks, I felt compelled to share my experience... I submitted an order for $59. Upon receiving the package and opening one out of four items, I literally threw it in my garage. The stench—Dear God, the smell was atrocious! Like a combo of rotted onions, rotten eggs and chemicals. When I took it to get mailed, I had to double bag it in an effort to spare the postal clerk from having to endure this offensive odorous package. The clerk's response-"I can see what you mean, I can smell it through the bags!" Since they charge a return fee, I submitted a message to their pseudo customer service dept (clearly they don't have one!) No response from these crooks and when I received my refund. I was in fact charged the fee. I will NEVER order from Shein again!

I feel so cheated! All of my items say 24 hour and it took so long to just get one item out of 17. I ordered on the 6th of August and it's now the 14th. Only my denim overalls were shipped out and came yesterday when I was supposed to have express shipping. The rest of my order started 'shipping' today after my review minus one of my pieces which is still processing but they gave me a fake shipping number. I can't track my order at all and I'm very scared that I have been cheated based on previous reviews of others. I just want my order! My overalls were beautiful and if it wasn't for this and the unreliable shipping I'd order again but for now waste of time and money! Yesterday I submitted a ticket to have my money refund in my PayPal account. And someone told me that the money will just be refunded once you received the order back!? Is this a joke? Per your app the deliveries to Qatar take a maximum from 10 to 12 days (businesses days) gone today 14 businesses days! The refund is made according to your website to my PayPal from 2 to 7 days, it doesn't says anywhere that I will need that the totally lost parcel that I ordered back to your warehouse to be Refunded!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
