So I originally placed an order October 28th and I ordered 16 items (clothing items) I received 2 out of the 16 items I ordered pretty fast like no less than 3 days. And finally I received the rest of my order today November 9th. I was pretty frustrated with this company because I ordered express shipping and I didn't appreciate that they sent my order on increments. Although the company was swift to respond and very polite, I am still very displeased with my order. You would think since it took a quite some time to get here it would at least be worth my while... NOT AT ALL. Now don't get me wrong some of my items are completely beautiful and they portray the same as they did on the website. But I also had a few pieces that are very cheap looking. Thin in material, and most of my items didn't fit! The bottoms run way too small! (And I know my size, and I also referred to the size chart) I am just completely frustrated at this point I spent a pretty good amount on my clothes and I wish I would've gotten what I paid for. Honestly I'm not going to even bother sending my clothes back because it'll probably get here months later. Smh
With that being said I will not be ordering from this company again, I would only recommend this company for those of you who are purchasing small orders. And to those who plan on ordering a large order. (DONT DO IT)
DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN: I am trying to return some items, and their policy is to contact them first, then you receive the adress to return. I am trying for 2 weeks already to contact them, and I get completely ignored. I submitted 5 tickets on their website that say 24h reply, and contacted them on messenger, NOTHING worked.

I have friends who have ordered from shein previously and had high reviews of it. I had browsed before but never actually ordered. I finally decided place an order after weighing all the good and bad reviews of the company. I ended up buying a little over 100 dollars worth of clothes. I was very excited to receive them, but then I was informed that one of the items was back ordered and it had slowed the whole process down. This was understandable, and I didn't think much of it. I figured everything out with customer service (which was actually very good and helpful). A couple days later, however, when I checked the status of my order, I saw that my order was not supposed to arrive for almost two weeks late even though I payed an extra $12.90 for the fastest shipping they had. When I contacted customer service again, they were gracious about it and refunded me the money, but I am still not getting my order for another week. I have yet to actually receive the clothes but I am still excited to get them because they ARE very stylish. All in all, customer service is great, style is great, shipping is horrible, and quality of clothes is yet to be determined.
EDIT: So two items have now arrived. So far I absolutely love them both. The quality is great and they both fit perfectly. (the two items SKU are dress******* and pants*******) More updates to come when the rest of the clothes arrive.

Shien sent a notification that my package was delivered however I didn't recieve it. I placed a ticket through the app. The next day I recieved a new email from Jacob who wanted to check which pack I didn't recieve which I already indicated through that app they said something About an investigation then I will recieve my refund but I don't understand an investigation is fine but I still want my money back. This is unfair I'm being treated like a liar when ive been waiting since the 10th for my delivery. They split it in 2 packages I recieved 1 item in that pack on Jan 14th. The other pCk they say they deliverd on the 18th. I have checked there was no package. I am very dissapointed and just want my money back. I mean who would go through all this trouble if the complaint wasn't valid.

After some time and emails I am re-writing my review for she inside and would order from them again. The initial process of receiving my package was slow but as promised tracking was uploaded and it was delivered straight to my door. I ended up exchanging 4 pieces because the material was way too thin and the dresses were too short on me but the exchange process was very smooth. I sent the exchange items to a domestic address and had my exchange items within the week, which I am very happy with. Overall you can get some cute items for very cheap but know that some of the material may be too thin for your liking it just depends what it is made of. I have 3 rompers I got from my order that I have ended up loving!
Very very unhappy! I placed an order 10 days ago with many of my items saying they will ship in 24 hours and nothing has shipped and i have received no updates on my order. I finally emailed "she inside" myself and on the first message was told the items had already shipped and I would receive a tracking number soon. I waited a day and no tracking so I emailed again and was told my package would ship soon to be patient. A FLAT LIE! They told me it had shipped when it had not! DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am now going to try to get my money back with a paypal dispute.

I never believed what the reviews said as i have ordered from this company before. But hey bite me in the a** right. So i ordered a couple clothing and this time, not express shipping as they call it. So i wait and wait. 7 day processing blah blah blah. I ordered my item January 26th, it is now February 18th. And the my items aren't here. It's fine i guess. So i go to my tracking and check where it is. It's said the same message for the last 2 weeks. It's just left the damn country. So i contacted them again and they asked me to check my local post office if its here. Are you kidding me?! I'm not even sure if its here. And the stupid company wants me to check if its here. The post office will think i'm an idiot for going there without a tracking number or a message that its here. And here's another thing: they want me to ask my neighbours and friends if they've signed for it. Hello, i sent it to my office so i would get it. As the office name is included. You idiots! I'm disappointed and i want my money back. Thieves! Will never order from you again!

I ordered a good 200.00 worth of clothing the tops all fit fine they were not the greatest quality but that was expected with the amount I paid per top. The pants on the other hand ran small to say the least I ordered 3 pairs of pants and 1 romper in mediums the pants ran so small that they would have fit my 4 yr old daughter this is no exaggeration. I put the pants up against my daughters pants and they were the same size(4t) if not a few inches longer the site should clarify that they run in Asian sizes not US and that their sizing chart is completely off. When I contacted customer service for a refund they informed me I would have to pay to return the items. I then asked to have a manager or supervisor call me to which I was told they have no phone service. I doubt that in their entire company they have no phones seeing as I work for a clothing company and you need phones to be able to run the business well long story short after writing to the bbb they were gracious enough to send me a return label. I will not be ordering from them again the quality of the clothing was as expected for the price but the customer service was lacking and the return process was ridicules.
In response to their response they emailed me shortly after my review and asked me to change my review for a 40% off coupon I found this hilarious and worth mentioning since they had a promotion for 40% off all orders running on their site my review stand.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
