So I'm a regular shein customer this time, they have been rubbish. I received rude customer service. So I was meant to receive my order on April 4th ( that was the last estimate day for shipment) didn't receive it then so immediately contacted SHEIN via the support section. They apologised. I told them if I do not receive it by this certain day it's no use to me as I'll be travelling and I won't be in to except it. Only my mother in law will be in and once she accepts it I will be doing a full return, including the final sales! As it's no longer needed and it's way out of the time frame, SHEIN was telling me I can't return the final sales. I said yes I will! Your delivery is way out of the time frame and balloons I need needed which for my husband birthday which has gone! So I will be returning EVERYTHING! They kept on going back and forth with me, even closing my ticket!rude! When it wasn't resolved! So i opened another one they passed me to the senior customer service stephen! He wasn't helpful and very cheeky! He said he doesn't understand English. So why employ staff to respond to English speaking customers if you do not understand English. Which is a lie anyway because he was typing very good English! Anyway he now said I should pay for a return because I'm returning the items for personal reasons! How the hell am I returning items for personal reasons. When my delivery was delivered out of the time frame! He tried to be cheeky with me and said I should keep the items if I do not want to pay for delivery. I'm definitely taking shein to small claims court because since the 4th of April I've been on this matter and it's been stressful and I've received rude customer service, most importantly from Stephen. Till this day I'm yet to receive a return QR code. One thing about me is I will definitely do not play when it comes to me spending money and receiving good customer service! This one I didn't, I will never buy from shein again! They have now closed my ticket twice! This is getting frustrating!
I ordered 3 bathen suites 3 weeks ago and still haven't recieved my packages! Today is Saturday and I leave for the beach Monday! I am BEYOND furious! They better hope my packages are correct!

I placed an order the 26th said it was being processed checked again this morning said I never placed an order so I called the only number I could find online and someone saying he was the senior supervisor was extremely rude and in professional I told him I never received my email comfimation or order number he said I was a liar I asked to be transferred to someone else that wasn't rude he said he was the only one and I must not speak English then hung up on me I was born and raised in the USA I speak and understand English better than he does since he was not even in America where is my money or my tracking number for my items!

Basically anything bad you could say about a store applies to Shein. It's bad for everyone involved. Starting off with the people who make these clothes. Shein uses sweat shops in China to produce millions of disposable garments. They come out with 2,000 NEW items each DAY, for incredibly cheap prices. But they aren't cheap for no reason. Shein workers get payed a minuscule amount, and have 18 hour shifts each day. Another reason, the materials they use are awful quality and BUILT TO FALL APART. The whole idea of disposable fashion is keeping up with lightening fast trends, buying a new wardrobe of bad quality clothes each month or even week. Compared to other fast fashion brands, Shein makes Zara and H&M look good. Not to mention, they steal ideas from small businesses and creators.
If you buy from Shein because of how cheap it is, consider either thrifting, buying from a slightly better fast fashion site, or buying LESS, higher quality clothes to last longer. Instead of going by rapid trends, buy things that YOU like and that YOU WILL WEAR.

First of all, this is a horrible site that steals photographs of clothing from other sites. For sure, they've taken numerous photos from NastyGal.com, which is rude and shady.
Second of all, I decided to buy a few things from the website anyway because of all the fashion bloggers talking about it. BAD IDEA.
I ordered a few things. A dress that I bought was way too short and the fabric was thin and cheap. My expectations were already low, but wow, wasn't aware that I could be disappointed by anything when I already expected cheap material.
The sizing is really weird. They are definitely not uniformed in any way and obviously have no brands that you can refer to because they rip off pictures from other sites and copy the clothing. Very poorly, I might add.
Another thing. One of the items I ordered was in stock when I ordered it, but then suddenly went out of stock (Wtf?) I mean, I understand if it goes out of stock, but why didn't they say it was out of stock? And second of all, they didn't even notify me of this. They just left it as is, didn't give me a refund or ask if I wanted an exchange and just kept the money. I didn't realize it was out of stock until I went back into my orders on the account to see it and had to contact customer service about it. They took a few days to reply back AND I still haven't received the money back.
Overall, horrible experience with them. Maybe you'll be lucky and get some good items, but if you continue to order from this site, you will run into problems.

I placed and order the first of July I still haven't received it this is now the 12th or 13th of August they said it was delivered it never was delivered they said that it was delivered at 1400 last Friday I went in there that 1330 minutes and they said it had not been delivered so I don't understand how it was delivered at $1400 hours I got msg at 1330 hours hadn't even arrived yet don't do business with this company because they are not reputable. Then they only want to refund half of my money I didn't send them half of the money to begin with I want all my money back don't do business with this company.

Sorry guys. It's not legit. :( I got duped. I ordered two small items on April 18 and didn't hear A THING until April 30th. I got an email apologizing for the delays (the common warehouse excuse) and a $5 credit, where they said they were rushing the order and it would ship in 3-5 days. Then, on the 6th day (May 4th, now) I received an email about further delays, now 5-7 days. I ordered on April 18th. And it's May 6th. Almost 20 days and my items haven't even shipped. I'll update this post with further news. Let's see how many more excuses they can come up with:/

I received the first piece May 22nd. According to the shein tracker, my second item just arrived in the US. The quality is about what I expected. Cheap, but the fit is fine. I will update again once I receive the final piece.
FINAL EDIT--
I left on a trip so I'm not sure when the final piece actually arrived, but it was delivered before June 7th. Overall. I do like the pieces I received. The quality is pretty good for the price, but I don't know if it's worth the headache. I did receive everything I ended up ordering so its up to you, but be aware you might be waiting 2-3 months to receive your items. I probably won't be ordering again.

The return process is terrible. I had to return almost everything I ordered because the sizes were so off, so I got a ticket, I got the print out for the return and I returned it to the poststation. Up until then everything was fine. But that was a month ago.
The Customer Service always tries to write me in German (which is either obviously badly translated by google translator or someone that is learning for about 3 months) eventhough I write in English. I don't even understand what they're trying to tell me in German most of the time, and I'm a native German. Anyway, I've been waiting for my money now for ONE MONTH and I had to send the package to Belgium, which is only a few hours from where I live. As proof they asked me to take a picture of the package before sending, and I did. Well, doesn't really help. Now I'm waiting for my 70 for a MONTH. I read in another comment below that legally online retailers have to refund and return items within 14 days, under the' The consumer contract Regulations', so I will also have to take this further if it doesn't get resolves ASAP.

Don't even bother with this company. Their return policy is terrible. What the hell am I going to do with swimwear and a lingerie top that does not fit? They don't even have an option to choose different sizes for the tops and bottoms of the swimwear. And don't even get me started on the other item, its quality was so low, it felt like putting plastic on my body. Honestly, I think I just lost $50 because they won't let me return or exchange the products. At least their customer service gets back to you right away, but just the quality of the clothing that I received, the amount of time it actually took to get my order (A MONTH! I WAITED A MONTH FOR CLOTHING I COULD NOT EVEN FIT) and their idiotic return policy, I will not be shopping on this site again, and I hope no one else is on here will too. I mean, the swimwear items and the lingerie are fine. It's not like my body tainted their horrendous clothing. There is a slew of words I would like to release right now, but I'll refrain, because this is a family site.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
