What a terrible experience - First I ordered with choosing the option so I don't have to pay the customs, but still I was asked to pay customs. I contacted customer service and they returned it quickly. Then the courier company delivers and says delivered and signed by - but don't mention who signed the delivery - so I check with my husband and tenants - and called the company and they say it wasn't signed and left on the stairs to my house and show the picture - mind you, I have received gazillions more expensive packages at my doorstep with no signatures from Costo, Amazon, Canadian Tire, etc., but just SHEIN package doesn't arrive - I ask courier company can they please check what happened, maybe courier guy took it with him accidentally (happens with the routine of the job) - they took 3 days to figure out no, we have no update, than another 15 days for marking it lost (every day it was we are trying, need managers approval, etc.), in the meantime, I am trying to reach customer service but they are offline or won't reply to my emails. Today by gods grace reached out to customer service, there is no customer care or empathy or sympathy and I asked how long it will take - then they were like agree to these statements, I agreed - then it was like 2-7 business days, thank you
This was my first experience, I was here because of the thousands of people promoting SHEIN, and I was like they had a great experience and so should I - I was so wrong, Please be very careful and buy at your own risk because I don't think this company cares or will even bother to help you when you need help. I am now scared to even try AliExpress as both companies are Chinese and wondering if that is the norm with customer service with these companies
PS: I have not received any products to take pictures and review so far, however while purchasing did realise that their sizes are not same through out - so a size XL will be different inches in each product, so if you still buy, choose wisely

They have collections ranging from all over the world, which in fact left me with several choices before zeroing in on a few. Also, the filters available saved my time in searching what I actually needed without any difficulty. I wanted to gift a few dresses to my fiancé and ran into sheinside.com. After having had a wonderful experience with sheinside.com, I thought of writing a review about the same.
My fiancé liked the products I had ordered for her and was truly amazed by the collections the website has to offer. After trying the apparels I gifted her, she browsed the website and placed an order for a few more Chiffon dresses. I will repeat what most of the other real reviews say: DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE! Please notice that most of the 5 star reviews are from people whose ONLY review is for sheinside. More than likely, they are FAKE reviews by the staff of Sheinside. Sheinside is unreliable and although the clothes are cheap, you may not receive them at all so in the end you are giving away your money and getting nothing in return. I registered for this site just because Sheinside is such an outrage that I can't believe they are getting away with what they are doing.
My situation:
The shipping took almost a month, so by the time the order had shipped I was on vacation with my family. When I returned and checked the tracking number, it said that the package had been delivered but I obviously did not receive it, and my neighbors had not seen it. I then contacted the post office and the post office said that the package was not there. Sheinside does not have signature confirmation even though they take a ridiculously long time shipping (~1 month) and they ship overseas, so your package can be lost at any time and if the package actually arrives it can just be dumped at your door without a signature so that it can be stolen. In addition, customer service at Sheinside is unhelpful and refused to resend the items or give me a refund. They basically kept repeating that it was the fault of the post office, no matter what I said to them. It was like they did not or just chose not to understand what I was saying. IF THERE IS NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, THE POST OFFICE IS ALLOWED TO PUT THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR SO THE POST OFFICE IS NOT AT FAULT! A responsible sender needs to ensure that the package is delivered in a SECURE manner, especially if it comes from overseas!
I have paid ~$100 to Sheinside for a package that has somehow been lost or stolen because of an unreliable shipping method THAT THE SENDER HAS CHOSEN and the sender refuses take responsibility for it or correct it in any way. Basically, this means that I have given $100 away and waited for a MONTH on my order and I have gotten nothing for it. Order at your OWN risk, because once you order, REGARDLESS of whether you receive your item or not, your money is theirs forever.

Items are very good quality and everything ships fast and it's even affordable!
Just received a coat, the quality of the material is to be expected as woolen polyester but it looks like it was sent through a washer and dryer multiple times. Seams don't match up and are stretched. Needless to say, I decided to return the coat. When searching for how to return the item I discovered that I needed to place a return order tracking number and link after I returned the item. I was confused about the return process so I started a chat with the online help team. Well, to say that the "help" on the other end of the chat was condescending is not saying enough.
I was informed that I ordered my items off www.sheinside.com NOT us.sheinside.com so I did not qualify for free returns. Please see picture attached of the conversation... I apparently was not "paying attention" enough. I could not believe a customer service agent was telling a paying customer to pay attention. Completely out of line in my opinion. However, all the links the man sent me to clarify the return policy directed me to us.sheinside.com return policy webpage which states clearly "free returns". When I asked for the www.sheinside.com return policy link he sent me a link that directed me right back to us.sheinside.com's return page and a picture of a return policy typed out. Finally the man said they would give me "a free return shipping label this time." When he asked what items I wanted to return I told him the coat and he said "only this one?" I said yes, I hadn't received the other items in my order. I was then told that I could wait till I received them all and then contact them! I think I can make that decision on my own? And based on reviews of how long their shipping can take I didn't want to wait around for that order till I got my refund on the coat.
My experience has been unbelievable... After requesting what I would think is reasonable information (a link to the page I apparently ordered from for the return policy) and not being able to produce it and then being told I should just wait and contact them another time? Also, after reviewing the webpage I have realized there is no phone number to speak with customer service agents over the phone, this is a red flag in my opinion. It should be noted that I am still not able to access the webpage www.sheinside.com. Try it yourself...

Update: 12/9 The returns are super slow, and since I've experienced this before I know it's not due to the holiday season. Last week I checked the tracking and it showed that the item had been received, this week it says it hasn't. I don't have a screen shot from last week, but the one from today shows that, even though it says it hasn't been received, it was returned on 12/5. This site isn't bad, the clothes aren't bad quality, and the shipping time to receive the item is short, but their return and refund times are not great. Getting your refund will likely take 3-4 weeks. The only reason I think I got my refund quicker is because they saw my original review. Just for a timeline, (you can see evidence is the attached photo, but I created my label on 11/20, it went out that Friday 11/22, now it is 12/9 and still no refund or communication that it is being processed. My review will not go up again, but it may go down, depending on when/if I ever get refunded. They need a better system.
Update: I received my refund and someone from support reached out to help with it, So I'm editing the rating from 2 stars to 4.
I ordered some items from shein. This wasn't my first time ordering from here, but after my trial order went well I decided to order more things. 2 of them were good purchases, i order 2 sets of night wear and 2 other shirts. One of the night wear pieces ripped within 2 minutes of trying it on, not due to size because I had purchased the same item previously in a different color and it fit fine. The other was not true to size, one shirt was tight in the shoulder/sleeve area and the other shirt did not look the way i though it would. I sewed the rip in one of the night where pieces, so 3/6 wasn't that bad. However I can't return the too small night wear piece and the other 2 shirt I can. I sent them back with the prepaid postage last week on the day after Halloween and the tracking number shows that it hasn't even left the city where I shipped from. I'm not sure what is on the label, but It has been almost a week, and will probably be another week before I actually get a refund. On top of that there's no humans to contact only robots that don't understand your questions and say "I will take your feedback and continue to work hard" but my questions are left unanswered.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
