It has a lot of cheap stuff but many things have very good quality considering the price. You can get stunning jewelry and clothes for a very good price. The only thing is that you need to look at the review on the things you want to buy to make sure that other people was happy with it. There are size guides for some of the goods but some are incorrect and should be fixed. Otherwise Im happy with wish.
Received one item from this firm. A so called swiss made knockoff that keeps decent time but has the ancillary hands painted on... ie, non functional. We used to have a place here called the holiday shop that carried similar merchandise. Keep your expectations low and you'll be fine. It certainly no amazon. Ill probably be removing them from my device or leave it there for entertainment purposes
Watch prices very carefully! Checkout prices are much higher than the advertised items show! Rip off in every way! Their products are garbage and nothing like they're advertising!

I love using wish for gifts and myself. It has every thing I pretty much want. But I can't give it five stars because some of the products aren't always what they show. Which is kinda a bummer. But over all good app to use, just plan weeks ahead if your gifting.
I had ordered quiet a few products in the website but none of them i have received till date. Its been more then 4months, yet they have not delivered nor refund. Please let me know how do i complaint legally on Wish to ensure nobody get impacted in future
Very poor quality - cheap fabric (looks nothing like the pictures' advertised). Sizing is stuffed up. Bombarded with emails to purchase items - non stop - does your head in (continusely). Very disappointed customer - gutted.
I have been requesting a refund since 22nd November for some boots my mum brought. Product was awful nothing like the picture, poor quality and the wrong size was sent. All you get back from wish is the same message asking for the same thing numerous amount of times. I've never experienced such poor service but guess that's what happens when you only have robots to deal.
Will never ever purchase from here again.

Overall, they have been great. In the 5 months and dozens of items I've bought, I've had very few problems. And when I did, my $ was promptly returned. If clothing, check the measurements charts, and even then often have to order 1-2-3 sizes larger. And pay attention to the reviews. And don't expect fast shipping from China. This is the trade off for amazingly discounted items.
The photo is of a cloth tablecloth I got for $3 - I'm going to use as fabric for a skirt. About a yard and 1/2 - incredible price for this quality fabric - I ordered 10 more in other equally vibrant colors. I wasn't able to upload a pic of 4 pair of sandal that are really pretty and comfy for c. $8 each. A few times I got things sized wrong, but customer service dealt with it right away.
I guess they are working on their shipping process, because they ask about every item..."Did you receive it? If so, when?"
So, it's hit or miss. The majority of the time, for me, it's been out of the park.
They keep extending shipping times. Said it would take 2 weeks, I'm at 2 months and no sign of it ever leaving China. Stay away! Their customer service is horrible as well - just a chatbot that doesn't even let you ask questions

This website sucks if I could give it a zero Stars I would. Tried several times to order and everytime they cancel it saying payment issue. Seems like refund doesn't match original charge so they are making money off of canceling orders. Can't get any live person to resolve this issue. Never ended up getting anything from here

After ordering a number of items for Christmas and not receiving 1/2 of them, I reached out to find out l could expect them. I've been told repeatedly that I can't get a refund. Not once did I ask for a refund. These items are still for sale on the website. I've simply asked that they send them out ASAP since they are paid for and it's been months. They refuse to send the items I've paid for. Please be careful. Wish is definitely a scam.
Bought fidget spinner for son, 2 weeks later never received it. Son checked mail every day excited just to come back empty handed. Had to get refund. Hope y'all go out of buissness. Never shop wish again. I'm staying with Amazon shopping
Product shipping info said one date... then another. I have written to them and no response, ordered in early Dec... now it's Feb 8th. Not a fun experience, now concerned if they will just rip me off or what is going on.
Worst clothing ever! Wayyyyy too small. It will fit children. Cheap polyester halloween costume fabric for everything. Horrible. They refund your money and dont want the clothes shipped back. That says it all. Buy elsewhere
Never buy clothes or footwear quality and sizing terrible. Some tools arent too bad watches not good some jewelry turned dark brown over nite sunglasses were nice mens cologne smells terrible for what value is suppose to be worth
Beyond frustrating! I ordered 3 items months ago, and haven't received one. There's no contact info, no way to get a refund, NOTHING. The robo response is 'Thank you for your patience'. Don't waste your time, or money!

Ordered items that never arrived. The app says I've been refunded but I received no money in my bank account. My friend has somehow managed to buy stuff through wish. I wasn't so lucky and definitely won't be making any purchases from them again.
Have purchased quite a few item in the past 8months. Have had no problems with products or suppliers. Had two small issues, and they were taken care of very fast and helpful. I would recommend Wish to anyone. Thank you for your service.
Bought a jacket, what arrived was horrible, smelt like something had died. 3 sizes smaller. It's going in the bin as so bad I would be embarrassed to take it to a charity shop. Do buy from a reputable company not some rip off company. Their employees must feel dispiricable.

I purchased several pieces of clothing. The pictures have normal material wish has cheap crap. I would have never ordered if I knew it was a foreign order.Not one of the articles was same as picture. What a scam and a fraud.Not easy to return either unless you pay high shipping cost... Bullcrap!,,,,,, All sizes are not right jeans tight on waist gigantic in hips and legs they were suppose to be pencil pants don't know what size there pencils are but ours are skinny. Shirts look like like made with spider webs, like they will just fall apart...
