Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Dylan Queen UK staff and previous consumers.
No sorry all I have is an E-mail add they wont reply though... £120 down the drain!
I am afraid it seems you can email them until you are blue in the face, the response will be one of two. (1) Do you want another dress? (2) We will check. These are answered by any one of a hundred different names. I suggest sending the same mail 50 times a day, if nothing else it will p**s them off! Write to BBC Watchdog.
No you have no recourse sorry they are telling me to take them to alterers and get them fixed $#*!ty company $#*!ty workmanship i hope its not the same for you.
They are awful. My poor daughter has no prom dress because the one she ordered arrived and is in a dreadful condition totally unwearable. Has anyone managed to get a refund before I take this matter further with other authorities?
Dresses are made in china, poor quality and non refundable as wont give refunds even if item s faulty. DO NOT USE THEM. I have now received a further £25 charge from TNT for delivery. Go to Finsbury park London whole street prom dress prices start from £25-£350 good luck
I had a bad experience too. Hopefully you bought on a Visa card (debit or credit) Send them an email asking where you can return the purchase to and ask for a full refund, attach any pictures of damage etc. When they don't reply (and they won't) contact visa who will send you a claim form and attach your email for evidence. Visa will refund you your money and hopefully stop this company using visa in the future if enough people do this. Hope this helps. Good luck.
