I have responded so many times about this company it makes me angry. They are still scamming people out of their money after all the complaints and bad reviews. Listen girls. It DOES NOT STOP WITH ONE ORDER! They not only charged me for what I ordered, but also got me for another 196.00 for things I didn't order. I ordered 1 item for under 20.00 including shipping. Never recieved anything, and when I finally got ahold of an actual human on the phone. They stated they could only help me if I gave them my bank account information and a copy of my drivers license! Do you know what they can do with this info? I can't be the first or last they've tried this with. They change the name of their companies often and change their phone numbers even more often. Call to order and no problem. Call because of an issue? Good luck. This company also goes under the name Sammydress, Dress lily and I can't even remember the others right now because it's late. SCAM!
We really do not need to risk our reputation over a single order. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion. It will be nice if you can respect the opinions of other reviewers too because it is not fair to accuse other honest reviewers of being liars.

I personally wouldn't order a single thing from this website. You can find similar/nicer accessories from other companies with the same price, and not have to worry about being scammed. Just read some of the reviews and you will understand why buying anything from Rosegal is not a good idea.

I never received my purchase. Customer service is completely absent on website, through chat or phone. You can't contact them. Finally, I filed a complaint through Paypal and heard from someone who said my shipment would take 45 days from China. Yea, right. When was the last time you ordered something online and there was no customer service, then have to file a complaint for a refund to find out that it will take over a month for you to get your items? This company has been reported for scam investigation.
