My wife signed up for a "free" trial of their facial creams and decided she did not like the product. She called and told them to cancel her account. This company later charged my account without my permission and when I called Customer Service to dispute the charges I was told I would be reimbursed 100 percent. My wife received an e-mail the next day saying we would be reimbursed 35 percent of the total charges. When I called Customer Service again, they were NOT polite and refused to deal with me. I ended up contacting my credit card company and had the charges removed. DO NOT do business with these people. They are not customer oriented and what they do is borderline illegal.
Do not buy their shoes! When I got The shoes they look cheap; fit awful, and looked oddly shaped. Do yourself a favor and stray away from this site! I returned my shoes 3 months ago and I cannot get them to give me my refund. They are a scam!
I ordered a rice cooker on AliExpress but never received the item. The seller created a Fedex shipping label with weight listed as 0.01 lb, which is not possible for a rice cooker. Ten days after the creation of the shipping label, I tracked the order but Fedex never received the package. When I asked the seller to check the package, they replied with the shipper could not locate the shipping address and therefore returned the package. I am not sure how it is possible as the package never reached to Fedex in US. Now, I have to spend effort and time to dispute the charges. I just wanted to save a few dollars but in the end, it is not worth of my time, not to mention of the frustration. Never buy from AliExpress again.

"MOST" AliExpress sellers are scams. I tried them twice, twice too many times. First time never received the item, the second time, received the item which did not work, never receiving a refund. AliExpress refused to help and guarantee the refund, Not like Ebay. Recommend staying away... Stick with Ebay, better chance of NOT getting ripped off..
Don't buy unless you're 100% certain of the seller and the item's quality. I bought a pair of shoes and they came in a terrible, worn out state, so I had to throw them out because the seller insisted he sent them as described (not true). I just lost my money and it was not worth it.
I Love shopping on AliExpress. It is easy and convenient and I like to interact with the sellers. They are wonderful and very understanding and courteous. I like the respect they give to us customers. I do not have many complains about the quality of the products because I think you get what you pay for. Thank you AliExpress for setting the standard of On-line Shopping. It has be wonderful.

My first 2 orders were refunded to me because the seller was not "Legit" but I was refunded my money in full, approximately 5 days later.
I have received everything that I have ordered, this far and I must say that I truly enjoy shopping online with Aliexpress.

I bought from a supplier on Aliexpress who had apparently had a good reputation and when we did not receive the merchandise I complained to Aliexpress and send them all the screenshots and everything they asked for but still they could not help me get my money back or the merchandise I had bought. Also they did not let me put a negative comment on the suppliers.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
