My experience never buy anything from AliExpress
Do not buy on aliexpress, I was scammed by a seller of pirated products, spent more than 90 days and after constantly calling, they sent me a box with a product rot, complain to the seller, but there was never an answer.
Aliexpress said to have a protection for the buyer, but I did not tell you is that it is impossible to contact them, they are a fraud.
Give AliExpress 5 stars fast shipping excellent customer service they stay in contact with you to see if you like the hair and I love it. I order a 16" inch and it is so soft no tangling up in the back. I will continue to buy my wigs off of AliExpress I love my wig thank you all so much and thanks for being concern and in contact of me and when I receive my order you were there every step of the way
I have purchase the light in the beginning of February 2022 to send to Luxembourg, the Aliexpress app said it was delivered on 2nd April. However no goods has been delivered and contacted Aliexpress and seller to track my parcel, they only said accordingly to system it was delivered. Have filed a dispute, but they closed it without any proof of signature of delivery. No refund, nothing!
The seller Jack Peng is the absolute worst! All of my items have been lost in China mail and I have yet to receive a refund. He's had a way to refund me for a month and still has not done it. I won't be buying anything else from him and can't really reccomed the site for further purchase.
My delivery was withhold on custom and then got send back to seller, I've file a dispute, they keep telling me to wait for parcel for 2 months then close dispute as I didn't provide any evidences and transfer my money to seller. So seller has both my money and product, while I have nothing

I have consistently had great experiences with Aliexpress. I love the access to vendors for a large number of consumer, and some quite niche products. I have found vendors on Aliexpress to be courteous and forthcoming if there are problems, and I have never had a problem with the quality of a product from Aliexpress.
I have occasionally had problems with items damaged in transit (it has travelled a long way though), but these issues have always been addressed by the vendor without quibble, and I have always reordered and been delighted when the undamaged item arrives.
I have purchased several items from Aliexpress some quite expensive well into the hundreds of dollars per item expensive and I have to say that the quality I have encountered is extremely high. Make sure you compare apples to apples and search for the right seller of which there will be multiple to choose from. Do you due dilligence check ratings number of sales ect.
The security level is as good or better then any similar US based websites. I base that on personal experience acquired over many years of internet shopping. I am a bit of the adventurous type with a bit of caution to smooth things out and I have found that the products offered by Aliexpress are often better crafted in form and function then similar items I have found in the US. Plus I have the joy finding products that are unique and unknown to the typical US marketplace. Shopping here is a global experience and I really enjoy that opportunity.
Let's be honest, never buy something and expect it to be delivered soon, it's part of aliexpress deal. But there are many stuff that are cheap and free shipping! So is nice to buy little stuff because they have tstuff that you can't find in most shops!
I've found great customer service. Amazing products at a awesome price. Fast response. Most of my items have arrived, and most of the problems that have arise have been solved. I'm still familiarizing with the tool and the shopping process, but so far I am very pleased.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
