These items come from China so usually it takes a while to receive them but there very cheap. I have never had a problem with this site ever! I always shop here, for extensions, shoes, jewelry and they have nice expensive looking winter coats. I recommend highly!
I ordered a vape January 31,2019 still waiting, seller is giving me the run around with fake tracking number. It's safe to say I'm out of $42.00. Please do not buy from this site not all sellers are honest and you don't know which honest seer you'll get.
I really can't see how come this site is rated so low here. I've ordered over 10 items from there and everything came in perfect condition. Shipping did take quite some time but all information about it is available on the site. People should be able to make a conscious decision when buying something.
I ordered 2 micro sd cards 1 was already corrupted upon delivery, the other the very next day. Their system will not let me start a return/refund case. Don't waste your time and money to receive trash that you eventually have to dispose.
I never had any problems with Aliexpress, everything always arrived correct, in the expected time, besides the platform, having great prices, you just don't get 5 stars due to the shipping cost being sometimes very high.
AliExpress was never good, but now it's even worse. Shein is a 1000 times better then AliExpress. Costumer service offer no help. Received wrong item or don't receive at all, there's no money back. I have decided after giving many chances to close my account.
I really appreciate the Aliexpress service and their approach to business. Though recently the digital marketing has conquered the web and obviously Aliexpress was one of the pioneers to promote their products through digital marketing advertisements. The only thing is that the products can be of a very different kind. And I do not feel comfortable when I show my friends something on my laptop and there is kind of wooden vagina appeared on the screen.
I have never been interested in stuff like this but even if I had, there is no point to disclose the private search in this way.
By now I had 3 incidents where the stuff delivered was either super low quality or not delivered.
Their customer service is also very bad, you have to chat with a bot first and then after long wait service agents show up on chat who do both expect for giving false promises.
Dont use this site at all!
Bought two items from this site and paid with paypal. Got charged for 2 transaction fee at $10 dollars each without any notice before I order. No customer service to handle this case. Not going to back again.
Buy on Aliexpress for six years, happy, well done. Always ready to protect the buyer. There is a large selection of products. It's great that each seller has information, experience and quality. I always look before buying. Great store.
I would rate this site a big "0" if that were an option. It doesn't even deserve the "1" star rating! I paid for expedited shipping. It has been over 2 months and still no product nor any off of a refund. I am VERY disappointed and feel like I've been bamboozled. Worst experience EVER! Buyer beware! They steal your money!

I'm very pleased with the range when coupled with another similar BT version 5 unit. The units paired within seconds and used the low-latency codec. Antenna does not detach to install a longer one, but that's fine. I would purchase again.
I've been shopping on Aliexpress for a while and somewhat happy. It's cheap and they have a huge selection however their shipping is SUPER slow. I know most items are being shipped from Asia but still. One time it took almost 2 months to get the item that I ordered.
Tried buying from aliexpress twice, and on both occasions, fake postal delivery notifications, and went through the hoops trying to retrieve my money for merchandise I never received. Non responding pages ect. My experience was horrible. Never again! Biggest rip off artists

I've bought a ton of stuff from Ali over the past years, and admittedly its becoming less and less due to how long shipping takes now compared to a year or two ago. But they are by-far not a scammer website, if you know exactly what you're looking for you can find pretty good deals. Additionally, in all the times I have escalated an issue Aliexpress sides with the customers and you do recieve a full refund eventually.
Satisfied! A good service with a very supportive team. Have ordered many times. All packages always delivered either on time or even earlier. Just the last one didn't come after two months of transportation so i had to open an dispute - full refund by Aliexpress! Thank you!
I've been shopping AliExpress on and off for a long time. Shipping is long, but usually without problems. Recently, I have had multiple problems with different sellers delivering missing parts or even totally different items. Their dispute system is bad because you only get 1 chance for resolution. Appeal will go no where. I feel their system will automatically ask seller to refund about 10% and call it resolved.
One of the purchase was a inflatable pillow for camping. I received 2 pillow covers. Dispute refunded me $1.36, so I am out $13.
