I ordered a down jacket from AliExpress a year ago and it arrived within a month and was great value.
This time however I have been waiting for three pairs of linen trousers since the third of October - thats six weeks.
Ive been locked out of my account and tried to reopen it without success. Their CS help is useless, password reset gives you the runaround and live chat help is a joke. Very few words input hampers communication and promises of resetting UN and PW come to nothing. Its like a maze that leads you nowhere. Maybe the goods will arrive but all I want to do at the moment is get a tracking update but as Im locked out of my account...
Spent an hour yesterday in this ridiculous live chat trying to sort it out with Felicity the outcome of which was me still locked out of my account.
Never use this site! They send you broken stuff then will not refund your money! Ordered a piece and paid close to 200 US it arrived and never worked I sent it back under the "free returns" only to receive a email saying that the dispute has been resolved in the sellers favor with no explanation why! Now I'm out the $ and the piece i was trying to fix is in worse shape than when I started! I will be deleting my account and never purchase another thing from there again! The best is I can't write a review on the seller b/c I returned the item! Complete scam!
AliExpress has become a safe haven for sellers using fake tracking numbers to steal money from customers. They have no customer service, no buyer protection, and if you dispute they will always side with the seller. Stay far away from AliExpress. I will never do business with them again after the 3 month headache of trying to get my $600 back.
Sadly AliExpress customer service is non-existent.
It's *impossible* to speak to anyone (which is really frustrating!) and the help section of the website is completely automated.
If you enter a dispute with a seller (and there are lots of sellers with dodgy goods!) then it takes a LONG time for a resolution - at least a month if not longer. So if something goes wrong you're completely powerless, at the mercy of the seller until AliExpress steps in and even then there's no guarantee they will help you.
I've had some good purchases from AliExpress, but when things go wrong you're on your own. You'll probably have to try and reclaim costs from your bank.
My advice would be only to use the site for the absolutely cheapest of purchases because your money and rights are not protected despite what the site says.
This is a collection of Chinese sellers who advertise products they don't have, provide fake tracking information and then close the order so you can't file a complaint! Even going through PayPal still represents a lot risk because they do not respond to them either! Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and just stay away! Same for DHGate!
I purchase a radio parts missing made complaint and they said insufficient evidence and closed my case no nothing for me. No refund not even parts that is missing. So I lose 800 dollars clearly I sent 2 pictures their radio had 6 wires on harness my stock radio had 11 wires but yet that's not enough evidence to say I'm missing wires. These people are no help they only want your money. I say take your business to amazon they have excellent customer service. Never will I shop here again ever. Trust I am not bias just telling truth if you value your money go elsewhere
1. Theres no way hold fraudsters.
2. The website and management team is not active in catching cheaters.
3. Even if the seller sends you just an empty box, there's no one to hear your complaints.
4. AliExpress concludes that your local customs has held your goods and closes a dispute.
5. Fraud site. Be careful.
6. I received one order with old/ damaged /defective piece, but box was new (the serial numbers in product and box and other details dont match) and other one was a fraud.
Bought 2 packets of golf tees which turned out to be 2 golf tees for 4 euros and 64 cents. Complete con and I'm embarrassed to admit but I expected it. The ad didn't specify the quantity but did have pictures with at least least tees in a bundle. It was a simple con obviously. How can you trust a sales site that condones that sort of behaviour. Don't shop with them. They can't be trusted. Buy a new phone and maybe receive an empty case instead. They are just shabby retailers with little scruples. Shop on a trusted site. Pay a bit more but get what you pay for.
The article that arrived was broken. I submitted a claim to that effect, and provided pictures of the damage, as you can see below; the ear was flaked off. So-called customer "service" decided that clear visual evidence was not sufficient proof and demanded reviews from the vendor (who, as far as I was concerned, WAS AliExpress; there were no references to third-party sellers on the order site). When I pointed this out, I was told that I needed a shipper's damage assessment. Again, there were no details on the tracking site about the shipping company of origin or the transfer to the final delivery agent. All this over a little thing that cost less than $10. I would think their reputation is worth more than that, but apparently they do not.
Terrible service, please shop somewhere else. I know the prices are enticingly low, but trust me its not worth the hassle. They have possibly the WORST customer service known to man. They will always rule in favour of the seller leaving you stuck with a defective or damaged or not as described item.
I recently made a purchase on their website and the item was very clearly not as describe and the "best" they can do is offer me a refund - IF - I pay for return shipping which is ridiculously expensive. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
