I like AliExpress because of the huge selection and great value I can find. I have had a few bumps along with way with different purchases but all have been fixed in the end.
I've ordered more than 100 products in last years.
The delivery is almost of the times slow but on time. If you have problems the support works reasonably well.

I have been shopping with Aliexpress for years and love the products. I have had very few issues and if I do they take care of it faster than most businesses in the states.
I had a small problem that this company was quick to resolve. They have good communications and a product that is very good value. I would have no hesitation in trading with them again.
Not a place to buy anything your life depends on. You might just die before your order gets to you. They entice you with some silly coupons but can't manage order and delivery effectively.
Pictures preset all the parts of the repair kit witch is the title of the product to order, but they send you only one part from the kit and charging the price of the entire kit.
Ok - I have brought in excess of 50 items of all sorts on Ali Express. I have had a few poor quality items and the odd mishap (like damaged items) but in general I have been able to buy a range of items I never could have afforded before. Many have been good standard, some exceptional for next to nothing.
In my experience, don't buy items of too high a value, expect a fake product, always query the claims made before buying. What composition is this item (it says real leather is it top cut leather etc etc), what are the measurements of this item, there is no sleeve length, can you give it to me please? Will I get a product exactly like the one in the picture? Etc etc. What does the feeback say? Has no one left feedback - are they all default ratings? Does the feedback have a genuine sounding comment attached? Not just "excellent". It does cost a lot to return poor items etc so buyer beware. There are some terrible traders on Ali Express and shipping time can be a nuisance but by and large there are many genuine traders and some very nice people on Ali Express. If you use Ali Express, take the time to do it right and you will come out the winner. Also don't be unrealistic, I have found many $3 to $8 bargains but if I get something for $4 that is rubbish, I realise this is the gamble I have taken and don't get too excited about it. 4.5 stars.
This was the most negative shopping experience I've ever had online! I do most of my shopping online and have never been treated the way that AliExpress and AceCoool Trend Store has treated me!
First of all, my order took forever to get to me and when it did, the item didn't fit. I looked into exchanging it but it would have cost me over $61 to ship back! This was almost double what the item initially cost.
I attempted to contact the store and no one would respond to me. I had hoped that they would at least pay for shipping so I could get the proper size. They did not.
When attempting to discuss my issues with AliExpress, I was basically told nothing could be done. And nothing was! I am stuck with an item that does not fit and was charged the full amount

I have ordered several things and I got very low quality merchandise that took a long time, that being said I ordered a couple of swimsuit from different stores, Most did not ship fake tracking # and one I did get and it was the most worthless piece of crap I have ever seen, I think after you order they then try to duplicate the product. It had no elastic in it and was not swimsuit fabric at all and was see through, and at 61 years of age I don't want to wear see through, I have disputed, and if I don't get my refund I will do a charge back through my c/c company, please do yourself a favor and avoid this site they use the picture of the real product and you will not get what you pay for.
Worst place i ever ordered. Got a none holding item like it was suppose too. They did not want to refund unless i prove it. Back and forth with return and refund dialogue box. Worst experience ever
I have been using this app for 1 years and I'd say that this app is cool. But, in some cases prices are more expensive which are listed in AliExpress. Maybe the sellers are became more greedy.
First i must say Ali express is a good site and the management will ensure that you get your money back once you make a dispute within the protection time. My situation is I purchased a blouse from Pingan Wang and my computer went down so i was unable to dispute during the protection time. I did not received my blouse i paid $10.98 USD for they never respond once to any of my messages. That person is extremely dishonest DO NOT BY FROM PINGAN WANG. WARNING!
Tried to get refund but only get the run around for weeks, finally get a response saying out of time period so out of luck. Stay away poor service, poor web design to navigate. Not 100% satisfaction.
Choose China when given the option and pay little to NO Shipping Fees. NO SALES TAXES. AND THE PRICES ARE FANTASTIC. EVERYTHING COMES FROM CHINA ANYWAY, I just by-pass the AMERICAN middle-man and SAVE - ME some money.
Received a counterfeit micro SD card and supplier agreed, eventhough I had to pay the shipping cost, which is more than the price I payed for the micro SD!

Boots are great- very cute, correct size. Shipping was extremely slow- over 40days, but this it is far from CHINA, so i'm sure it would be faster if it is near. Cute shoes though.
This company promised via email and chat to refund me $20 and they lied. I spent over six hours for one month and a half over numerous chats to get the $20 refund they owed me and they lied. They kept telling me they were going to refund me and they have not. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LYING SCAMING COMPANY. I also reported them to the better business bureau. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
