THey are the worse in every way possible! I will never buy from them if they were the only place in the world to buy from. If you do purchase an item pray to God it looks like the picture, you could forget getting a refund!... the material is very poor and the sizing is ridiculous. I've been back and fort with time for 3 weeks now trying to get my money back. They keep asking me to send measurements to them so that I can prove I ordered the wrong size. Who cares... its not only the size it's also the poorly made dress with very cheap material.

One of the worst companies out there to deal with. Bought a dress for $189.00 that was not worth $5.00. After starting their refund process immediately which required numerous e-mails and pictures I was offered a refund of $60.00.

I ordered products for an event on January 30,2021 and it's now February 13 and my package still has not shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times and they just kept saying to be patient. I fill out everything and it still says I need to fill out what has already been filled out. They won't do anything unless it's past the promised delivery date, however there is no date given, so can't do anything to dispute. First, the order arrived 2 weeks later than the promised time. Secondly, I ordered an extra large and the outfit was sooooo small, it could have fit a child. Lastly, I reached out to the seller countless times about an exchange and he never responded. Worst experience ever!
Terrible. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I got confirmation two different times that it shipped, then another email shortly after each time saying the order was not shipped (deleted by seller). I probably need to cancel the order. It makes me think there is something criminal going on since my money was already taken.
