DH GATE asked me to give them 5 stars and say that the transaction was positive to receive a partial refund, please be aware that if you are having a problem with a product and want to return it for a refund... DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT... DO THAT UNTIL THEY PUT YOUR REFUND IN YOUR ACCOUNT. They need you to do that so they can pay the seller and close that account. Once you give them the 5 stars and say it is positive that ends the transaction. These people are horrible and from this day foward if it's not made in the USA I will not be buying it. DH GATE needs to be shut down the way they take people's money and deliver you horrible products months later

This company support fraudulent practices. The companies they deal with even more so. You place an order and cancel the order shortly afterwards. They rush to take your money send the item, in spite of the cancellation and repeated communication will not allow the item returned. The item is first of all damaged, inferior and not as shown. They request that you start a dispute and even though the info was sent to them they are judge and jury refusing to return your money in every which way. Just a waste of time.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I don't like to support Amazon, but after this lesson I learned that Amazon is way, way better. They value their customers. Never had an issue with Amazon!

I placed an order in May. It's October, never arrived. They gave me bogus tracking #; s. Sent me messages to "see how I like my purchase" that never arrived. Wow it's been three months haven't seen my order

All of a sudden the tracking number disappeared off the face of the earth, and then they said the tracking number can't be found.

Ordered a couple things one item was canceled never recieved refund ask for thing gave them proof still nothing til this day. Mind you almost 300 dollars wasted. I also ordered a mystery box never came fought and fought until I could dispute it because the seller was rude. Just be careful do not buy from here. I could add photos but it would be a novel due to all the messages back and forth.

Ordered shoes for my son that are not a true size 11. Contacted seller about sending them back and I would pay the shipping charges. Seller denied the claim. I ordered a projector with a UK plug. I specifically selected "UK plug" from the options, and it is also in my order confirmation email.
However, I did not receive a UK plug and will now need an adaptor.
I opened a dispute with DHgate only to receive the following email weeks later: "Unfortunately, we didn't receive the photo or video evidence to support your claim. According DHgate Dispute Policy, we will have to close this case now. If you still want to get the case resoled, please contact with seller directly to negotiate."
I am 100% sure I DID attach photos and even if there was an issue with this for some reason, don't close my case straight away, I can literally reattach the evidence required? It's a stupid excuse from your side in order to simply close my case.
Also, it is your responsibility as a platform to ensure your customers are not scammed. You are practically allowing scammers to flourish if your dispute process is as ridiculous and useless. I am contacting you, the platform, I purchased the item from, and should not have to"negotiate" for a refund with the seller! I can't stress this enough. What seller would offer me a refund if they don't necessarily have to?!

I ordered a pair of shoes and I received a pair of socks instead. When I contacted the seller, after 22 days they informed me that they never shipped the package because they didn't have the color that I ordered. I opened a dispute and have been asking for a refund since. The seller keeps asking me to modify the reason of my dispute so I can get my refund but nothing happened. I sent pictures of the socks and package that I received but no refund still. I have message from the seller stating that my order was held because the didn't have the color I needed so how is that my problem. I just need my refund. DO NOT USED THEIR SERVICES.
