I am very disappointed to find out that my Order *******312 has not been shipped after more than 2 months. Please let me know when will I receive my item? This is the second time you have disappointed me with non delivery of my goods. I believe I should report you to the Australian Consumer Affairs and black ban your company. If you have issues mailing to Australia then don't do it.
I will wait for you reply and explanation why refuse to deliver your products.

THey are the worse in every way possible! I will never buy from them if they were the only place in the world to buy from. If you do purchase an item pray to God it looks like the picture, you could forget getting a refund!... the material is very poor and the sizing is ridiculous. I've been back and fort with time for 3 weeks now trying to get my money back. They keep asking me to send measurements to them so that I can prove I ordered the wrong size. Who cares... its not only the size it's also the poorly made dress with very cheap material.

Bought 2 phones from 2 sellers, both products have problems resulting in one return. Dispute/mediation is fairly long and painful. Encountered problem with uploading of proof. Live help is good but the dispute/mediation is not as helpful especially the agents either did not or answered my questions slowly.
Not a happy experience.

One of the worst companies out there to deal with. Bought a dress for $189.00 that was not worth $5.00. After starting their refund process immediately which required numerous e-mails and pictures I was offered a refund of $60.00.
Told them no way was this acceptable. Their wording was, and I quote, "the high cost of shipping and fear that the item would be intercepted by Customs". What the heck is that all about. Told them that I would go to the State Attorney, Better Business Bureau and any blog or forum that I could find. Still waiting for my refund and looking for more blogs and forums.

My purchase from beginning to end went smoothly, communication was good, my order shipped within 3 days and arrived in about 12. DHgate checked to verify if I received my order and that I was satisfied before releasing payment to the seller. I don't know what else more they could have done to protect me the buyer. For my part, I do look at the seller's rating as a guide. Right now I can't think of any reason not to order through DHgate again. My experience was positive.

I ordered item with order number *******, it should arrived by dhl. 7 days should take. I pay $28 for fast shipping dhl or fedex. Now seller send me message they will ship it in Singapore registered packet mode, it takes about 14 day.

Stay away from this company. The sellers are unreliable and will ship you whatever they like. Customer Service is hit and miss, sometimes they will be helpful and other times completely useless. I ordered a product and request and paid for express delivery. That was 3 months ago. I am still waiting and DHGATE will not refund my money.

Have placed orders for several thousand dollars over the past year. Delivery has been quite timely and the product has in each case been what I expected. It's important to know what you are ordering. Not a place to order from and plan to return it when you don't need it anymore. I'm sure many customers will do that.

Worst website ever

Ordered two jerseys and never got either of them. We initially entered the wrong shipping address. When we changed it they sent us an email saying it was successfully changed, but never actually changed it. The address is still wrong and I'm never going to get my order. Their "online chat" is useless. You get in contact with a robot that just recommends questions for you and refers you to someone to email. They're phone number brings you up to some freaking Japanese or Mandarin speaking recording that doesn't help you. How the crap am I supposed to interact with that? DHGate: I better get my money back.

Excellent service provided by the D H Gate team. I believe they look after the customers well if there is any issues or disagreement during the buying process. So I would recommend buyers not to worry about losing money even if the deal does not go through, since sellers are only paid out after you are satisfied with the product and O. K. the release of the money.

Rubbish service

Do not waste your time and money. You may be fooled by the low price and free shipping, but wait, something is wrong. You have to wait indefinitely and eventually you get a product with poor quality that you'd rather not use, my case a digital waterproof clock. Learn from others mistakes!

This is close to a scam
February 12, 2022

I ordered products for an event on January 30,2021 and it's now February 13 and my package still has not shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times and they just kept saying to be patient. Absolutely no help at all. I need this soon, otherwise I'm out almost $100. I tried disputing on the DHgate app, but that is also a scam. I fill out everything and it still says I need to fill out what has already been filled out. They won't do anything unless it's past the promised delivery date, however there is no date given, so can't do anything to dispute. I understand Covid has slowed things, but it's almost 1 1/2 months and still hasn't left China. I think I am going to have to get my credit card involved at this point.

First, the order arrived 2 weeks later than the promised time. Secondly, I ordered an extra large and the outfit was sooooo small, it could have fit a child. Lastly, I reached out to the seller countless times about an exchange and he never responded. Worst experience ever!

Terrible

Terrible. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I got confirmation two different times that it shipped, then another email shortly after each time saying the order was not shipped (deleted by seller). I probably need to cancel the order. It makes me think there is something criminal going on since my money was already taken.

Dissatisfied

Need to return an item received two days ago. Online chat is unavailable. There is no email for customer support that I can find. DHgate makes it hard to find, if any, contact information for issues. I may get stuck with this item. I can't verify that the right size was even shipped because all writing on the tag is in Chinese.
