Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Dont buy from them... the worst company to deal with ever. Poor customer service. They take your money and dont ship your order and then cant even get you a refund you have to do that at your own bank

So far only good experience with the site and sellers, only once did i had to go to the customer support for an issue but it was quickly and effectively solved by them, overall the site is very well optimised and quick of access with effective search and results
Fraud! I never received the merchandise and my credit card was charged. It has now been 30 days and I want my money back. This is false advertising if you solicit potential customers and provide this type of service.

I ordered two dresses from this company. Both dresses had many pictures on the DH Gate website, so I could see how it was supposed to look like. But when I received the items, they looked completely different: neither color, nor style, nor fabric texture where identical with what was pictured. The fabric as well as the style were so bad that I cannot wear these dresses.
I contacted both of the sellers as well as DH Gate for a refund. Both sellers refused to issue a refund though. When this happens, DH Gate steps into what they call "arbitration". They decided to give me a partial refund on one of the dresses and turned down the refund for the second dress completely.
I paid more than $200 for dresses that I can never wear.

Good overall experience with all sellers. Goods and prices clearly stated. Goods arrived earlier than stated and where the goods were damaged in shipping, informed DHGate who helped to resolve the situation very quickly. Now just waiting for the replacement.
I order 2 swimsuits and after the purchase my confirmation stated it would take 7 to 12 days to get items. About 18 days later I received my product. I was okay with the items being later than usual but when they got her both 2x's fit like a medium. I put in a claim for both orders, one was denied and refused to be taking back. The second order, sent me an email stating that they had approved my claim and was sending me a new swim suit. They did not verify the size I needed, they shipped another swimsuit without speaking to me. I tried contacting customer service, they told me to leave message with seller, seller never responded and now product is on the way here. I still have the other item and I dont know whether to keep it or send back. Due to the lack of communication with me regarding my product and claim I will not be ordering anything else from this company.
I have ordered my wedding dress when ordering it said 5-15 days it has been close to 30 days with it still in processing left a message on the site with no response and no way to contact this company took my money but no dress as of yet

We checked here and the 15 business days is the processing time needed by the seller to prepare the item after your payment is confirmed and this is different from the shipping time. The shipping time refers to the time needed by the courier to deliver the item to your location. We found here and you chose DHL which takes 2-7 days according to the tracking site. The merchant will ship the item on or before 2017-10-24, once this order is shipped, we'll notify you for the tracking number immediately.

I sent two messages and mad a complaint and I have never heard back from them.
You will only be throwing your money away if you deal with these people, they are dishonest... it is a scam, beware!
These people have no shame in taking your money and giving you rubbish. They make their millions from well planned and executed rip-offs. If you buy from China expect to get cheated. If you don't get cheated you are one of the very lucky few. They do send some people what they ask for to get good reviews, but these are usually low value orders. If your order is of high value there is a good chance you will be very disappointed with what you receive.

I've ordered from over a dozen vendors represented by DHGate. As an escrow agent, DHGate insures that I have recourse if a vendor doesn't perform. I suppose this makes the vendors anxious to provide good service, as they always have for my orders. Through DHGate, I've been able to find items at very reasonable prices that otherwise were far too expensive, or simply not available.
I will not order from them again. Accessed live chat to find my order today. I waited at least an hour to get connected, then the agent could not even tell me when my package (that I ordered 2 weeks ago!) would arrive. Only thing they could say was that it had arrived in the US. I feel scammed.

90% good there are some sellers advertising that just give you web links to buy instead these bad sellers must be removed always got a refund ifi have got one i have reported a few but more and more pop up. Happy to keep using dhgate as i know it safe and my transactions are covered.
I prove this site Dhgate to buy clothes and my experience is excellent because i have on it a lot of choices and also if an item that has arrived is not as you want or damaged, you can open a dispute to get a solution with the seller with the help of dhgate
Ordered camera lens, good price, but instead got a sleeping mask. The merchant sent me 4 different tracking numbers, one of which supposedly a gift item (the silly mask), it was a rather poor joke. I got my money back but what a waster of time, especially this was for my partner's birthday gift.
Bought a few things from here so far and always recieved items very quickly and for about half if not a third the price I can get it here, always chose sellers with good feedback scores (just like other websites) and havent had one problem, would recommend to anyone just make sure you find good sellers to buy from.
