I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Over the past few years i have purchased many items from Dhgate, and the seller, customer relationship was very good, but recently i have noticed a deterioration in seller replies to inquiries about various matters regarding quality and general product details. This in my mind leads to apprehension and mistrust, and once trust is lost it is very hard to get it back. I would advise your sellers to be more open and transparent to alleviate any worries the buyers may have relating to their relative purchases thank you so very very much for your attention MARTY

I ordered a shirt from DHgate Jan. 3,2017. All email information about my order was written in code and unreadable. I tried several times to communicate with them replying to those emails - no direct response. Their website only offers prefab answers to questions. I do not want to accept their web-chat policy. I received an email stating the Chinese New Year was taking place and all business stops for this event. Sad that is the only email in the English language.

I'm a sports guy and I love to collect sneakers too, so I found the perfect site to gone sports apparel and shoes both at more than reasonable prices. Top notch quality and customer service for basement level pricing. I browse constantly for my next Jersey or pair of Jordans. Lol. Great site overall. I'd recommend 20 out of 10 times (lol) and give it a 5 star rating, easily.

I bought a lot of thing from this site, and quality and price were matching and I was happy, but recently, every time I see electronics on sale with good prices, and of course I buy them, the sellers keep stalking and wasting time ( one of them played with me for 3 months) so that either you get tired and cancel it, or they just plainly say that they can't give the items to you at the advertised price! Which makes no sense, why would you advertise it and let me by them? Good knows what kind of frauds these guys are doing with our money and how much benefit they take out of our dollars that they hold for a few month and then refund it. Bottom line, they are fishy, be careful. Some other sites have more pricey items, but at least take care of the customer. The customer service of this site, just told me that that's how it is and good luck. I'm actually trying to see if I can place a complaint with the Canadian government about these guys. If you know how to, let me know...

Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Staff are completely incompetent and give inaccurate misleading information. I purchased a pair of trainers which came in an incorrect size. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for 4 months. Customer service just "file a report". They must have filed the same report 20 times as absolutely no action was taken to help me in any way!

I have spent the last 2 months trying to close my account, which again no effort has been made by DHgate's incompetent staff to delete my account. I am currently seeking legal action to get my account closed.

Dhgate is what you pay for. If you have extremely high expectations be prepared to be disappointed. But if you take the site at face value, a cheap wholesale retailer, then you might be impressed. There is a large variety of merchandise to search from. Always read prior reviews of a product before purchasing. So far I've experienced no issues at all, so fingers crossed my luck continues! That said, I'm very likely to purchase things from this site again in the future.

The items ship from China. They are selling way lower than market price. And it's online and accessible for anyone, with usually free shipping.

Wholesale doesn't usually work like this... the word wholesale on DHGate is mostly used as a marketing tool to advertise low prices.

Anyways, I ordered a butterfly knife from them, it's fake of course, but I can't really tell. And it's about a 93% discount from if I bought a genuine one. Good quality.

Sellers do usually ship. They will make a profit from it either way, such is the way China works. A few in a thousand won't make it to the buyers, simply due to shipping errors/theft, or if you bought from a sketchy buyer without any reviews or feedback or transactions.

This has been the worse experience ever. The website adds discounts to your products that the seller obviously doesn't see or accept. I have been trying to buy my wedding dress for weeks. My payment has cleared. But the seller still expects me to figure out how to pay them more. My dress should be here in a few weeks and it hasn't even been started. I don't expect my refund to go any better. Please do not pay attention to any of the positive reviews like I did. I thought it was worth the risk, but it isn't! Save yourself the trouble and stick to eBay. You'll be happy you did!

I've passed 4 orders on DHGate, they all arrived fairly quick (2-3 weeks). If there are any problems, generally the sellers will reimburse you or send a new one, or you can appeal to the DHGate dispute system. I can't complain! Large choice of items as well and the prices are all affordable.

Company is a pure scam. They ask for bank statements, photos of the credit cards front and back, transit information, hold on to your orders, take your money then say of the refund will take time.
No product ever arrives.

Wrong items shipped constantly. It is too hard to return or dispute mistakes. I would say 50% of the time I get what I ordered on line. This last mistake was ordered a phone case and received a Micheal Kors wallet LOL which smelled so bad I had to throw it in the garbage. They are giving me a credit to use on my next purchase. There will be no next purchase.

I have bought a few things with DHgate now and although delivery takes a little longer, I haven't had any problems. I do wonder if the shoes are authentic even though they come in either nike or asics boxes because they don't seem identical to the brands sold in store and none of the online suppliers would answer the question.

Dhgate may be out of Business on 4/3/17 tried to log into my account which I've had for years and would not let me, tried to call the number listed for customer service an no longer in service. Tried to log in again 4/4/17 same error message "wrong user name or password" when I know it right also no reply from e-mail I sent to them...

I have tried to contact DHGate for months now about a $500.00 product that is broken. I have gone through all of the steps to file a dispute, then mediation but DHgate has not responded back. When I go on there website and click on ongoing disputes, there is zero there. They are not supposed to release funds until the buyer says it's received and Okay. I have been doing business with them for years and have spent thousands without any problem with anything, great quality. I just want to warn anyone planning to shop with them, be prepared tp lose all of your money. I just lost $500.00

I noticed a lot of bad reviews regarding people buying clothes, but I use it for wholesale electronics to resell on ebay and I have never had an issue with anything, fast shipping always which is impressive for something coming from China and the quality is always great, also can't beat free shipping on most items.
I would say if you have to pay a bit more just so you can buy from someone that has a lot of positive transactions then do it.

It all looks and feels smooth and shiny, with big words like "buyer protection".
But unfortunately, there is no such thing.
I bought cell phone watches from dhgate for 193$, and all i got instead were, cheap mp3 players that are not worth more than 20$. When I asked for a refund, dhgate backed the seller, although i gave them all the evidence they needed to see that the seller misinformed me and was trying to make a fast buck.
It looks that they are in this together.
If you are smart, you won't buy anything from dhgate... EVER.

THey are the worse in every way possible! I will never buy from them if they were the only place in the world to buy from. If you do purchase an item pray to God it looks like the picture, you could forget getting a refund!... the material is very poor and the sizing is ridiculous. I've been back and fort with time for 3 weeks now trying to get my money back. They keep asking me to send measurements to them so that I can prove I ordered the wrong size. Who cares... its not only the size it's also the poorly made dress with very cheap material.

I am very disappointed to find out that my Order *******312 has not been shipped after more than 2 months. Please let me know when will I receive my item? This is the second time you have disappointed me with non delivery of my goods. I believe I should report you to the Australian Consumer Affairs and black ban your company. If you have issues mailing to Australia then don't do it.
I will wait for you reply and explanation why refuse to deliver your products.
