This site is a great way to connect with manufacturers directly! Highly recommended to anyone interested in resale, or bulk goods! High quality if you know where to look. Manufacturing techniques and shipping are sometimes half assed, but if you stick to good vendors then things usually work out great.

Purchased an NFL and soccer jersey. Both in great quality at an affordable price. Highly recommend. All arrived in a fair amount of time as well. Website is easy to navigate and has a wide variety of items to look through.

Ordered two cycling kits, and was told they would take from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. A little disappointed, but I understood. Then to my surprise, one arrived in about two weeks and the other in four weeks. Still great quality with no run in colors. Best idea I ever had was buying my kits through DH Gate.

Item did not match description after waiting over a month for shipping. Item was different than picture and was completely the wrong size. The seller is not super communicative at the moment, so to save myself the hassle, I'm just trying to sell the item I received online.

Super irritated and probably will never use the site again.

I write this review to let everyone know that dhgate does very good business. I have ordered from them several times without compliant and will continue my online shopping through them. So far so good, I give them an excellent rating.

I've been looking for badminton reels everywhere, and they're pretty expensive when I could find them. Eventually I found dhgate, they saved me a ton of money, they do a good job of monitoring the transaction and making it safe for the seller. I live in Arizona and I think it got here in just over two weeks.

Purchased some fishing lures to take to a fisherman friend in Mexico. They finally came and were great lures. Now I cannot get he sexy pics of Asian women (they may be blow up dolls or something but they are in crazy positions and nude) off all my searches. I even deleted all DHGate cookies which helped for awhile but then they came back. My9 year old grandson was searching for something with my computer and became alarmed and told me he saw something inappropriate- and sure enough the porn ads were back to buy from DHGate. It was not worth it!

DHGate. Have ordered from them three times and three strikes your out!
Fit was always two sizes to small, not form fit in anyway, one size fits all, made for my six year old not an adult, finish and quality. Seams split, materials sub quality, faux satin and cotton quality awful,
Bought vacation clothing 4 months ahead of vacation date, received them after I got back! Could have walked to the factory from where I vacationed and was tempted to!
Stay clear of this firm!
Buy North American, spend that extra 10% and have the quality and fit!

I've used Dhgate for a couple of years now... yes the goods take ages to arrive but then they are coming 2nd class post from China.
One of the few sites left (possibly the only one) that still selling replica goods, all your Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc etc. The quality varies a lot, generally the more expensive the fake the better it will be. But they are fakes, so use your own discretion. Usually problems are sorted out. As your money doesn't get released to the seller until you are satisfied...

This is a great place where you can find everything your looking for at a great price. Overall very pleasant experience the only downside is that our chinese friends don't speak perfect english and some time this can be a pain.

I have ordered/bought multiple items off of this website, but they haven't shown up since I bought them over a month and a half ago. I payed almost $70 for my order *******319 that was "Dispached and Now in transit". After several weeks it arrived at Country of destination (California) but then I was asked for more money $30 to complete delivery OR I can request for refund by pressing the refund button below but the refund button was never available to be activated! It's is a total joke and disregard of any laws. I never received order or refund. They have no Customer Service that works. They are a complete SCAM. It was the worst experience EVER! Do not use DHgate it's a scam!

I ordered some shoes, paid for them. Then Hella hours go by and the seller said these are not for sale cancel your order (rude af) No I'm not canceling when you accepted my payment
and the seller purposely sent them to a different address in a different fn city! Do not buy anything from this fake rude pathetic seller.

I purchased a tall waterpipe and the packaging was terrible. It was replaced 4 times but the seller refused to send the 5th and told me to not contact dhgate because he would ship it himself. I have pictures and text messages as proof now (he/she) says (he/she) can't find my order. -.- stole me off 100$+ US dollars. What an easy way to make money, I should probably do it too. The experience makes me not want to purchase anything from this site. #it's a crime

Good product quality. Fast delivery. Correct e-commerce site. I recommend the site because it offers quality products. In this case - a knife with high quality of workmanship, good sharpening and quality blade material.

I am beyond satisfied with my recent purchase of 6 20oz Yeti cups! They arrived to me in Louisiana in no time at all, less than a week! I was able to pick the colors I wanted and they were packaged perfect! Each cup packaged in bubble wrap and in its own little box perfect for gift giving! I will definitely be buying more Yeti'a from DHGATE!

No customer service whatsoever - cannot even start a dispute on their scam web site after numerous emails which obviously go into never never land. Seller (dong1220) seems to have vaporized after promising refund on postage providing i had a tracking number, which cost me $49.00...

Easy shopping without any problems, delays or any other issues. Item arrived on time, in a perfect condition. I will keep on buying from this site since the customer protection is so good and the variety of items is so big.

I have never dealt with this level of incompetence in my life. The customer service chat line is just agents sending templates about how they are sorry and understand your frustration.
I went as far as calling my bank to supply them with an "authorization #" then they wanted a photo of both sides of my credit card. In the end I refused and it cost me both sides of the foreign transaction fee, but their customer service "felt my pain" they are a joke and I was an idiot to deal with them.
I am stupid but not that stupid! Save yourself the aggravation, the adage if a deal sounds too good to be true applies here.
Also avoid Atco Company seller ID Suya******* complete scam artist and liar. I have reported him/her but I very much doubt it will be followed up on.
I am back with Amazon but avoiding any Chinese shipped items. This is not prejudicial I have lived in China one of the most corrupt countries in the world and I have been to 44 so far.

I was scammed only once on this site because seller hid the color option for item I wanted (vinyl wrap for cars) so I received wrong color. DHgate did not accept my reclamation because there was specified which color I wanted and did not matter if it was visible clearly or not. Also lost some orders which I paid but they never came. However, this is normal when you buy a lot and there are many packages coming. Chances are some will get lost.
Every other experience was excellent. I am buying much on this site, thousands of dollars, and never had problems. Customer care is good, problems always resolved.

I had ordered in first week of january and got confirmatory mail that order has been delivered and by 29th jan it will be delivered. But not received yet, its mid March already... Since January I have sent several mails but no response. 116 dhs gone... would request people not to order from them... not genuine site...

I ordered the NMD Adidas Boosts for my son, which ended up being knock offs, then too find out they charged me for and sent me 2 pairs, that did not even fit. Which, I made sure we could return before we ordered them. When I contacted the seller to return, which was not an easy process, they said it had to be shipped back with a tracking number. When I went to UPS to send back, the cheapest shipping was going to cost as much as I paid for the shoes. Now no one wants them! I am so mad and will never be spending another dime with a company that rips you off. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to make sure I did so no one else hopefully wastes their money.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
