I have ordered several items from DhGate. Everything ordered is garbage & take months to get here if they get delivered at all. When you request a refund for the garbage items, you are offered a $2 coupon off your next order. DHgate stands by the sellers so they are allowed to pretty much get away with anything. I ordered a wedding dress from a Seller called Bridalstore but the size is too small. I asked them for an exchange and they told me that I should find a local store in UK to exchange it for me and that they will give me a partial refund. I told the seller that I could not find any store in the UK that can exchange it for me. They told me that they can do free exchange and free delivery to my address, but they don't do free return. I told the Seller that I am happy to pay to get it return. I sent it yesterday on the 18/01/2024 to the address provided to me by Bridalstore. The Seller messaged me and asked for the tracking number. I tried to message the tracking number to the Seller called Bridalstore and they blocked me. For this being the case, this is a warning to Dhgate.com and not a treat, if the Seller Bridalstore fails to deliver my wedding dress after I paid to return it so I can wear it for my wedding day which is just around the corner. I will sue Dhgate and Seller called Bridalstore and which might be the end of business for you both. It is about my wedding which is very special to me and if you DHgate and Seller called Bridalstore ruins it for me, you will surely pay for the price which can damage the existence of your companies. Be aware of sellers and DHGate polices for refunds. The incorrect item was sent to my home and DHGate or the seller would not offer me a full refund. I sent several pictures and DHgate only gave me a partial refund. The shipping time and the dispute process were very long. Will never buy on this website again!

I ordered a $320 dress the 1st week of October 2023 for my daughter's Quinceañera. The website said that it would arrive on November 6th. The dress never came. Her giant party was November 26th, so I had to do a last minute purchase and spend another $400 on another dress. I have written this company over 12 times demanding my money back. They answer me every time with stupid excuses like..."Just wait for the dress?. They told me over 4 weeks ago, that they would refund me my money. Then they forget that they promised me my money back and tell me to continue to wait for the dress all through December even though I have told them over and over and over that the party is over and it's too late. I continued to argue with them all through December and now it is January 3rd and the dress finally arrives. For the 10th time, I write them demanding my money back, and their response is. My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:

It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.

I ordered four items and only received three. The seller, anygoods6688, charged me for all four items. Because I received the package they refuse to acknowledge the missing item even though it is not on the shipping slip. I received a second package with the wrong item in it. Because they are in China, no matter how many times I contact them, they act like they don't understand English or what I am clearly saying. Worst experience ever. The shoes I ordered did not fit properly and I'm convinced they were counterfeit. When I tried to return for a refund, there was no way to effectively communicate this. The dispute/mediation processes were difficult to maneuver with drop down menus as the only options. Responses were AI generated. My bank closed my issue as well because the way they have there website/messages set up, they look legitimate. They don't stand by their refund/return policy at all. I have shoes I can't wear and I'm out money.

Ordered a watch for $308.19. Today got a watch that didn't even resemble the one I ordered, a real cheap piece of junk not worth $10. It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. They sent me a tracking number that never left Jamaica NY it kept arriving and departing the same location same zip everything. Dh gate customer service is trash absolutely no help at all. About three weeks ago I orderd a dark blue Jacket on this site, I recieved it Two days ago and it was the wrong color. So I asked the seller about it and he kept saining that the wrong color looked better at me and that kind of nonsense. It was purple a really ugly color for a men.
