Worst experience ever. The shoes I ordered did not fit properly and I'm convinced they were counterfeit. When I tried to return for a refund, there was no way to effectively communicate this. The dispute/mediation processes were difficult to maneuver with drop down menus as the only options. Responses were AI generated. My bank closed my issue as well because the way they have there website/messages set up, they look legitimate. They don't stand by their refund/return policy at all. I ordered an own after verify
Verifying that it was legit through Google and after looking into the arrival of my order I get a message that it's been shipped and wants me to confirm I received it and I never did! On top of that, there is nowhere on the site to request a refund or make a complaint! I feel so stupid!

Cheap over priced junk, steer clear of this seller, they use deceptive advertising to sell cheap junk. If it sounds too good to be true, well don't be taken like I did. For what you'll pay on their site you can get here, Stateside for much less. If you want or need to return something you'll get to pay for that too! Oh BTW, here is picture of the electric blanket they sold me, it measures just under 5 feet by just under 2.3 feet, definitely not a "blanket".

I ordered 10.5 size shoes using their sizing chart. They sent me two pair of US size 9 shoes. Rather than chop my toes off to wear them I foolishly tried to ask for a replace or refund. Not happening. They want ME to pay to shp back the shoes THEY screwed the order up on. I already spent $100 and they want me to spend more? Scammers! I ordered a lithium ion battery for an electric bike. Cost me almost $400. I received it in about two weeks but it was defective. I contacted DHgate at least 100 times. They told me to work it out with the seller, but the seller ripped me off and refuses to ship a new battery or to refund my money. Then when I kept corresponding with them (for over four months) their answer was always just "thank you very much friend". You're better off to do business with an American company. Buying from DHgate is like throwing your money in a hole.

Please be careful, totally incompetent customer service, which is unable to help you if something goes wrong. My experience - once you receive a totally different product than what was ordered, all you gonna get is apology and empathy phrases. They will recommend you to dispute with the seller who will be blaming the post office for packing the wrong product and after you involve DHgate to mediate, that would reject due to insufficient evidence. I ordered one product (Xiaomi Mi TV stick), and I received a totally different kind of product (wifi wall switch) for half of the price of the product I ordered. Please do not hazard with your money and save yourself from disappointment, incompetence, and waste of time. DHgate vendors ship products directly from China and it takes weeks to receive their products. I contacted them 8 weeks after I placed an order, and was told that it's coming soon. About 3 weeks later I got an empty envelop (instead of a package) and my order was updated to Delivered. I've been trying to get a refund and the DHgate customer services reps do not want to deal with it. They are asking me to contact a seller on their site and ask them why they cheated. Dhgate store refuses to give me a full refund after waiting over two months for my oder to get shipped. My oder has been in "awaiting shipment" for the past two months! I have bought 2 items on this site and would highly discourage anyone from wasting your time and money. I disputed the quality of the item and went to DH gate disputing. They decided that I could get a full refund if I returned the item. Here's the catch...in order to get by $85 refund it would cost me $66 to send the item back to China via the post office. Such a scam! Honestly, do not waste your efforts on the DHgate site. The quality of merchandise is horrible. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They really should be shut down.

We ordered 2 items that were flagged at customs leaving China, they were returned to sender but the shipper charged us for them anyway. After having no luck getting a refund from the shipper I filed a dispute with our credit card company. The shipper provided false tracking information and would not return our money. Luckily I had saved the shipping/tracking info clearly showing the package was returned to Wuhan China so after months of waiting we finally received a credit from our credit card company, we never received anything from the seller. In our experience they are a scam.

The Start and stop buttons for timer on the watch do not work. Seller continues to sell broken watches to consumers and DHgate platform is no help in getting a refund as it is a sellers favor platform. Seller offered a refund of.01, The seller and DHgate should be ashamed of bad business practices. The seller will still be able to con consumers in buying broken items and DHgate mediation will continue to be in the best interest of the seller. I ordered from DH Gate over a month ago. They took my money without setting up an account, but when they failed to ship my order also failed to make it easy to inquire what's going on. There is no number to call (suspicious) and in order to talk to their chat-bot to voice your complaint, they force you to set up an account. All I'm trying to do is get the product I ordered, or my money refunded... but it seems like this site is designed to take your money as quickly as possible, then force you to jump through hoops after they cheat you. ***WARNING*** DHGate is a complete scam! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their terrible service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they sent me the wrong size and style (see photo). When I tried to return them, I discovered that the seller had closed their store. I escalated the issue to the DHGate Resolution Center, but they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund and instead gave me a measly $60, which is an insult to injury. I ordered a t-shirt for my son, $17.50. Waited 3 weeks for a pair of ladies stocking from China. The website has "reviews" that are most likely fake. It is impossible to leave a review for the seller who ripped us off. It is also impossible to report this to DH Gate as their buttons to send feedback conveniently do not work. They are probably making a lot of money off of this scam.
This place is a complete rip off. The sellers do not turn on their emails. The website is a maze that no one can figure out. If you email with customer service they do nothing. I ordered a jacket in Large and they put a false tag on a small and sent it to me and I tried to open a dispute, which is impossible. Went on live chat and have never heard back. I just want to return jacket and apparently that is going to be impossible. Such a cheat. Pay the extra $ and go to eBay or Amazon.
