Where to begin without giving you a migraine as well...? I've ordered several times from this site, 3 of 7 orders never arrived. The hurdles you have to go through to try and get your items or a refund are insane and they make it as difficult as humanly possible to do this. Plus, they have a time limit on how long it takes to resolve the matter before they close it and keep your money forever. They drag out the process so the time limit expires and you are screwed. Seller's with high ratings and thousands of transactions on their profile means nothing. They are shady con artists and DHGate is pro seller, anti-buyer. Their app is not user friendly when you need to upload evidence and the website is just as bad. You'll give yourself an ulcer trying to get your refund or your order. It's a lose-lose situation.

The item I ordered was not correctly filled either in size or color, and arrived AFTER the event I needed it for. The cost of the item was $115 including shipping, but to return it and get a refund would cost more than $220. (And they know this). They will not negotiate. Don't bother. You will likely not get what you want, and then be STUCK with it. It's a scam operation.

There's a lot of selection, decent pricing, and they have good customer support. If you encounter an issue like not recieving something or the item isn't as described they try to make it end fairly for you, which is needed because you can occasionally buy something that's not that great of quality if you use the site enough.

For reasons I won't get into here, I had my shipment delivered at another address. They were delivered in a timely manner, but I was not able to get them until just now. The items I ordered though, were very good quality and I would highly recommend them. The items run small, but they fit my wife (who is a petite size small) perfectly.

I have used dhgate a few times. It is similar to ebay but the items you are buying are knock offs I guess you could say but the price you pay for the things on dhgate its kinda worth it. I have bought a few watches from them and some other items and I have never been ripped off on dhgate before. They have an escrow service so you do not have to release the money to the seller until you receive what you ordered and are satisfied with it. Dhgate is good 5 stars

I ordered a product from DHGate. My order no was *******. I order this product on March 26,2017, and no updates till April 19,2017. I have raised dispute to DHgate, and they return back my money. But returning back the money is not the solution, and i need this product. Very unprofessional sellers are listed in DHgate. If i again order the same product from some other seller then it will take 1 month more. Please try to avoid DHgate for any purchase

All products were as described, of good quality and arrived quickly in good condition. DHgate website is easy to use and quickly let me see the status and history of all my orders. I have ordered about 15 times. One order was quickly cancelled by DHgate because it was out of stock and DHgate refunded immediately. I reordered at a later time and the reorder process was easy and fast.

Everything on this page is nice, custom service is fast, product description is nice and clear, Payment go smoothly and secure. If have problem with. Something online agents are always there. Very satisfied

Bought item and it was dispatched on the 24th of sept but it has not turned up and neither of my complaints have been replied to. I used my birthday money for this so will be disappointed if my smart watch never appears.

Bought a dinosaur top for my nephew and was charged nearly $36 for a blurred image and poor quality sweat shirt. It arrived about 6 weeks after i ordered it. Wish I'd read the reviews here first. Avoid this site for any purchasses.

My experience during this years purchases have been a really great experience. Some items have not been as they were advertised, however, the vendor made good on their item. I have shopped all year for an upcoming wedding and I have ordered many items from dresses to shower items and I have been extremely pleased dealing with DHGate. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I ordered a beautiful piece off this website because I just could not beat how cheap the prices were. They charged me and a few days after shipped it. Seemed like everything was going smoothly until a week later they recharged me for the item and sent my account into overdraft. I was livid. I imedietly contacted my bank (bank of America) and they quickly were able to cancel the charge. If I didn't get notifications from my bank this company from bum $#*! Beijing would have had the last.

Please don't go and waste your money on these people they take your money and don't give you any type of help not a good site not a good site at all.

My package said delivered and everything but never got it and DHgate was no help all for $314

Placed an order on 4 July 2018 and today 3 September 2018 I still cant find my package.
I been thrown back and forth between DHgate and Aramex and nobody has a clue where is my order/package when the tracing number says delivered one month ago. I spent so much time and energy to find my order that it became disgusting and stressful.

Just avoid IT if you dont want to to get dissapointed.

I ordered 2 cell phones and they were listed as stolen. I plan to start an international fraud case? I asked the seller to rectify this and they kept telling me to wait. I am not paying to ship back stolen goods. Dhgate should take ownership for things like this. I sent a message to customer service would you believe no one was intrested in responding. This is crazy.

Placed an order for a dress March 7 2020. I never received the dress or any shipping info. With s&h it was &170.00. On May 10 I asked for a refund and they denied me a refund and sent a horrendous replacement dress against my request not to send another dress because I had missed the event I ordered the dress for because I never received it. They gave me such a hard time. They only gave me a $30.00 refund and now I'm stuck with this horrific low quality dress. DHgate leaves it up to the customer to deal with their criminal sellers. The sellers name is ocky. Don't buy from them they are scammers.

A large selection of articles and products at good prices... sometimes better than aliexprees... shop ensures good contact with customers... there is no problem in the event of complaints and disputes... I recommend.

I ordered some Black Jordan Super. FLY shoes ordering was quick and easy the seller even had a gallery of shoes i could view from his link.

The order took just over a week to arrive and the shoes were perfect.

I would recommend DHgate to anyone the sellers are very good.

Ordering was fine but a part was missing. I have attempted twice to send a message but got no reply. I am not currently a satisfied customer nor can I recommend your service. I would like to change this experience if someone an help me get the missing part.

Don't ever order from this scam company! They promise delivery and you don't get your items or if you do they are complete crap. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I am a fool, first order last year was complete crap, this time I tried to order some nice face masks, and they never came. No real customer service, in a online chat que for 2.5 hours only to get a rep who was typing from a script with only a list of excuses and no help. Luckily I only lost $73, but everyone should beware!

I went to purchase some watches from them online and put in my credit card. I realized they charged extra for using AMEX so I stopped the page from loading and then went back to my order. I NEVER received any email confirmation that the charge went through and was able to use my mastercard. Weeks later I get two emails for my purchases. I tried to contact them and they told me the items had already shipped. My purchases were less than a min apart for the exact same order. No one contacted me to confirm i was making the same exact purchase in less than 1 min. I contacted them several times to try and resolve the matter and no one seems to care or help in the matter. I have offered to send the items back with a shipping label as well and still no response. I am beyond disgusted in these business tactics and do not recommend ever purchasing from this site.
